I decided not to use their service and went to the USPS location across the street near Publix, where I paid $10 for the same type of Priority Mail service. I also spoke with the USPS employees about the price I had been quoted, they laughed and were surprised by the amount. They also told me the owner of the pack and ship, buys stamps and other supplies to upsell at their pack and ship store. I'm a local and have supported businesses in this area, including helping various businesses after the hurricane. I believe customers deserve to know when they may be paying significantly more than they would through USPS directly- and they certainly deserve to be treated with basic respect when asking a legitimate question about a price. I strongly recommend the USPS (which mins away) before using this Pack & Ship location. I will not be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with other members of the local community.

I didn't understand when he said it would take 2 to 5 days for it to get there. Because UPS in Florida is usually always delivered within a day(especially when only going across the state) even though it says it could take two days or so.
