I was moving across country at the end of March, and found at the last minute that I could not get my bike in our truck, and I could not get a trailer before we needed to leave because none were available. I called Simply Motorcycle Shipping, and they found someone who could transport my bike - and it could be picked up the next day (Sunday). The transporter showed up on time, took pictures of my bike from front to back (to make sure we both felt comfortable in how it was leaving, and I could feel comfortable knowing it would arrive the same way), and it was put in an enclosed trailer for shipping. He and the Company assured me it would be at my house by late afternoon on Wednesday, and it was!!! The gentleman arrived early on Wednesday, unloaded my bike, we went over it again from front to back, and it was perfect. This rude employee has zero personality, zero customer service, apparently her attitude allows for her to be rude to people. I will go out of my way never to return here again. Get some better employees!
