This rude employee has zero personality, zero customer service, apparently her attitude allows for her to be rude to people. I will go out of my way never to return here again. I didn't understand when he said it would take 2 to 5 days for it to get there. Because UPS in Florida is usually always delivered within a day(especially when only going across the state) even though it says it could take two days or so. I even said that is weird bc UPS is usually always only a day or two at most. He just stood there looking at us. I didn't realize he changed the delivery company on us that we requested (didn't even acknowledge that he changed it what we asked for either) until I went to track the package and see that 3 days later it's still not there. So now it makes sense that it's taking three days to go from Fort Myers to Miami, which is still a joke. Mail used to go across the country in three days. I had already been to the post office and sent the letter via certified mail. I went to the UPS store specifically to send it via UPS as a backup/second form of delivery. So now I have the exact package being delivered on the exact day via USPS and I just wasted money. Not happy!
