Person behind the counter was NOT listening to what I was saying. Insisted that without a return address it could not be sent. First, I told her I wanted to send to the correct address......that didn't process....had to say no I am sending it where it belongs. First and last trip. Rude, and not helpful. I unfortunately went to this location a while back for an Amazon return. Only one employee there, a female. When I finally was second in line she told me to use the keiosh. I went there to find it was broken. I return to the line and now I was 5 persons back. Finally was back to second in line. Some guy with dreads came from the back room to help. He was covered in sweat and basically stunk. Dealing with him was very unpleasant, not only did he stink but he had a bad attitude. If he really does not like his job he should get a new one. Lazy, obnoxious, and rude. If I could leave a negative star review I would! First of all, no one wants to hear your complaints about other employees so just stop telling everyone how you're alone and you have no help. Today I came in with three Amazon returns and only 2 QR codes to scan. Done this a dozen plus times with zero issues. One code obviously represents 2 boxes, tape the boxes together, quick fix? Not today, the lady behind the register wanted to sell me a box and after I said no then wanted to sell me tape to tape the 2 boxes together. I chose the latter to my dismay... there were about 4 tape guns laying around. Sometimes a little common sense goes a long way, simply tape the boxes together and move on and let the customer know you can't do it all the time. At least you have a job, but maybe try and not be sooooo lazy then try and find a solution. You work a UPS store, taping together packages is part of your job. Drop the attitude, quit trying to gouge everyone walking in the door, don't add to the problem and be part of the solution. read more

Always come in here for things i need done whether its a copy, fax or printing job I trust Diane to do the job. I have used this store often. My experiences were always good. But now there is one young man that works there that just does not offer good services. I went to mail.a package and asked to review pricing. He started at 48 dollars for a Wednesday delivery and as I asked him questions and he seemed to be clicking on different screens I ended up paying 11.00 for Tuesday delivery. All prices were with UPS. This is not the first time I had an unusual experience with him. I had to email a label to the store and he was giving me the email address. I was standing around waiting for the store to get the email and picked up a card and this same young man had given me the wrong email address twice! He is also very unfriendly. I chalk that up to being young, but seriously just crack a smile sometimes! I don't know if I will go back to that store. How can you start out with a quote of 48.00 and end up paying 11.00 for a day earlier delivery. This has certainly hindered any trust I have with that store. read more

And there's more. 4 of the copies were so light they were hard to read. She should have seen this and redone them darker. Quite a few of my originals were 2-sided with some of them just having a few words on the back. Instead of doing those ones 2-sided, like the originals, she printed them on their own sheet, making an unnecessary number of copies for me. Lastly, she printed them horizontally rather than vertically which doesn't work for the booklet they are going in. So I did end up going to Staples and re-doing them all. You are better off driving abit further to get to Staples, where you are allowed to do them yourself. read more

LONG COMPLAINT BUT IF YOU DONT WANT TO READ THE ENTIRE THING SKIP TO THE BOTTOM IN CAPS...I recently moved to lenoir city and my experience here was not a pleasent one. I needed some very important documents printed and notarized. This whole ordeal has lasted close to two weeks. My first trip I needed 2 documents printed. They were poorly done and part of the document was cut off. Had them redone and needed them notarized. One document was done correctly and the other was not. Had to have that reprinted and notarized again. Came back to do two more documents. Had them notarized and the notary made mistakes on both. I Called to go back in to have them corrected and was told the notary would not be back until monday. Went back Monday and I messed up on dating one of the documents so I told the notary that I would probably be back the next day. Made an appointment to go back in on Tuesday. Get a call 15 minutes prior to my appointment, as I had already left work, am on my way from Knoxville, and the manager informs me that my appointment has been canceled. Which I don't believe because the notary is still still there taking appointments. So 2 weeks, numerous trips, multiple days of leaving work early, roughly $50 and tons of gas later, I still didn't have what I need. All I needed was 4 documents printed and notarized. It took me having to reprint at least 8 times and have them re notarized 6 times and I still didn't get everything I needed. SO ALL THAT BEING SAID..... ANYONE LIVING IN LENOIR CITY, DONT USE UPS FOR PRINTING OR NOTARY SERVICE'S. QUICK PRINT, RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD BESIDE HARDEE'S PRINTS ALL TYPES OF DOCUMENTS AND THEY DO A FABULOUS JOB. THE LADY IN THERE IS VERY KIND AND LET ME KNOW THAT I COULD GO RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET TO THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AND THEY WILL NOTARIZE FOR FREE. I GOT MY DOCUMENTS PRINTED AND NOTARIZED IS LESS THAN 10 MINUTES FOR $2. WITH UPS, 2 WEEKS, 50 BUCKS AND I STILL WINDED UP HAVING TO GO ELSE WHERE. read more

I highly recommend this store, in particular, I'd ask for Luara and/or Alli to assist you. I arrived unexpectedly from out of town with some highly valuable antique chandeliers that needed packing in a few hrs so I could transport them to NC in my car. Alli and Luara were more than happy to meet my needs and did so in the most pleasant, capable and professional manner. They knew what they were doing and instilled confidence in me that they would take care of my heirlooms and they did so beautifully and ahead of my requested deadline. I've always had good experiences with this particular location. Most of the time, the store isn't very busy and I can complete my transaction in less than a minute. Other times, especially on Saturdays, they can get very backed up. Even though, they are as professional and courteous as they can be when that busy. I have been to this store numerous times and have found the employees to always be helpful and friendly. If you need guidance with the computer or copier, they are more than happy to assist and get what you need done right. Josh is great with customers, always making it a fun experience while getting what you need done. Zach, the manager, is a computer guru, knowing just what is needed in order to get exactly what you need printed with the best results. They have helped me and my son get mailing labels printed, when had no clue how to do it and are very patient in instructing us who are 'technically challenged.' I have seen the crew straighten out the 'mailing messes' that customers bring in that they want mailed, that are no more than merchandise that had been opened and unsuccessfully repacked, and yet the crew puts it all back together for them and transforms the mess they had brought into a properly prepared mailing package. The store is, at times, busy during this Covid stuff, but be patient to get to the counter, and be greeted with a smile and given great service. read more

Very busy place,. I got there ahead of the crowd, but I ran into a problem with what I needed to do. Instead of trying to help, the young girl helping me disappeared for 15 minutes, then when she finally reappeared, she ignored me and helped customer after customer until I finally asked how mine was going. She never really responded, but finally went back to it, only to start helping other customers as they came in again. There were others working that seemed very effective and pleasant at their jobs. Unfortunately, she was not one of them. I was there for over an hour, most of it standing there not being helped. Probably wouldn't use this UPS again. read more

First thing you need to know about UPS Stores they are franchises and not owned by UPS. Each store sets the prices for all services except UPS shipping cost which is set by UPS. I have used UPS stores all across America and had used this one in Lenoir City several times. This UPS store owner wants to take advantage of people with their pricing of services, (Read Other Reviews). Their notary service is $10 per page and it doesn't matter if it's in the same document and entered in their notary log ones. Most all notary service including other UPS stores charge $8 for the first page and $4 for other pages. My last trip into this store I was charged $20 for two pages within the same document and entered one time in their notary log. One of the pages needed a notary seal and two witness signatures, the little girl notary with the infected nose ring turn to two of the other employees and had them to sign as witnesses. When it was time to check out she stated the charge was $30. I ask her to break down the charges, she said $20 for the two page notary and $10 for witnesses. "GIVE ME A BREAK " $10 dollars for witnesses after charging me $20 for two page notary under the same log entry. I smiled, shook my head and paid her. I, nor my family or employees will never enter that store again and I will let everyone I know what type of business they run. PS, to store owner, I will check and make sure you don't own any other UPS stores I decide to use in Knox or surrounding counties because you will never get another dime from us. read more

I usually have a good experience with this store. Yesterday was not so much though. I submitted a printing order (very simple one at that) to be completed. I was told that they may or may not be able to get to it. The clerk said that she was not familiar with printing that much. Not a big deal. I called to check on it, and was told that they were able to do it. When I went in to the store, the attendant told me that they had some issues with the 11x17 prints that I ordered. The print didn't cover the page. I was told that it was the best I could get and I was fortunate not to get charged a designing fee. We designed these to size using Creative Cloud. There were several printed incorrectly like this. I only needed 5, but there were probably about 15. I was charged full price for the incorrectly printed sheets. The other clerk working asked if I was going to get the other 10 or so for free. Our clerk snapped and said no and quickly threw the others away. It was a very uncomfortable experience for me to say the least. I was very polite, and paid for my order (even the misprinted sheets at full price) and left.
