Unfortunately, someone stole the package off my porch in the hour before I got to it (thanks, San Francisco), and I was heartbroken. I let Justin know about the issue, which clearly wasn't his fault, and he immediately offered to resend the package. I received it today, still incredibly fast despite the mail theft, and can't recommend this company enough. I've worked with Barrie each time, and he has been invaluable with his help in correcting problems before they appeared. For instance, I had some typos on one of my table of contents that he caught before printing. That could have been embarrassing, and he saved my butt! He was also very helpful in fixing an issue that I was having with full page bleeds. And printing is fast! I've been able to drop off files and have printed booklets the following day.
