This has been the place for our church mailbox for more than decade. We are able to get packages there too and they are always kind to be sure that we are emailed the package has arrived so we can pick them up timely to help keep their facility free to receive all the packages without getting overwhelmed. Not sure I could ever do business with this particular branch again. I have placed 2 print orders, to me a fairly good size order for a non-priofit, and they messed up both orders all from not done when stated, to not done and had to come back. The last order I waited 45mins in the lobby for it to be completed after the due date, and then it was wrong and had to be worked on again. They do not look at the online orders that come in email apparently. Not sure how you stay in business when you cannot complete paid orders on time. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL and I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I have conducted business with this UPS Store 3 times in the past year with good results each transaction. Reading the ratings and comments provided by other yelpers is concerning. I, myself, have little need for shipping services, but I help out members of our family group that have more difficulty getting around. After becoming aware of some of the experiences others relay, especially with the high prices noted, I'm glad that I could help out. During the most recent occasion the staff was helpful after understanding what I needed and went out of the way to accommodate. The visit was quick, but I was the only customer at the time. Before I left the parking lot a crowd of customers arrived. I later tracked the package and it cleared its destination on time and in good shape. So I'm pleased. read more

Most rude and the slowest people I've ever encountered. They are randomly closed and taking breaks at random times. They will throw the shipping supplies at customers. I just wanted to leave a great review for a guy that helped me out there today he was wearing a black Seattle Mariners cap he was of Asian descent and a wonderful person, his clerk number is 21034. I brought in a giant 26 lb electric scooter that needed to be returned under warranty and it was an awkward order that I was placing and he took care of everything top to bottom start to finish 100% professional fantastic representative for your store that guy definitely deserves a raise. I really wish I would have caught his name but it was very busy. Due to a mix up with a delivery of some computer equipment for work, I was in a major panic. The equipment arrived on a Saturday but unfortunately I wasn't notified and therefore could not sign for it. I spent the next day not sure what to do. I signed the back of the slip but it was not specified if they were going to try to deliver it. So, my first day at work was spent without some of my equipment. I took a chance a few days later and drove up to the UPS store to see if it had been taken there. This was about 5:00pm and to my horror the place was closed. The sign on the door made no sense whatsoever("5:30 break)but the place was closed most likely due to staffing issues. Apparently they were closed so that people could go on break. I get that but seriously? Going on break at 5:30 when the place closes at 6:30? I decided to wait to see if anyone would eventually open the place and was really annoyed when a customer entered the code on the door and walked right in. But I stood there and waited while a huge line formed around me. FINALLY at around 5:30 ish, someone opened the door and I flew in before anyone else. The woman didn't even say hello or anything and when I asked her if there was a package there for me, she said "No, I don't think so" without even bothering to check! Really????? I insisted that she go back and look and told her it was for work. So a few minutes later she saved me from having a crying fit in the middle of the store by bringing the box to me. Meanwhile there were probably 15 people in line behind me that were probably just as angry as I was. I'm sure I won't be able to avoid this place if packages are sent here again, but I'm going to do everything possible to try to stay away. HORRIBLE customer service. I mean, the least they can do is say thanks for waiting or apologize for the inconvenience! I considered giving them two stars because they did in fact have my package, but the fact that I was inconvenienced and it added to my stress level warrants a one -star review. read more

When I started renting a box from this store about three years ago, the service was quite good. New management has changed all that. Among other things (that have been mentioned in other poor reviews, which I can confirm), you never know when they will be open. I've now been there MANY times during business hours, where they closed, with a makeshift handwritten sign that says "closed, will be open at X:XX". I went here, hoping to expedite a package to my father. After paying almost $20 ($20'dollars is $20) to ensure it was overnighted the package never arrived. I waited a few days to follow up and then return to the UPS store and was informed that since I mailed it through the Postal Service (through their store) they will offer NO help in tracking the package valued at over $100. The manager was very patronizing and somewhere in her career was taught that speaking slower and repeating herself is somehow helpful. When I pointed out there is no need to repeat herself 400 times or lean forward and point her finger at me, she denied doing it. We were told to leave, which was fine. I know now, and want make sure anybody who reads this knows, don't waste your time dealing with this UPS store, they wash their hands of you once the label is out on your package. read more

Abysmal customer service, and they charge you for taping and packing Amazon drop-offs, despite the fact that, in my case, Amazon stated clearly (and I quote): "Show the return code to an associate at the UPS Store who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return for FREE". Instead, they charged me $3.50 for four pieces of tape (I provided the box). (For perspective: for $6.00 you buy an entire roll of tape anywhere else, which also has precisely this as an added advantage: it is anywhere else than this place.) read more

Back to this store today after learning that it's under new ownership. I'm cleaning out the garage and have an ungodly amount of stuff that needs to be shredded, wanted some place fairly close, so I thought I'd give this place a try after my very unhappy experience a couple of years ago. Let me say, the change in ownership is very apparent from the minute I walked in the store! I was greeted with genuine smiles and an offer to help me haul my stuff inside the store. Seriously! Then an assist by bringing over a chair to help me with the bags. Then an assist with stuffing the last of the items into a secure bin. I understand they've had some challenges with overcoming the experiences people had in the past and believe me, I do understand that. But, I hope folks give the new owners and their employees a chance because I actually enjoyed my time at the store and left with a smile on my face. I hope things work out well for them, they've definitely made an attempt to do right by the customers. read more

I'm not a "casual shipper". I run a major business and this UPS store is the "face" of my company for all shipments in or out. I have a business account set up with the store, a rental box, and electronic notification for all transactions. My relationship is not with UPS, it's with the STORE. The owners took this store over about 2-3 years ago. They were and are consummate professionals. I feel very taken-care-of and will keep my business here. They handle my UPS, FedEx, US Postal and Notary Service with equal enthusiasm. No partiality, no bias, no excuses, just best practice at all times. I can call in at any time and find out the status of what's happening with my shipments. When packages arrive, I'm notified on my cell phone. The rapport I have with the owners and employees is priceless....wouldn't give it up or go anywhere else for anything. - Scott read more

Even during the busy holidays, their staff goes out of their way to do the best job possible to service their customers. I come here every few weeks to drop a business package 3rd party billing, I've been doing this for the last year during the pandemic. Every single time I come the employees cannot understand how to bill my package 3rd party. AND I DO MEAN EVERY TIME! It's ridiculous. I'm sitting in my car right now speaking with UPS customer service because now I've been told my account is blocked! UPS says it's showing no blockage on the account. I recently dropped a prepaid USPS package at this store that the post office never received. The gal working the counter seemed to take an unusual interest in the box but I always assume most people are honest and left it in the post office pickup bin anyway. Unfortunately, in this case that was a mistake. That package is gone and I don't think the post office lost it - I think the post office didn't get it but a UPS employee did. After 5 years of excellent customer service, things have gone rapidly down hill to the point where I'm not certain I can entrust them any longer with my mail or packages. I understand the current problem with retaining staff. UPS seems to have the biggest problem here. I haven't seen the same person twice in the past three weeks. Also - whoever thought it was a bright idea to suddenly renovate on a Saturday morning, which resulted in packages being taken off site - with no log of which packages went where, was a decision that can only be described as idiotic. Further - after waiting on line for 20 minutes, my daughter went in to grab our mail. She's been in the list for years - however in a new rollover of the system - she got left off. She was summarily sent away - with no phone call or text to me to confirm. I then spent 45 minutes trying to reach the store. EVERY SINGLE mailbox was full and couldn't accept new messages.
