Great customer service! I have ordered business cards here twice this year, and each time, the image I send in doesn't fit properly and they have to email or call me back to ask how I'd like them to proceed. They are always so patient and work with me to make sure my cards come out just as I envision them! They've had to manipulate, resize, reposition the images I send, because somehow....even though it's only ONE LOGO, I always manage to send in a crummy rendition or low res file to these poor people. ‍ Just to really make it fun, this time around, I show up 30 minutes before they close just to make a "quick stop" to pick up my order of 100 cards. I go to pay, review the cards, and the image is one of the botched versions I'd sent in. Also, the front was a lighter grey than the previous style and looked washed out. It didn't look great and I was super disappointed because I needed the cards for the next day, but simply could NOT use the cards as they were. Renatta took the time to listen to my concerns, search thru the email with me to find the proper image and darken the front of the card. Even though they were now 15 to closing and had many more customers pouring in, this lady took the time to reprint and cut my 100 cards so I would have them for my event. This meant so much to me and this is one of the reasons I will keep coming back to this location. Thanks so much y'all!! read more

Avoid this UPS Store location. I sold a 27" Apple iMac on eBay and took it to this store for packaging and shipping last November. I paid them to do it since I figured they were the experts and that the computer would arrive safe to it's destination. It didn't. What did happen is that the packaging was stamped "fragile" and the computer was heavily damaged upon arrival. Their packaging was woeful and the buyer demanded a refund. The UPS store issued a refund for the cost of the packaging and shipping - nothing more. The buyer of the computer was then instructed by eBay to return the computer to me and they refunded him for the entire purchase. So for 11 months, I have been waiting for my computer to return to no avail. It turns out that somehow, the computer was sent back to the UPS store - who rejected the package so it went back the Buyer then...well no one knows where it went because it never made it to "Lost and Found". I have asked repeatedly for a refund and the latest is that no further refund is coming. Instead, they attempted to mislead me by saying that UPS collects all damage claim items (a quick call to UPS verified that wasn't at all true). In the end, I'm the big loser here. The Buyer received his money back courtesy of eBay and this UPS Store has no interest in making things right. Don't be a big loser - don't ship here. I certainly will not ever again. read more

For years and years I have been depending on this UPS Store on Monroe Road just a hop and a skip from Sardis Rd. North. At first it was convenience and more and more I depended on them to print brochures for my real estate business,"CondoCanDo®" and "The Real Estate Lady®", and then to make copies of transactions into bound books for buyers and for sellers, then when my PC was down, to receive faxes and then when my fax was down they were my fax, to copy maps and make them larger, to print cards and cut them perfectly, to go through thousands of emails and find the copies I needed, to punch holes in my community binders, to wrap and mail gifts to buyers or sellers or nieces and nephews. I just run in, say this is what I want and they do it right every time. My support team on the job all the time and I feel as though I am the only one because they treat me as though I am.
