I have no clue if the manager was on a power trip or something but this was the absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced in a fedex to date. I came in to pick up some packages for my boyfriend whom gets his work inventory shipped every few weeks. I had all the necessary information needed as far as my identification and the package details, full tracking # etc. which I have used every other time I pick up his packages for him. The staff member who went to the back to get the package, went behind a wall (where i could still see her) to tell the manager. I hear the manager saying she wont give me the package and that he needs to be the one to pick it up . She then comes back to tell me that. I started to tell her that I have gone to several other fedex to get his packages with no issues and she cut me off before i could even get halfway through my sentence and keeps repeating(almost at yelling volume) that the manager says no and that she cant do anything. the manager says no. and just repeats this a few times. I call him immediately to let him know they were not releasing his packages. He calls them as im leaving out the door and they lied to him saying that the reason they couldn't release the package to me was because the manager wasn't there to authorize its release which is VERY interesting considering I was just there less than 3 minutes before he called and the manager was very much there in person. Unless the staff member who was "helping" me was lying... I hope this whole staff gets proper training on customer service and learn proper store practices as I have NEVER encountered this type of behavior from fedex staff. I had time to contact corporate about this so hopefully they will tighten up and act professional moving forward.

This place is apparently a package shipping logistics warehouse used by Fedex, in Northwest Ohio. So, my Fedex ground package I ordered in May 2022 was here. They were clearly uninterested in our project from the start. We reached out about getting custom…read moretickets made for an event, somewhere between 100 to 200 depending on price, and could never get a straight answer. Communication felt short and annoyed, like our project was more of a burden than business. The final email from Tracy really sealed it for us: "That print won't work. We could create something similar but it takes approximately 1.5 hours and the charge is $100/hr ($150) that would be in addition to the printing." It basically felt like if your design required any creative effort, they either weren't interested or priced it so high that you'd just go away. If your project is bulk and super simple, this might be your place. But anything custom did not feel welcome. We ended up going with Jenni from SLI Custom Designs instead and they were phenomenal. Treated us like family, designed our tickets with excitement, and had amazing customer service. They didn't care that our project was on the smaller side. They were happy to help and it showed. Minutemen's website says all projects big and small matter to them, but that just wasn't our experience. Highly recommend SLI instead.
