I've been coming to this UPS Store for a few years and have always been greeted with smiles, prompt attention and phenomenal service. To be honest I purposely drive by three UPS Stores before I come here. All the associates are great but the manager, Lowell. He stands apart from all the rest. I have been in business for over 45 years and I have dealt with many individuals. Some great and some not so great but then are some that rise up above all the rest and I'm speaking particularly about Lowell. No matter how busy the store is, or how frustrating the day has been. Lowell somehow always smiles and makes you feel valued. I have no affiliation or interest in the store and it's employees other than to ship and drop off packages for my business. This is just a positive recognition of one person that can make a difference. I don't have to say anything and no one certainly asked me for a review. But when you come across a professional individual that is a young man and has so much potential that you are moved to comment on his performance. I certainly hope Lowell gets recognized for his outstanding performance and this is not say the other employees are not excellent as well. Its just no matter what, Lowell has a way of making a crazy hectic day better when you come to the UPS Store on Mainstreet in Miramar, either to drop off packages, to ship items, fax paperwork, or get notary service. I can truly say it is a pleasure to come to this UPS Store where you are made to feel like a valued customer. Something many other businesses have forgotten how to do. I'm actually giving the store a 4 star rating , because of the great service I've gotten and the great employees that I've dealt with, on occasions especially Josh on 11/11/23 (such a great pleasant helpful employee) However this review is about a particular employee who certainly acts like he doesn't want or need to work there. (He was the rep before I requested Josh's help.) I was certainly going to give the store a 1 star just for him. He was working with a black ghetto bonnet on his head. Which should be against the store's dress code policy. He doesn't greet customers and behaves as iif you're bothering him because he has to serve you. I wanted to put my hands on him in a negative way. Last thing I want to say is, this same employee was mentioned a week ago by another customer on google. So owner/ manager this should speak volumes to you. read more

Because I already had my label printed they still charged me for an envelope instead of just giving me the free UPS plastic envelope that I normally get at any regular location. I just felt they nickel and dime you for a $2 envelope since they didn't create the label. I could have just use any standard envelope or packaging I had home. read more

I went to drop off a package and looked online to see that they didn't close until 3pm. I got there at 2:10, and they were closed... I had to go across town to get to another UPS Store that would be open until the time they said they would be. I called ahead just to be sure. If you are going to this one. Call ahead to be sure they are actually open. This was disappointing. read more

I am really upset due to the treatment received in this UPS, the lack of quality of customer service and for the first time I have received a racist treatment by the older lady who works. I have read other reviews and I see something normal bad customer service in store. I do not understand how it is possible to allow places with services and people so unfit for society. read more

This UPS location has definitely won me over! I've had such a good experience at this store that I travel from Dade to Broward County to pick up my packages. I've been to other locations where employees are searching in the back for deliveries. Not sure if the package/packages that I'm referring to is even in the building. I've not once had this problem at this particular location. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I was really impressed that they remembered my name and my daughter's name after one visit. The staff is extremely friendly and they go the extra mile. What I love most of all is the fact that I am in and out when I need to pick up a package. The wait is always short and I find it very convenient for me. The staff has not only made me feel welcome, but they ALWAYS make my daughter feel so special when she walks through the door. She loves going to pick up packages. This is definitely my preferred UPS location! read more

I work in Brickell so it's a challenge to get to this location during the week to pick up packages. Nevertheless I raced over there to pick up my package (1 year old baby in hand). Walk in at 6:32 (they're doors are open and they're loading packages into the UPS truck parked outside) the manager informs me that they're closed. I tell her I'm just picking up a package she barks again "WE'RE CLOSED". So I leave, return on Saturday only to find out that the package was returned to sender. The same manager goes "you're the girl with the baby right?" I reply "yes" she says oh you came after 6:30 I said it was 6:32 she barks again "We we're closed!". I informed her that I didn't go there to argue. Clearly customer service is not their priority. read more

UPS tried to deliver a package to my house I wasn't there so they left me a note saying sorry we missed you but your package will be at this UPS store I grabbed the note and headed off to the store when I arrive they asked for my ID and quickly said never mind as they all laughed at me and said "this package won't be here until Monday it hast to go back to the Wearhouse first." Today being Friday mind you and the package being Time sensitive. They didn't even try to help Locate it or even look for it. read more
