But I must say that 1) It was the attendant who packed up the item for my daughter and 2) the attendant did not ask my daughter whether she wanted to insure the package, a reminding prompt for insurance that other stores do. The people at this store were apparently nice to her and helped file a claim. But the foul-up of this UPS service is shocking, and equally shocking is that they would not make their incompetence right beyond the standard $100. Think twice before you entrust valuables to UPS, whether they are insured or not.

I was a little wary because of the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. So glad I did, because the notary was warm and friendly, interacted with my kids, was very professional and completed the notarization in a timely manner (and beautiful penmanship). It only cost $5 which was an excellent value compared to other places. Thank you Ms. P! Also, there is a small play area for kids at the front of the store with blocks, so very family-friendly. Will definitely go back with other documents in the future.
