I was doing envelopes and letterheads for my company and because their 4 color prices were so high, I elected to go with single color and two color. Long story short, I need to proof the logo for the company managers and when I got the sample, I said I had to take it to the committee for their approval. I joked that I didn't want to hear them say "I butchered our logo". Well the lady that I was working with went to her manager and told him that I said Precision Printing butchered our logo. When I called back to approve the order, the lady handed me over to the manager who proceeded to read me the riot act about my supposed comments. Before I had a chance to explain the comment, I was told they don't want my business. The most unprofessional conduct of any two people I have ever seen in any company I have ever dealt with. I only went to this company because they were recommended. What a mistake; their work is over priced and they are managed by an imbecile who employs substandard intelligent people. They don't know what customer service means.

I decided to come in today, Friday, 17 May 2024 to find out what happened with the information they promised to send me??? Upon entering the business, I was received by the owners niece. I explained to her the situation and she immediately got an attitude with me , she was not letting me talk cause she said I was there to get work done for free. Which I never said that.. the other lady the graphic designer, I was trying to compliment her on how she was talking to me and dealing with the situation professionally speaking, but she seemed to be upset as well as if trying to be on the nieces side, and I understand she probably didn't want to take my side due to her being an employee of minuteman press.. the situation taking the nieces owners side!!! The owners niece immediately kicked me out of the business pointing her finger at me directing her finger towards the exit door with a very disgusting manner while pointing her finger and looking at me with so much hatred that I had come in as a previous customer to complain to her about what type of business they were running there, not very professional if you ask me.. all I can say is this that some people don't belong in the business industry when dealing with customer service.. I was offended by the owners niece. I personally will not be doing business with this place of business due to the lack of communication and customer service.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MINUTEMAN PRESS!!! IN CONROE TX NEXT TO PAPAJOHNS PIZZA!!! I called the other day at 10am asking if they would be able to do same day business cards the man…read moreon the phone told me that they had a big project so they would be done the next day, our last printer fell through so I was extremely happy to hear that they have a fast turnaround; I told him I was going to finish the card design and send it over. I sent the artwork at 3:30 (since it took me longer than expected) and got back to work, I got an email back from Janet telling me that they're running a big job and won't be able to have them ready by 12pm (250 b&w business cards...) I immediately replied (since it was already late in the day and I wouldn't be able to find another speedy printer)and told her that was fine we just really need them ASAP- no response, so I sent another email asking if it would be later in the day, and if they wouldn't be able to get to it to please let me know so I could try to find someone to do it...again No response. So I just bit the bullet and drove into Houston to get the job done, they were printed in 2 hours after I gave them the design. Don't waste your time here.

I had UPS pack an oil painting and ship to Dallas. The Dallas recipient notified me stating she…read morereceived a gun case and not an oil painting. She provided the packing list included with the gun case. I refunded her money. I reached out to the sender of the gun case to let him know. He said he ships a lot at this UPS location and this happens from time-to-time. I called the local UPS number and was instructed I could leave my number for a call back. The call back was from someone I could not understand. He gave me a reference number and said someone else would call me back. Someone else called and told me to call the local store directly! I replied saying that is exactly what I did. They said they would investigate. In the meantime UPS picked up the gun case delivered to my Dallas recipient. The manager of the local UPS told me he would look into what had happened. He said I did not need to come into the store and that he would keep me informed. I heard nothing from him for two days. I went into the UPS store on Saturday and asked them to have him call me. Today, (Monday afternoon), I went to the store to talk to him, Ralph, as I had not received a call back. He said he was going to call me once the painting was returned. I asked him, "retuned from where?". He went to his desk and made a phone call. He returned stating he would call me when "they" called to let him know where the painting ended up. This is THE most inefficient system I have ever experienced. I am out $300 plus the painting. There is a complete lack of urgency in any of this. Totally unacceptable.

Unfortunately, the staff was completely unwilling to help at first, repeatedly telling us that everything had to be done online. After persistently asking for support, someone finally stepped in--but by then, the order had already been processed and was sent to the wrong location. To make matters worse, we're still not sure where the order actually went, and no one could give us a clear answer. We were simply trying to order business cards, and the lack of customer service and guidance made an already simple task extremely frustrating. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had. Would not recommend this location if you're looking for help or clear communication. Very disappointing.
