Morro Bay is a standout in positive customer service. This Foothill location, and in particular one employee, really gives the whole business a bad name. I hope UPS wakes up and invites their employee Duncan to another job elsewhere not dealing with the public. In the few minutes I was inside, he bad mouthed UPS, Whole Foods, ragged on Amazon, and seemed to hate the fact that I was even there. He said "UPS doesn't even like doing returns for Amazon--they're not paid enough to deal with all the hassle." I suggested with a laugh that that seemed to be a problem for corporate UPS contract negotiators (not him and I at that moment), and he continued with the negative banter. Guy told me ups guy only comes once a week, if at all and store had boxes everywhere waiting several days to be picked up. So, even if I package and print my own label/ they won't take UPS packages. This place is a total fail. I was in previous shipping store 2-3 times a week for my business, at this same location. Now, they're worthless for my needs. We ship should change their name to No ship, and their motto should be; "Take your business elsewhere" ... or better- they could change the name to We Shit , cuz they're useless.

The final day I could ship them was on a Monday. So I dropped them off the Friday before at about 5pm ish. I was told to "Just leave them on the counter." I placed them on the counter and asked for a receipt. I was told, "If you want a receipt, you can take a picture." I found this odd, but I took the picture. On Monday morning there was still no record via the Fedex tracking website. So I contacted the receiving party to inform them what was going on. Later that evening it finally showed on the Fedex tracking website. This was my second time with less than stellar customer service at this location, thus prompting this review. Their lack of communication is frustrating. Leaving $700 dollars of merchandise without getting a receipt is unacceptable. I was stuck leaving it there because of my timeframe, but I will not use this place again.
