First time walking into this store. It was clean and organized which is reassuring when shipping something. I needed to ship something for work. I had to go looking through storage to find the item. The item was not stored where or how it was supposed to be. This is important because i entered the UPS rather annoyed. I walked in with lose items and wait a little. My turn! The gentleman asked how may I help? I placed the items on the counter and i asked if he would help me ship these items. I needed books delivered next day by end of day for a show. When I checked the tracking it showed that it would be delivered by the end of day the FOLLOWING day which would not work. Long story short, Thomas made calls, tracked down the driver with my package and made sure it got delivered this morning first thing! Truly stellar service! I've utilized this UPS store for many things. When we first moved to the area and had no access to our printer, it was easy to come here and have documents printed. They have a store email address that you can send your documents to and they will print from that. On one visit, one of the documents I emailed to them wouldn't allow them to view and print but they found a work around and were able to assist me. Making packages from here is just as easy. You can bring your packages already packed or they will pack them for you for a small fee. They actually take care in packaging your item and ensure that it is properly packaged. Customer service is great and always helpful. If there's a line, it mostly moves pretty fast. read more

Staff here are fabulous! Always so helpful and do a great job. I am disabled, and when I gimp in they try their best to help me carry my load, or take care of my needs quickly. I love dealing with them. They have several copy machines, including a color copy one. I always mess up using it, but they are very patient and helpful to make sure I get my job done. read more

2 stars only for convenience and the fact they've not yet lost my packages. There used to be nice staff here, but now, most of the younger staff seem genuinely bothered to have to deal with people. They can't even be bothered to make eye contact or greet you. Prices are insane, so I only really use them for Amazon returns. read more

Avoid this place and drive the extra distance to another UPS Store location. They lost my package and refused to take responsibility. All I know is I dropped off my Amazon return with them and it disappeared. The only answer I got from the Saturday manager was that was impossible - no accountability whatsoever. Amazing service! I went in to have a document notarized. I was initially requesting to schedule an appointment at a later date, but their manager was able to do this essentially on-the-spot (he is also a notary). He was friendly, efficient and got the job done. I am grateful for this. The associate was also courteous in assisting us as well. Oh my what a difference!! I just left a terrible review for the UPS Store in Renton a few days ago and vowed never to go back there again. Went today to the newcastle location (they're owned independently) somewhat expecting the same. Instead, they were amazing! May, the lady at the counter, was super sweet and very helpful. I rarely need to use UPS store, but this UPS store I visited twice and both time I had really bad experience. The owner made me buy packaging for my Amazon return. I've never have to buy package. It cost me 3.99 for the packaging and all he did was put the product inside the bag and set it aside. Not sure if he really need it or not. The owner was not friendly and no smell. I rarely leave feedback but I feel compelled to do so the Asian man, who says he's the owner is extremely rude! No matter when you go in he has the same Attitude. I literally prayed that I did not have to deal with him when I go to pick up my package but he seems to always be there. Shame, should take some lessons from his other employees. read more

I asked him if there was any extra cardboard they were going to recycle so we can use them for my 3rd grade class project and he never looked up and answered "nope" as I was staring a pile of folded cardboard behind him. Something has changed at this store. They are no longer honoring the terms of Amazon returns (where the Amazon instructions state that they will pack and ship at no charge to the customer). I've never had that experience at this store before. The store in Renton highlands a few miles away honored the terms and accepted the shipment at no charge to me. read more

This place is a hit or miss with customer service. There is an Asian man in there who threw fit because he thought my packaging wasn't good enough. He took the package anyway but I have not seen that much attitude during a transaction before. I was helped by him again today and asked him to seal down my envelope in which he did not end up doing and just threw it in the delivery slot and said I didn't need it (wtf?). I only come here because it's very close and convenient for me. The other employees are actually really friendly and helpful and I will be requesting them from now on. read more

Every time I go the store the owner makes me feel very uncomfortable when I visit for the returning items to Amazon or other things. Some times he doesn't response gave me a rude look his voice sounds very grumpy Huh... I prefer to get help from other employees. read more

I've been coming to this location for years. The service is nice. May is always helpful and willing to go the extra miles to meet visit customer's need. The Korean gentleman is also pretty helpful and I found him very carful with foreign shipments. read more

I guess this is a long overdue review. We used this location as a personal mailbox for a few years and they have always gone above and beyond for us. They've stayed open a few minutes late for us when we called in advance, they've mailed our mail to another state when we were out of town per our request, they are by far the best UPS store we have ever used. Mae (hope I'm spelling your name right) is so amazing. You never really know how important it is to have someone who cares that much about her job until you run into somebody who doesn't care. Mae has been an absolute doll. Just a pleasure to deal with and we were always happy to see her when we came in. Unfortunately we moved out of state now and are dealing with a location that is subpar. Miss these guys!!!! read more

Super cool and reliable during holiday stress. Huge line, raining, people not knowing what to do. Grouchy customers. But staff was super helpful, got people what they needed (including myself when I made some really silly errors and needed things explained more than once), and just generally kept cool. Nakiya (I think that was her name sorry if mispelling) was helping me and was super cool about everything. At a time when it seems like people are blowing up at each other left and right, it was nice to be at a place where it felt like everyone was just like, "I got you. It's ok." They've been consistently like this since we've been coming here for the past 3 or 4 years. read more

This store is fine. Yes, a lot times it is busy. Especially during the holidays. But it doesn't deserve the low ratings. The owner runs a tight ship and gets things done. I have been to this location a few times. UPS's rates are insane! It shocks me but I guess it shouldn't. Service here kind of lacks. There is a guy who barely speaks to you and a lady who is rough around the edges. She once asked me where I got some USPS tape but in a tone that indicated that I had done something horrible. Um...I had it in the garage. She wanted to know because I guess USPS will not give them any but don't make me feel like I stabbed someone for having it. Sorry about your luck but damn. It's convenient and close to work so if I need to mail something USPS it beats going to the post office and dealing with the lines, weirdos and crappy service by people who hate their lives/jobs. read more

I run an online event ticket company and have been using this store frequently on a daily / weekly basis, so I am in the store a LOT. Not sure where these negative reviews are coming from, but all of the staff has been helpful and nice every single time I go in there. I can not imagine going to another UPS store to do my business. This staff are really courteous and very professional. And I've never had a complaint about UPS as far as their delivery goes. But holy smokes the shipping rates are high! A ground package was going to cost more than double what you'd pay shipping FedEx ground from a business office. read more

This place is very expensive and very rude if you do anything other than hand them a box and pay what they want. They tack extra fees on almost everything and they don't tell you they are putting extra fees on. They seem to serve mostly older clientele who may not have any other option. To scan a single page cost $1.50. When asked why such a high cost I was given nothing but static. I saw them do the same thing to another customer while I was there in they refused to explain alternatives in shipping costs or methods. read more

This was my third, and last, time visiting the store. They are rude every time I've been in. Today I asked the older gentleman a question three times while he just ignored me and never answered. I finally had to ask for a response. The woman wouldn't give eye contact or acknowledge me, but at least time she wasn't shoveling her political opinions down my throat like my last visit. Poor customer service. I asked if I could borrow some tape to seal my packages better and the man seemed pretty annoyed by it. It would have been better if he kindly refused to give me tape than to be rude about it. I didn't realize borrowing tape was such a big deal and I don't plan on returning to this location. read more

I was on my way to a preschool open house close to here when my phone died and I lost the directions and address. I was really at a loss as to what i could do to retrieve it when i remembered I had it in a email they had sent me. On a stretch i pulled in here to see if they offered internet time i could buy or knew who could. Not only did the man behind the counter offer to let me use his personal computer he then map checked it for me and gave me directions. Way to go above and beyond!
