Even though there was no line, I was refused in-person assistance and directed to self-service, which felt unnecessary. When I asked about "smart returns," the staff member was unfamiliar with the process and couldn't provide clear information, even though many retailers use FedEx for 'smart returns'. The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive, with more focus on process than customer support. My overall, the experience was frustrating and not aligned with basic customer service expectations. read more

Paid $227 for "FedEx 2 day Express." It was "guaranteed" to be delivered in 2 days, then it was delivered 5 days later. I tried to file a claim for a price adjustment online, it failed multiple times, then put me through a series of dead ends and restarts. I tried the chat feature, which was the least informed AI chat I have ever used, and got nowhere. I asked for "Operator," and it gave me a phone number. So I called 800GOFEDEX, 800-463-3339, spoke with a very impatient man who did not give his name, and told me to file a claim online. I explained I tried to file an online claim for the past hour, and asked him to walk me through it. He gave me 3 steps then hung up on me. I'll never use FedEx for "Express" again. If you do, expect it to be late, and you probably should select FedEx "Ground" to get it there in about the same amout of time for less money. read more

Worst service my sister has ever received from FedEx Print & Ship. She walked in to pick up a print job today that she emailed yesterday in person. Today, the worker at the front, Victor, had the worst attitude. Apparently he's the manager, yikes. Told her the print job (10 color prints on 8.5x11 basic white paper, and 4 of those prints lamented) was not ready due to the person who took the order yesterday not properly putting it into the system. That's fine, completely understand that mishap, however he kept telling her that he would not be able to finish the prints today and kept talking to her in a rude and passive tone, as if it was her fault that FedEx was understaffed today?? We're coming in with the information we received yesterday which was to pick up tomorrow by 12, sorry Victor if our little colored print job pissed you off or something. After an unnecessary back n forth to get our prints (why are we having to argue with you?? Isn't this your job??) he was able to get it done in 5 whole minutes, guess he didn't need a whole day and a half to do this print. Threw the print job onto the table, didn't bother to wrap it, only other thing he said to her was the charge. My sister thought it was so weird, but at this point, she just wanted to pay and leave. We are members of a few wine clubs and they are usually delivered via FedEx. During one of our last shipments we were assured our order would be on time before we left for vacation. Of course that didn't happen and we were concerned our wine would be shipped back across the country. We called this location to see if they could hold our case of wine for a week. The staff was so friendly, helped us with the service we needed and made sure our wine was safe at this location until we returned home. read more

Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and efficient. They carry out a package to my car if it's heavy for me. I have a wine club delivery that goes to the store and I'm never charged to pick it up. UPS is closer but they charge $10 to pick up anything and there's never enough staff to ask for someone to help me carry a heavy item to my car. read more

9-2-2025 at 11:30am. I have never been treated as poorly by an employee while simply doing errands as I have today. No name tag visible through the long black hair. Three employees and zero customers needing help, two were at self serve kiosk no help needed. I had a prepaid return labeled box to give them. Went to the desk was told no, use the kiosk. Both were busy so I waited. Why she couldn't just grab the box I don't know. I had trouble figuring out the kiosk as I usually just drop boxes at the desk. Asked her for help. the exchange: I can't seem to get the scan to work. - her: well, if you could read it says (then proceeds to read screen). I said I didn't understand the instructions, but could indeed read. her: punched buttons being very annoyed and got me to receipt screen. The receptacle where the packages went was full. Her: still standing there annoyed with having to help me, I said it's full. her: yeah. I just said that which is why I'm standing here to take your box. I didn't hear her say that. I was so flustered by this awful treatment. This is a person who should not be in any customer facing position. Bad day? we all have them. I took up less than five minutes of her time and she had the energy to be one of the rudest humans I've come across on any given day. Needless to say, Fed Ex doesn't need my business which is good because they no longer have it. And with this visit to the store, where zero customers were, I'm sure they don't care. read more

I think it's really funny how it always smells like pizza when you walk in here since it's right next to Mod. I think some people might have an issue with that but I love pizza so it doesn't bother me. I generally come here to print since I don't have a printer at home. It's really easy to do as it's self service. One of the options are to email the PDF to the fedex email and it gives you a retrieval code that you just type into the machine next to the printer. The same machine takes your payment so you can be in and out in 30 seconds. I haven't spoken to the people who work here much but they always greet everyone who walks in and were very helpful my first time printing when I hadn't used the machine before. This place does a lot. You can print posters, books, bind them, buy packing and shipping materials, labels, office supplies, etc.. It's never very busy here so you won't have to wait in line very long if you need help from the counter. read more

We are a business that has multiple DAILY shipments through FedEx, yet this particular location tries to tell me that they do not accept brand new, properly packed, and secured file boxes that we have shipped and continue to ship through FedEx on a regular basis. Page 7 of the FedEx issued packing guidelines specifically address "Banker Box, Storage Box, Archive Box, Document Box, Paper Box" and states that these are all acceptable as long as they are undamaged and do not exceed 30 lbs. This location thinks they can fool us into purchasing their packing services by telling us that FedEx does not accept these types of boxes. I called FedEx and confirmed that they do in fact accept file boxes and that the Factoria FedEx Office should have accepted them. They said someone from FedEx Corporate would contact them, but we'll see. read more

Extraordinarily unhelpful and unfriendly customer service. If not for the convenient location in Factoria I wouldn't come back. Have come here twice to drop off packages with a pre-paid shipping label. First time they tried to charge me for shipping, despite the multiple places on the label and packing sheet that said shipping was paid for. The second time they charged me $4 for filler, which was literally some paper that was scrunched up and thrown in the box. If I had known this would be an extra charge, I could literally have thrown any random wrapping I had around the house in the box and saved $4. All of this would be excusable, except for the fact that two out of two times I've gone here, the employees act as if I'm severely inconveniencing them and wasting their time. Very frustrating, and I just can't recommend this location. read more

The slowest and most understaffed FedEx store I have ever been in! ALWAYS a line of numerous customers, and only ever one person assisting. There are times when there are five or more customers in line, and a second employee is in the back doing "who knows what", while the one person incompetently tries to help the ever growing line of customers! If you must go to a FedEx Office store, find another location!!! read more

I came to pickup a package mid-morning, and they only had one employee working. He spent 30 minutes working with a customer while the line grew. I went across the street, waited in line to buy some muffins, returned to find he was with the same customer. The employee was great, but only one working? That's on the manager. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would - we shipped golf clubs on Aug 2 from here to Michigan - they have not shown up in Michigan, they have not shown up back at our house - no one can tell me where they are except in transit. It is now August 25th...I could have driven to Michigan and back in less time. And there is no refund or no payment for value of the clubs....And of course you get the run around every time you try to call someone. I think there is a Fed Ex employee out enjoying the links about now. read more

I was disappointed by their customer service. I shipped internationally and paid over 160 dollars to do so, and I called 10 mins after as I changed my mind, I don't need my 166dollar back but I need them return it back, they said no problem and I'll get it back for sure and then next day I have not get any response so I called them once again, they said now I have to create a new account so they can charge me to ship it back as the packages left Bellevue to California and it happened to be on it's way to japan already. What a terrible experience this ever can be. Fedex is definitely becoming the unreliable company coming to shipping your stuff, and you pay extra and still their customer service is terrible. At the least I should be notified as it is leaving to the destination, and it never happened. I would avoid FedEx at all cost in the future, by choosing them you must be putting your packages to the wrong hands. read more
