Abdul was absolutely amazing! We had over 20 items to return and it was close to closing time and he helped us in such a patient and kind manner and didn't make us feel stressed or rushed. He even helped take care of the other guests while still taking care of us to avoid a line buildup. Urgently needed to get some packages out this morning. Drove up at 8:20 AM hoping to be the first in line. Store hours posted says it opens at 8:30 AM. 845 and there's still no one here, dark inside with the gate down. Had to go to another UPS location and was late for work. read more

This place is great. It is very convenient. They have options to print documents or posters. They have safety deposit boxes. They even have greeting cards. They will change you if need to use tape to tape your boxes so make sure you take care of that before you get there or bring your own. read more

I guess this is what I get for being lazy instead of going to my local post office I decided to go here for convenience being that I live right in town. All I needed to do was to ship three children's T-shirts super light shouldn't be a big deal shouldn't cost a lot of money. I go in the young man behind the counter seemed annoyed that he had a customer I felt so uncomfortable to say the least. I explain to him that I just wanted to ship the items in the most economical way possible they were just going to South Jersey. He told me to put it on the scale which I did I had everything in a Disney World bag being as that's where they came from. He then said to me you're gonna have to buy A gray bag to ship it in OK whatever how much could a plain plastic bag cost. I then said where are the bags instead of directing me he only said behind you I didn't see them because I didn't have my glasses on. I said once more can you just point them out again I don't see them to which he proceeded to say in a really nasty manner there literally right in front of you. Oh I'm sorry to bother you and inconvenience you by doing your job young man. Anyway I got the bag handed it over had to give him the address three times because he wasn't pot paying attention. He tells me it's gonna cost me $10 in change to ship it OK fine that's like a dollar more than the post office no biggie then he says to me oh you purchased the gray bag correct to which I answered yes because he told me I had to well he decided not to inform me that that stupid plastic bag was another five dollars. At this point I just wanted to get the item shipped and get out of there I would never ever recommend this place to anyone in my town the price isn't good and the attitudes are even worse read more

I have been to this Ups store in the past. I think it changed owners. I was second in line and waited 22 minutes to mail my package. I asked for the most economical way to ship. The man behind the counter quoted me $50. It was not a heavy or large box and I ship boxes to my daughter quite often. When he saw that I knew better, he said $28. Very sketchy place. I've been going to the North Haldeon UPS location for many years, I've never had an issue and yesterday I dropped off a few packages and one package I had boxed and a RA label printed but I thought it said UPS to box but I was wrong..the gentleman was kind enough to tape it for me without hesitation. Every time I come to this location the employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. I went in today and just so happened to cut myself with my shipping tape, right before going in. The team was kind enough to help me out with some bandages. On top of assisting me with my two Amazon returns perfectly!! These two employees are an asset to this company!! I just went to the store today for return to Amazon. The one who works there is so unprofessional and unhelpful. He is unable to scan the barcode and he doesn't want to accept the package. In other UPS, if they cannot scan they will at least try to input the codes. When he tried, he appears to be destroying the keyboard as he inputs the code. I will not use this UPS store again and will tell all my friends never to do their business in this UPS store. read more

Wow, this place has gone downhill. It used to be a friendly and convenient neighborhood copy center. On the road, ran in to fax four (4) pages. That's up to $ 1.25 per page there now. Then someone named Marc tells me he can't send my fax because "the paper was folded" and it jams his copier. Since he can't figure out that the paper folds the other way (or doesn't want to) he walks my fax over to a copier and makes four copies, charging me (for the fax HE can't send) an additional .15 per copy (.60). $5.99 to send a four page fax. I'll never go there again and I recommend you don't either. read more
