    Current tracking status, doesn't even have the correct drop-off location on the receipt.

    I would suggest this store hire more help. I dropped off a return order to Verizon, got a tracking receipt. The next day the box was on my front porch??? Not sure how it got there - the tracking number clearly shows it was dropped off at the store and enroute to where ever. (according to the tracking info it never left the store.) When I took the package back to the store the next day to find out why it was at my house, the CSR at the counter told me I would need to get a new label from Verizon. He could not help me. I know he may not have considered my time is valuable, but it is. I drove to a Verizon store and got a new label went to another UPS store - that was FAR more efficient with a DIY scanning system. I spent over an hour driving around to complete a simple task. Save your time and money and just find another UPS store.

    If I could give the UPS Store Olney negative stars I would. Horrible customer service. There were at least 20 people in line wrapped around the store and only one person behind a register assisting customers. The other employee present was boxing up packages and refused to open a register to help customers. The line moved at a snail's pace. What customer wants to wait in line for an hour when all they need to do is open another register? I wish I had taken a photo of all of the people wrapped around the store. The employee in the picture "James" was particularly rude and dismissive. There are too many other stores that understand what good customer service is for me to go back to this horrible UPS Store Olney location. I asked "James" for his last name and he refused to give it to me - he claimed he was the owner of the franchise. I found this hard to believe because an owner would've never acted so unprofessionally and disrespectful to customers. As you can see from his name tag there's only first names which gives no accountability, thus leading to the abhorrent customer service. It was so bad that I'm sure James will probably reply to this review in a rude and disrespectful way rather than apologizing. Does James look pleasant to you? I see that there are many other negative Google reviews about this particular store and James. James needs to take training in how to provide decent customer service. Just look at him - would you want to go to a store and have to deal with him?

    Yikes! Customer service could be a little better. Like maybe a Hi when you walk in. Nope, the guys were so into their packing of boxes it's like I was invisible. Work stations are not really available and they charge you for tape. So, if you're sending something save yourself money and have it ready to go or you'll feel robbed walking out of the store. Wanna print your label? Yeah you get charged for that too. Ridiculously over priced. Had I not been on a time crunch I would have gone else where. After the guys stopped working on their project I was approached with human interaction. He was nice just late on the hello and help.

    I needed a box to mail some clothes in. Just the box, no shipping, tape, or anything else. I was quoted $9.99 for a 16 x 16 box.

I had just finished processing my return when a senior citizen customer behind me had asked for assistance in carrying in her packages, if she pulled her car up front. The customer was pleasant and had already processed her returns at the self-checkout kiosk, and just asked for a little assistance. Instead of offering to help the senior citizen carry in her packages, the cashier told her that "they had a dolly" and told her to "use that." I was honestly taken aback. The customer was very clearly a senior citizen, and though she was walking unassisted, it was very clear that she lacked the physical ability. I was in a rush to get to my next appointment, but ended up helping the customer carry in her return packages. While we were walking to her car, she informed me that she had never had this issue before at any other UPS locations (so it clearly wasn't a "company policy" issue.") If the able bodied/young cashier would've taken 2 seconds out of her time (it wasn't even busy,) she would've seen that the packages weren't unusually large nor heavy, but just an issue of mobility for the customer. I understand that we are all busy and stressed and customer facing jobs can be really stressful, but the complete lack of awareness for this senior citizen asking for assistance was really disappointing.

Seriously, I could not say enough good things about how Hassan and his team helped me navigate the process of obtaining compensation for damage during shipping. Without a doubt, I will continue to use this business every chance I get. Even though I had purchased insurance, Hassan had the foresight to proactively take pictures of the package as it left his store on the carrier's truck. Through this single action alone, I was able to prove the package was in good condition at the start of its journey -- quite unlike its state at the end of the journey! The key here is that the service at Postal Place, and just plain old-fashioned thoughtfulness at this business, is a value that I could never have put a price on for my very expensive shipment. Thank you Hassan! I really don't know what I'd have done without you.

Either way, I had many giant cloth grocery bags full of the stuff. Thankfully, this location had two relatively empty secure disposal bins. The store personnel were super friendly and helpful. One clerk even helped me load all the paper in to the narrow slots located on the bins. Within 20 minutes, we had disposed of all the random credit card offers, loan approvals, or various other spammy mailings that one dare not throw in the trash. It was over $200 to get rid of everything. I was not excited about that price but it was on my to do list and it needed to be out of my home. Secure disposal well, my friends!

I can ALWAYS get a hold of someone at the store whenever I call during normal business hours. Sure, sometimes they run busy so I will try to catch them at a different time (no big deal). Do not listen to the naysayers. I live overseas and maintain a personal mailbox at this UPS Store. They would receive not only my mail but all my online orders. When I have accumulated a good number of orders, I would ask this UPS Store to pack my items for me and get it ready for shipment to me. Granted, I use SendMyBag (via DHL) and not UPS or FedEx to send my packages but Cindy would pack all my things into a box and all I have to do is email her the shipping label/customs form. SendMyBag (DHL/FedEx) will then pick up the box from the store and get it on its way to me in Asia. No one should be complaining about the hardworking, courteous, and professional staff at this store. Highly recommend!
