Quick and easy! (Well, mostly quick) I showed up to return a couple Amazon returns. I already had to barcodes ready and the items. I showed up and got in-line behind this young lady. She took freaking forever man. And then she mixed up the barcodes for her packages and the transaction had to be re-done. In my head, I was thinking "come on dude, get your life together." Waited about 15 minutes for this one person to get her packages out. And when it was my turn, it took under 3 minutes. No joke! The staff members were working fast. The guys working were very sweet and helpful. One of them was as named Johnny and he actually was even more helpful because he told me a great tip about my returns because I was bringing them in bags and paying for them on Amazon and he told me that I didn't have to and that was a great help because I'm always worried when I make returns! He had such a great attitude! as I was being helped by him, I had soooo many returns. I had my husband there, and I told him to tape the packages as Johnny was scanning them in and Johnny, told me he could do that and it's okay. He wanted to do everything! I just paid for a book to be mailed to a friend, but the young lady didn't tell me that the only option was UPS and not USPS. What a rip off! I have not been here in a while but for me I have had pleasant experiences so far. I go there once every 6 months to a year to return an Amazon package/item. I've noticed other people say customer service is bad but for me there's been no problems. I think people just need to know what they want and just keep it simple. For me. I go in. Say, "Hi I'm here to make a return of an Amazon package." Person behind the counter says, "Okay." They take the item, scan the code I have on my phone, was handed this little paper for my records, transaction complete, said goodbye, and was out the door. Simple. No hard time. Sometimes I would be greeted with a "Hello" or a smile. Sometimes I just get one or the other. In the end, as long as the employees knows their stuff and are not outright mean or disrespectful toward me (lack of a greeting or a smile does not count as disrespect in my book because I don't smile much either) then I'm good. It may not always be "service with a smile" but it's passable and adequate service nonetheless. So far no problems with this location. I go in, return a package, then I walk out. All in under a minute. Simple as that. read more

Opened up a box with this location and the people there were very responsive but laid back. My kind of people. It was a smooth process and the employees assisting were very welcoming and just appreciate the great customer service, it's also a reason for the 5 stars. Have a mid sized business box and it comes with 24 hour access so if you can't make it by business hours and need to go at midnight it's available! But I believe it's only for business boxes and if you need a package that will need to be picked up during regular work hours. Close to the freeway and has a lot of things near it. Each time I've went in after to check the box they are always saying hello unlike some offices where they don't even acknowledge you haha. So it's a nice place and if you need to ship out they got your back too! read more

Horrible charges us $3 to print a label for Amazon. Not really a free return. This place is awful and I would not recommend to anyone.

I always use this UPS Store to return my Amazon purchases, to send stuff and to print stuff, and the service always has been very good!! Never had a problem with any package sent or any return made. Regardless the amount of people I never had to wait long, they work very diligently to take care of business. So far so good. Access is easy either from Chapman or Main, parking is always available because is located in a shopping center. read more

This is the closest UPS store to me, which I frequent to return my Amazon purchases. I haven't had any issues with my return shipments here and they always ask if I want a printed return receipt. I always say I do because you never know if the package gets lost during transport and you're on the hook for it until Amazon receives it. This location seems to be owned by an Indian family and their customer service has been standard for me since I don't expect much due to the brevity of my visits. Parking in front of the store can be a hassle depending on the hour of day you arrive, but this store is located in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking elsewhere. read more

This store is lame. I went in to get a form notarized. I picked up the employees pen on the counter to sign my name. He says to me I can't accept this. I said why?. He says I did not see you sign it. I still had the pen in my hand. I said this is your pen right?. He said yes. The employee is apparently a daydreamer or can't pay attention. I walked out. I won't come back , no worries there. If you want your package delivered, then DON'T use this UPS store! I dropped off my package on a Friday, should of got there on Tuesday (by the way, overpaying for delivery $48) and was told on WEDNESDAY that my package was DISCARDED when I called the store. They NEVER CALLED ME. I have been going back and forth with several people, even calling corporate to get my refund since the shipment package never went through for over TWO WEEKS, and was DENIED. I wasn't even asking for the value of my package anymore! They might of gained $48 but lost a customer for LIFE. (That uses them for Textbook delivery all the time.) Word of advice to Ian and his staff: Consumer loyalty and satisfaction should be your priority. Not just the money. DISAPPOINTED. One star is too much. Wish I could leave a 0 star review! read more

Very bad service! Avoid this place! 1 month to open a box, they asked me 3 times the same documents because they lost every time i went there to give them. It's only when my friend raise his voice, they finally said "  it's ok, everything is good ". Seriously? My friends at the same box can't pick my packages up even with an email. They had never answer me to my emails. I went once without my ID but show them a picture of all my ID (passport, ID...) in my phone, it was a fight with the agent whereas they have a copy (even 3 copies) of my ID in their files! It's the 3rd postal box i've tried in LA because of relocation but the 1st i've have issues with. I understand now the 2,5 stars read more

I always drop off my small usps packages every week, but today this employee decides to be very rude and say no we don't accept usps packages anymore, this is a lie. You can go on the USPS website and it states as Courtesy we do accept usps package as they come everyday. I will be contacting the regional manager about this. She was very rude and had the worst attitude! I also called to verify the name of the employee and a gentleman stated they do accept usps packages but not big packages, my package was super small the size of an Vanilla envelope. I gotta say im pretty surpised to see the reviews on this location being so low. This is the ups nearest my office so ill have to pop in about 5/6 times through out the year. I also drop off my chegg books during the school semester. I have always been greeted, during long lines they acknowledge me and thank me for being patient, the customer service overall is great. Serveral occasions ive done a meh job to my packages and to have them tell me, "let me retape this for you so theres no issues." Ive used there notary service three times before and never had a problem with that either. Ill continue to use this as my office ups store, since there havent been any issues with my shipments, the cost, or the service. read more
