Came here today to ship something, didn't have an envelope but was able to purchase one at the store, for under $3 (I needed a padded envelope). The person working the counter was very attentive and provided friendly service to every customer I saw her interact with. The parking area right in front of the store can get a little congested but there is plenty of parking in the back, which is where I ended up parking. read more

Your packages will get lost or stolen here. Terrible service. Staff is untrained and not helpful. Came here to pickup a package that was signed for by the manager cindy. They said they didn't have it in their system even though cindy signed for it. They said the drivers just yes her name to sign for packages even if she isn't there. This is a good way to lose packages or steal the packages. I had to call the corporate number to track it down. Why are they writing that cindy signs for packages if she doesn't actually sign for it? Due to a horrible experience I had at a UPS store in Anaheim, I did a Yelp search for local UPS stores and came across this one with positive reviews. It's located on the corner of 4th and Tustin behind a gas station and next to Subway. I walked in and asked the nice Asian lady behind the counter if I could print out my shipping label and she kindly said I could e-mail the shipping label to the store's e-mail and she'll print it out for me for $2. I also needed a box to ship my item in which was a bit bulky and heavy and she took a few measurements and found the biggest box she had. She said she wouldn't charge me for packing the item for me which was nice. The cost of the box plus the $2 printing fee came out to $13 which is a bit much, but I had a deadline to send this out and my printer at home was out of ink so I was fine with it. I'd recommend getting a shipping bag or packing stuff on your own at home, but if you're in a crunch this store will get it done for you. The store was very clean, smelled fine, parking was plentiful and easy to find and there's not really much traffic coming through this shopping center so it's a low stress experience. Definitely would go back here again for any UPS related shipping needs. read more

I've been here 3 times to drop off amazon returns. Every time the lady has been very fast. No complaints here on dropping off items. The last time she was also very helpful to a very elderly gentleman in front of me who was a bit confused with the concept of using his smartphone to pull up the return barcode. The lady was very patient and helped him to pull up the barcode after borrowing his phone to show him. I thought this was very nice. I've been to other ups stores where they are very rude if you don't have everything ready when you get to the front of the line and will be very unhelpful and dismissive if you don't. Boxes and other items are piled up in front of the counter and could easily be stolen - so keep that in mind when you drop off a package. ZEERO STARS, if i could! 2nd time I've had a horrible customer service experience involving returning an Amazon package. Rep told me i needed to buy packaging - i let her know that due to the rain, i no longer have the packaging. AND Amazon specifically told me that i do not need any packaging UPS WILL HANDLE IT. The rep matter of factly said "ya, it happens all the time. You need to yell at Amazon about it"...WOW! So the rep said the box is $x. I said "fine...im not happy about it, but fine. Then, the amount she charged me was nearly TWICE the amount she said! When i asked, she said, "you want it packaged, right?" YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING! This seemed like she was just charging whatever she wanted. Regardless, i paid just to get out of there. When i called Amazon, they confirmed that I should not have had to pay for any packaging or shipping. I am in the process of getting the amount refunded. The point is: this business seems to not have any interest in being a friend to the local community let alone, an Amazon business partner. I will never return to this store. The lady charged me $10 just to pick up my package that was shipped to the store. She was rude and didn't even enter the fee into the system and put the money in her pocket. She was trying to rip me off because "the system" didn't recognize the ups tracking number that ups shipped(package was shipped by ups to the ups store for pickup) to her own store. She claimed she would need to call corporate to get the tracking number fixed but that they were closed and I would need to come back. So because of that I had to pay a $10 fee to get my package. She was making up some dumb fee for no reason. I would not use this store and would go with fedex over ups any day. read more

Perfect location right off the 4th street freeway exit on the 55. It's in a tiny strip mall next to Subway. Had some documents notarized here & their service was quick. First time I have ever been to a UPS store where they charged to tape my footlong box. My choices were to pay $4.99 for a new roll of tape or pay $2 for 12 inches of tape. The older Asian women totally does not know the law of being a notary. I came in asking for an acknowledgement... which is when the paper is already signed, and she forced me to do a jurat which is where I sign in front of her. She had the document ruined, because I was not meant to sign twice. She should take her notary class again. She was rude. I am a notary. I asked for an acknowledgement and her lack of knowledge of the LAW... well she did it wrong. I'm extremely upset. It was a very important document that now I'm going to have to order again and pay again and go to another notary. Will never recommend this place for a notary. I used to all the time. Never again. I rarely write reviews, however, my experience at the UPS store compelled me to start. If I could, I would give this location 0 stars. I wanted to ship out a check. A physical, paper, personal check. Because I didn't have the physical check on me, they wanted to charge me $51 dollars to ship this check to another city that is 2 hours away. Cindy, the manager, stated "how do we know you aren't going to ship a large, heavy item with the shipping label", insinuating that this was my intention. The last time that I went into the UPS store, I was returning items to Amazon which Amazon states The UPS store will ship and pack my return. That wasn't the case, I had to provide packaging and labels for my return. I hope in the future they can collaborate better with Amazon so they know what's expected of them. read more
