The next day envelopes are made for customers who are going to ship documents overnight as well as costumers who are dropping off packages with next day labels. it's not possible that I have been dropping envelopes for over one year and suddenly they (The Venezuelan guy) say that I cannot use overnight envelopes from the store for my overnight drop off just for overnight shipping's. This one goes against UPS policies, and I am going to report u with the UPS corporate office. I am never going back to that store read more

The staff at this store demonstrated unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. When I attempted to return my Amazon purchase, they refused to accept it without charging me, despite Amazon's policy clearly stating that once a return label is provided, the item can be dropped off at the store. When I called to speak with a manager, the employee I spoke to refused to provide the manager's name and even hung up on me while I was explaining the issue. I have a receipt as proof of my attempt to return the item, and I intend to escalate this matter to corporate due to their failure to follow proper procedures and their refusal to process Amazon returns as required, without unjust additional charges to the customer. read more

I tried to redirect a package to my neighbor but instead UPS delivered here. I thought OK because I had an Amazon return. Got to the store and there was no line - Yay! Now for the bad part. She said that Amazon would not accept the original packaging with the opening taped. They have a whole wall of envelopes and I would be forced to purchase one at $2 in order to make the return. I handed her a $5 bill and said I had the coins. She refused to take the coins and insisted on handing me a fist full of change. This is in a convenient location and parking is easy. However their poor customer service and need to sell envelopes makes this a place I would rather avoid. read more

I conduct alot of business with Amazon so I have alot of returns and use UPS for this purpose. However, a few months ago, as I was walking in, I overhead the manager tell one of her employees "oh boy, here she comes." It was very disturbing since the UPS Store is a franchise representing UPS and Amazon pays them to every item returned to them. This is part of how they make their money. I stopped going to this UPS Store after this and started taking my business to the Hunter's Creek UPS Store. Today, since I was in the area, I stopped at this store again to return some items and the manager took care of me. As she scanned one of my items, it had a code that had already been scanned for another item. To clarify the mix up, I asked her which one had already been scanned and she yelled "I don't know, you mixed everything up." I took my items and let her know how unprofessional and rude she is and that I would go to another UPS Store. I will NEVER go to this store again. The manager/owner is very, very rude and unprofessional. She talks down to the customers. I have witnessed her do it to other customers as well. The sad thing is that she is representing UPS. I gave this store one star, but they deserve zero stars. read more

No greeting at all from representative. However, when a female client came in she was greeted. I thought it was a fluke until another male client came in and again no greeting. As i gave representative my information for shipping my package i changed my mind immediately on the time frame i wanted my it delivered, which made the representative snicker as if i had greatly inconvinienced him. Then pretended not to hear me when i asked him what was amusing. There will come the day when people who clearly do not like their jobs will just quit and give the job to someone who cares. Thankfully i deal quite with UPS and know that this joker is not a representation of UPS or its standards. Next time ill go to a different store. read more
