Maybe I visited on an off day, but unfortunately I did not receive the great service other reviewers have experienced. Actually, from what I observed while I was there, the other employee working was giving great customer service while also being efficient and careful with people's items. So maybe the other reviewers were helped by her or someone like her. Unfortunately the other employee, who helped me, seemed like she did not want to be working there or helping anyone. I walked in around 15 minutes before closing (6:45pm), which I hate to do, but due to my schedule I didn't have much choice. I needed to print a couple of things (including a label) and ship my Nintendo Switch 2 in for service, but didn't have an appropriately-sized box. There was no line when I walked in so I went to this employee after she finished helping the person ahead of me, and told her I needed a couple of things--firstly, to print a label. She immediately waved me away and pointed to a sign on the opposite wall about the email address to send the label to. I had a question but she immediately waved up the next person who had just walked in before I had a chance to say anything else. I had an email already drafted so I was able to send the documents quickly (a label + a sheet with information about the service). Once she was finished helping the next person, I told her I also needed a box to ship the item in. She seemed extremely inconvenienced by this and asked if I also needed bubble wrap. I asked how much that would cost and she sighed and punched it into the computer and then gestured at the screen for me to look at. It was $18 for everything which seemed steep, and it was not clearly itemized, but I felt like I was already bothering her immensely so I said it was fine. She charged me for it, threw the label into the box, gave me the receipt, and said "have a nice day," then took the box and threw it on a counter next to the registers and went back to the register and waved the next person up. Since the Nintendo Switch 2 is a $500 item, was in a box clearly labelled "Nintendo Switch 2", the counter was in a spot that is easily accessible to guests, the item was not packed or even bubble wrapped, and was being left completely unattended, I was a bit flabbergasted. I had just paid $18 to have the item packed? The other employee was taking her time and carefully packing everything and making sure the customers were happy with it. I totally understand being stressed out close to closing time, but the attitude was absurd. I didn't want to leave without the assurance that my item was safe, so I waited for her to finish helping a couple of people and then asked if I could see the item be packed before I left. She rolled her eyes and then went over and quite aggressively packed the item in bubble wrap, then turned around and made eye contact and held the item up before dropping it in the box, then aggressively taping the box, tossing it around the whole time. If I hadn't packed the console well in the inner box, I would be worried it was broken even further. I thanked her and left but the whole experience was unpleasant. I don't think it's unreasonable to want to make sure an expensive item is treated with care, but I was made to feel unreasonable. I'll be sure to go to the Winter Park location in the future, where they treat customers with kindness even after 6pm. read more

I can't recommend this UPS Store enough! The employees are always quick, efficient, and super friendly, even when the line is out the door (which is often). Here they handle every package and request with such professionalism that you barely notice how busy it is. Their services are reliable, inexpensive and comprehensive, making shipping, printing, and mailbox needs completely stress-free. Definitely my go-to spot for anything UPS-related things and Amazon return. read more

Was trying to charge me to return my Amazon package said I had to pay to email them the barcode label to print out I already had the label on the package and it was in the original package so why should I have to pay? Someone came in after me and they scanned her package same as mines from Amazon and she didn't have to pay. When I was going to use my card they sales rep said it wasn't working I did t even enter my pin yet.This store trying to do some shady business or they only charging people who don't speak Spanish.Made my complaint with the BBB cause they tried to say the other customer didn't pay cause it's a different return it was the same return label and package.I don't like people singled out and treated unfairly Amazon have free returns stop trying to make money by making up fees. read more

My review is only for the Amazon return process. Friendly and quick service. I returned a few amazon packages and all I needed was the screenshot on my phone of the barcode from online. They take care of either boxing or taping up the packages. You'll get a receipt with tracking numbers. Easy and simple return process. From what I can tell you can go to any UPS store. read more

If your package is ready to be scan then you'll be in and out very fast but if you have send a letter overnight, they'll charge you $20.38 and the package may not get there overnight. I suggest the post office in the Millenia Mall which should be less expensive and friendlier workers. read more

The Indian guy here always charges people to ship things. I already had a prepackaged label and he still wanted to charge. I came here to return an item from SHEIN and he charged me and another time I shipped something from SHEIN but instead I went to the USPS store and they didn't charge me. This man is miserable and charges people because he's greedy. read more

BUYER BEWARE. MAYOR PATEL, who is the owner of this establishment, is rude and condescending. He made a mistake on a shipping product and when I asked for a refund ( for a service he never rendered) he told me that his UPS POS system does not process returns and he kept my money. This is false because I verified this is information with UPS. THIS GUY is a liar and he kept my money. I have reported him for his UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! BEWARE HE KEEPING CUSTOMER'S MONEY UNDER A FALSE "UPS POLICY"!!!! When I told him I will be seeking other recourses he told me " Do what you need to do, I have an attorney too!!" All of this was because he did not want to process a return on a service HE DID NOT PROVIDE!! BUYER BEWARE, UPS retail store and or Franchisees CAN PROCESS REFUNDS ON THEIR POS SYSTEM!!! read more

Very disappointed in the employees. They laughed at my question and then proceeded to speak in Spanish after as if I didn't know what they were saying. Unfortunately for them I do. Extremely sub-par customer service. They will try to charge you extra for things you do not need and insist on "policies" that are nowhere on the UPS website. The manager and the other girl who works there - IF they even bother to speak to you - are both curt, rude, and condescending. Avoid this place if you value your money and time, or if you like being spoken to like a human being. read more

Do not utilize this particular UPS facility. I paid $10 for one notarized sheet of paper. Then requested postage in order to mail that item. The price to mail said item was $10 and some change. When I stated I was just mailing a sheet of paper the price went down to $2 and some change. Needless to say what I sent has never reached it's destination after 3 weeks. After calling the facility two times and showing up in person once I was advised by the manager/owner whom continues to shift blame and focus to their mail service. read more
