I was calling the Lakewood office so many times and many days and no one was answering what happened to my box. I called the 1-800 number and the customer service does not know what happened to my balikbayan box. They said the customer service in the Philippines has sent several emails and the Lakewood branch is not answering their emails. I am now wondering if my box got lost or was never sent out to the Philippines and is still in the US warehouse. It has been two weeks that I kept on calling Lakewood office (no one answers the phone) and the 1-800 and they cannot give me an answer. and I hope someone will take a stand on this issue and provide an answer. In all the time that I am sending balikbayan box, this is the first time that it happened to me and no one can give me an answer. This is really frustrating and is giving me an anxiety with the thought that they lost it my BBox.

Lastly, Walgreens on Bethel also offers the same service but I'm unsure whether they charge similarly obscene fee's. After looking at the situation in more detail it appears this excessive markup seems to only apply to Sunday delivery. Through Fed Ex a Sunday delivery by noon 111.44 and through Pack and pay a lot, it would have been in excess of $300. Pack a Pay a lot charged us 102.85 for a Monday by 8pm which is Standard Overnight and Fed Ex would have charged 98.14, which isn't much of a price difference.

I went into the Game Stop next door (same building) and it felt like there was air conditioning so makes me think it was just an excuse for someone to leave early. I've had to print here a few times for work and personal projects, and everything has always come out great and priced affordably. And, things are usually done same or next day which is a huge bonus because I always seem to leave printing to the last minute... Whoops! There was one particular project I was having an issue figuring out, so I ended up calling in for help and so glad I did! Not only did she help me figure out how to format the print job correctly, but had I printed the way that I thought was correct, I would've paid $120 as opposed to the $30 it was supposed to be. Thankful for her!! Every time I've come in I've dealt with the same staff and they've always been really nice. I've also used the self-print station here and it's always been easy and quick to navigate. Also, as someone who is 8.5 months pregnant... I so appreciate that they have a clean customer accessible restroom here. All in all, a great FedEx Print & Ship location that I'll continue to use.

The staff here are exceptional, they can tell me best shipping options especially when I'm looking for option to save or when I'm looking to deliver on specific dates. This FedEx is also always kept neat, stocked with all your shipping supply needs, so if you just brought in an item with absolutely no cover or packaging, the staff can help measure and weigh and recommend best size box so that you don't have to do all that work. The lines can be long during holidays and on weekday lunch hours but staff always have smile on their face and have the courtesy to say "thank you for waiting." I know that might be expected in customer service, but when they're literally doing five different things at once with some impatient customers, such appreciative and positive attitude is tough to present for anyone. Shipping can be stressful for most people but FedEx Lakewood staff help me feel less stressed. They just installed drop-off station inside for prepackaged and prepaid labeled shipments so if you already have something that's ready to go, you can drop it off without standing in line. Also, if you have QR code or Bar code from email, I think the label can be printed here too. Lastly, I am a long time customer of their shredding service. They do it at a fair cost, on the spot to shredding bin, and it saves me from paper cuts and other injuries from taking out those crimply paper pieces from the shredding machine, if you know you know! ; ) Five star customer service here and the manager here is one of the best I've seen. I asked for help getting a single page printed and laminated, she said "that'll take 24 hours", and then went right to the next person in line like I wasn't even standing there. Also, they didn't make me feel rushed even when they had a line of people. They helped me condense my shipments and made sure that I had enough air pack bubbles so that my glassware wouldn't break during transit.
