Their customer service is NIL! I walked in and the male employee "working" was literally laying on the midsection table. Lying on his back. He sauntered over to the register where I was standing- messing around with his phone. He mumbled something I couldn't hear and walked off. The woman working there made her way to the register and I asked her what she needed besides my Amazon return message. She told me she would have to print the label and it was $2 for the first copy, and $1 for each additional page. I would also need a box or I would have to purchase one. I just turned around and walked out. You folks should go visit the Pasco Road 68 location for some customer service tips. Also, not appropriate to be laying down in customer view. read more

Make the extra drive to the Road 68 UPs Store- this one wants $2 to print the email with the shipping label, guy said the box needs taped and he sells rolls of tape. What? It'll be worth the drive to Pasco- I've never been charged for printing the label or taping at that store. Nickel and diming your customers chases them away. read more

I've been a customer of this UPS store for years and been satisfied with their service. In the last year their prices have become exorbitant. Some of this can be influenced by the inflation we have all experienced However yesterday I purchased stamps from them to which they had added a $125% surcharge, charging $28 for $13.20 book (20) of stamps. Use their store cautiously. Get the price before you buy. Another customer was shipping a package and the clerk kept adding charges. He looked shell shocked. read more

I drop off my Amazon returns to this location. They've been pleasant and helpful, never too long of a wait.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED! I never write reviews... NEVER, good, bad experiences I just don't take the time to do so but this time I'm just beyond shocked, I've used other UPS stores and NEVER HAVE THEY EVER MADE ME PAY FOR 3 pieces of tape to close my box! THIS LOCATION CHARGED ME 3$ to close a box from my fingers to my elbow in length (small petite girl here) and the width of my palm was the width of the box, the employee used one tape along the box and two small ones across and she stood there telling me that that's their tape policy like ARE YOU SERIOUS !? If I can give 0 stars I would and would never ever recommend this location to family and friends. I'm on my way to leave the same review on the BBB. read more

I just stood in line for over 20 minutes to drop off an Amazon package for return. My box was not taped, since I figured they need to confirm there was an actual return in the box. Low and behold they tell me there is a $2.18 "tape" charge for a strip of tape out tape gun to seal the box. A TAPE CHARGE! Never has a UPS store ever charged something like this in countless UPS stores I have used all over the US. Needless to say I was not going to waste my 20 mins, so I paid their stupid charge, but now I will go out of my way I the future to NOT use this store. What a rip off! read more

I had them package and mail glassware and other fragile things on numerous occasions to south carolina. My brother received the boxes, nothing was broken or damaged. He said, "it was so well packaged the boxes could have been dropped out of a helicopter and nothing be broken". read more

I have been using this UPS location for years and have always found the service both friendly and efficient - service with a smile! In response to the ongoing COVID pandemic, rising cases here in the Tri Cities and our being one of only 3 counties in the state stuck in Phase I, Christine is now mandating face coverings and social distancing within her store. I applaud her commitment to the safety of both her employees and the community as a whole! Some may not like this step but given that this is a privately-owned business she is firmly within her rights, AND she is showing leadership during these difficult times. I wish more Tri City businesses would do the same. read more

This store always gives me the run around. Nothing is ever easy. But strangely enough I can send in my husband for the same exact task, and they bend over backwards for him. Ended up at this UPS store when I typically use the one on Kennewick Ave. I was in the area so it was quite convenient at the moment. Staff was rude and appeared that assisting me was an inconvenience for them. The $2 service charge to tape your box was laughable but I understood to extent. However the customer service was the kicker. I will continue using the Kennewick Ave UPS store, driving the few extra miles to avoid this store. read more

Kind of hard to find, its signage doesn't really face the street. I had to wait behind 2 people because there was only one staff. She was pleasant to deal with though. This is the closest UPS store to the mall, ConAgra, and many hotels. Look for the sign that says "Casino"...the little Casino shares the lot with the UPS Store. read more

Staff is always helpful. I have never had ro wait more than a couple minutes which supports my schedule.

The staff was super helpful and I was provided the cheapest and quickest method for sending my package. There wasn't a line and they made the process of sending my package off super easy. I was able to see it pretty easy from the road and it sits in a big parking lot that is utilized by multiple businesses so I parked near the UPS store right next to the road for a quick escape. But it turns out I parked on the backside of the store. Not that there's anything wrong with preferring the backside, I'm just lazy and it wasn't really labeled very well where the entrance was. read more
