I hope this is the right UPS. I'm writing about the wonderful service I received at the UPS on Flamingo Road near Pines Blvd. I had several packages to be returned. It took two times to get them all processed. Both times, I dealt with a different young woman. They were both professional, informative, looked me in the eyes, and made me feel good about the experience. There are a lot of indifferent young people in the workplace now who cause nothing but grief when dealt with. But these two young women had a beautiful, old-fashioned work ethic. It was nice, indeed. UPS Store situated in the back of a busy Plaza with plenty of up front parking. This store was clean and provided an array of packaging necessities including bubble wrap, tape, boxes and envelopes. Mailboxes are on property with 24/7 access. The staff was quick to log in my Amazon returns and provided me with a receipt. The only negative was that they did not offer a USPS self-drop off box which would be an added convenience for customers. Other UPS locations do offer this simple benefit. read more

4/17/2026 - I received Excellent customer service. I needed help with multiple small tasks, printing, sending & receiving legal documents, scanning, etc. The manager on duty listened intently to all of my issues. She quickly assessed them & gave me all of the most efficient options on how to accomplish them. Both employees were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me I overheard a private conversation that the mngr was on her 4th consecutive double shift day after working 6 days a week for several weeks. I certainly could not tell be her kind & helpful attitude. I will definitely use The UPS Store again. they hire good people. read more

First review of 2022, lets hope it stays good ratings! A quick little review for this place because I have gone here many times and never had a problem. The staff here is always ready to help you with whatever service you need and they are very quick with what they are doing for you as well. The prices are the same here as any other UPS store and overall they are decent prices. The wait here is usually nonexistent and if you do need to wait, it is usually less than ten minutes, which is much shorter than the post office or other UPS locations around here that I have been to. There is also always parking around the lot so it is easy to get in and out when you need to drop something off or pick something up here as well! Easily one of the better UPS stores around in this area and I will go to it just to be able to get everything done quickly and easily! read more

This is the second time this happened to me I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the UPS Store, which I must say was the worst service I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff lacked professionalism and a genuine interest in assisting customers. Not only were they unresponsive and unhelpful, but their attitude was dismissive and indifferent. I had specific inquiries and concerns about my shipment, but my questions were met with vague and uninformative responses. It felt as though they couldn't be bothered to address my concerns or provide any meaningful assistance. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the store was chaotic and disorganized. There were long wait times, and it seemed like the employees were overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of customers effectively. This resulted in further delays and frustration. To make matters worse, when I finally received my package, it was mishandled and arrived damaged. The lack of care and attention to detail displayed by the UPS Store's staff was truly appalling. I understand that mistakes can happen, and service may occasionally fall short of expectations. However, what sets apart a reputable establishment is their ability to rectify these issues and prioritize customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the UPS Store failed miserably in this regard. In conclusion, my experience at this UPS Store was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone seeking reliable and competent service to look elsewhere. The lack of professionalism, unresponsiveness, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction make this establishment one to avoid at all costs. I had to come back for another return, Two guys in the front of the store lack customer service skills. They want to charge me $4.50 cents to print a label. Come on, this have to be illegal to do it. I shipped a package through this store, but according to the tracking details, it never moved. I contacted the store for assistance, but they claimed there was nothing they could do, so I had to file a claim with UPS customer service. I wish I had checked the store's reviews beforehand, as it seems this is a recurring issue. I've never had this issue at any other UPS store. Not a good place to do business with... I'm been trying to open a mailbox for my brand new business. The line is always so long, it takes me about 2 days to actually talk to someone because I refuse to waste time waiting in line since I wasn't trying to use their shipping services. They advertised on YELP, for a discount when I get to this store, they can't honor it because there's no barcode. How's is that the customers fault? I went to all UPS stores in the area, they all pretty much have the same attitude. Not a good business practice. Find a different place! read more

This place is the absolute worse. So aside from being individually owned, each one carries their own set of rules and regulations. For starters they don't scan your digital receipt and automatically prints it to their printer. You have to screenshot and email to them and then pay almost $5.00 for them to print the label. WTF... you already a reduced shipping rate from UPS. The one on Hollywood Blvd and 46th Ave does everything for you. Extremely seamless. Ditch this place and go somewhere else where the customer is warranted and not the greedy owner trying to get rip people off. read more

Returned an item in an original shipping box as directed by vendor. Small box, considering the return was a child's pair of shoes but the shoe box was removed and the original box was left on the counter as the agent finish the transaction and was handed a receipt. I was confused why. So I broke the small box down to dispose in the trash and some lady from the back screams "We give the box back because we have to pay to dispose"! The tone and unprofessionalism was uncalled for and could have been handled differently. Don't throw trash in their trash! Totally different experience from other locations. read more

320 S Flamingo Rd Pembroke Pines, FL 33027 After having the worst experience ever in a UPS store this morning I took some time to read the other reviews before posting. It seems I am not the first to find the manager/owner Beena to be extremely rude, sarcastic, and display the worst level of customer service I have ever seen. This morning I called ahead to make sure they offered notary services and was advised that they did. After arriving I presented my documents which consisted of (a copy of my lease, a utility bill, and proof of insurance documents from Avmed). The initial clerk after reading the first proof of insurance document went to retrieve the manager/owner Beena who advised me that I could not get a notary stamp on the documents because I was not signing them. She then said that because the proof of insurance came from Avmed and had the agents name listed above sincerely that the Avmed customer service agent who sent them also had to be present in order for me to get them notarized. Apparently this store knows absolutely nothing about Notary services as both of these statements are false. After advising that I would leave her a Google review on her poor service Beena became enraged and raved that a google review was threatening and that they no longer had to help me as though I was being helped anyway. She even laughed with colleagues when I asked for the number for corporate saying "Corporate doesn't care about customers". After leaving this location I visited a second UPS location and had all papers notarized in under 5 minutes. Worst location ever. Horrible representation of the UPS brand. As a company it is very damaging to your brand to allow someone like Beena to represent it. read more

I went there with a return shipping label on my email. They said there is a charge of $4.54 to print the label. I was like what??? $4.54 to print one page? I usually just pay the small charges to save time. But a $5 to print a page was too much. So, I left the place and went to a nearby FedEx, used their print and go self service and got the print for $0.16 - yes 16 cents. If the package was meant for FedEx, they would do it for no charge. This place is a total rip off! Please dont go to this facility for any printing needs, better use FedEx for 30 times lesser price. Save your hard earned money. Just because of this experience, I have decided not to use UPS ever. read more

I too drop off one pair of $400 sneaker shipping it to StockX. Again i got the receipt and package never make it out from their store and never scan at UPS after. A month later still no movement. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager and they also told the story of the driver pick those up and said the UPS hub in Miami Garden is the problem. They are no help at all. DO NOT drop off your UPS Packages at this location. I shipped out 5 pairs of expensive shoes and 2 pairs never made it to their destination. The 2 packages that were lost , the last scan was dropped off at this location. The customer service is terrible. I went back to inquire about the packages and was told that a UPS driver picks them and doesn't scan them, the packages are scanned at the hub once they arrive. So there is a HUGE gap in scanning your packages in which once you drop them off at this UPS store they can just magically disappear. This UPS Store would not help in locating the packages and was just given the normal UPS phone # which is almost impossible to speak to a Human person. It's all automated and they direct you to go online. read more

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would! If you need to get your fingerprints done for a job or any other reason DO NOT COME HERE! mine were messed up twice, the guy doing them reassured me it was fine. It was not fine. A normal fingerprint consists of your fingers being rolled from side to side, this was not done here. Upon me stating my concern about the prints not being correct because I saw some of the fingers show up red on the screen (when they should show up green for correctly done) he proceeded to say every person needs to do them twice and reassured me it was okay. They probably have to do them twice because they're always incorrect and they end up going somewhere else! lol I felt uneasy, and sure enough when I followed up about my prints with the recipient they were done incorrectly AGAIN! I called before I left the parking lot and spoke with the manager, she was rude as ever and blamed everyone else for my prints being wrong but the employee and her poor management skills to fix the issue in the first place. I have never had an issue with getting my prints done for a background check until I stumbled upon this place. Again, you have been warned, if you want your prints done correctly, don't come here. If you want to deal with a nice manager with exceptional customer service skills, again DO NOT COME HERE! I had to wait longer than expected to ship a package. The person was professional and gave me important guidance for shipping my package. I did feel the employee was rushing the shipment. They are conveniently located by Publix so that is a plus. Also, I was able to renew my registration just a few doors down. Based on the stars I'm pretty sure my review will fall on deaf ears. However I take reviews seriously about businesses to the point where if a business has a low reviews I won't spend my money there. With that said , I went to the store to return an Amazon package a rug to be exact. They said they wouldn't take it unless it's wrapped or taped. Weird , always return packages and they always wrap or box it. This Hispanic gentleman was not having it. Ok so what do I need to purchase? The tape is 2.99. I said ok, but wouldn't you have used tape to wrap my box for free (which has happened in the past often) ? He said that would have only taken one strip this you have to wrap multiple times. I chuckle because it really isn't that much tape. So I said well I guess it's business. He replied and said "yea we are a business not a charity." While that's implied , Amazon does business with you and I am doing business through them with you. Needless to say I took my item with me and went to another UPS store. Had no problems. Maybe not having a rude employee behind the counter will help your business but hey what do I know. I only do charities. read more

Worse Experience Ever at a UPS store. I brought in a care package to send to my daughter that included a phone, reading books and other personal items. I paid for insurance due to the phone being in the box. the box was not taped closed and the young lady ensured that she would tape the box and everything would be fine. on the day of expected delivery i checked the tracking for it to show that only a label was created and the package never had any movement. This was clearly predatorial and the employees of the ups store and ups are in cohort to scan and steal items of value. I called the store to follow up and was promised help and call backs that never came. Please don't mail anything at this location as this appears to be a regular occurrence! read more

Family owned store with wonderful customer service. The owners have been here forever and are so kind to me since I moved here from Jamaica. It's so quick and easy to get anything done here. Yes, to print cost money, but it's worth it - the quick service - the welcoming ambiance -the quality of the work done. I'm an Amazon addict and live in the area therefore, I come here probably every other week if not weekly to quickly return something to Amazon or buy packaging supplies for whatever reason... Precisely asked for removal of my address and name from shipping label only removed named explained to the employee 3 times to cut it off, was told a sticker can me put on it said no cut it off. Received a picture of it with my name crossed out. Address, phone number, all in the picture. My information was not meant to be known to this person. Re: NOTARIZED SERVICE : I just went into the store to have some pages notarized. I cannot believe I was charged $10.00 per page . But the worse part was they had the nerve to charge $5.00 per witness in each page that needed to be notarized. I usually have my papers notarized next to my home at University and Pines . Only reason I came into their location was because I came to return a tag a the tag agency next door . So if you need to NOTARIZE any papers go someplace else and save your money !! Interesting concept you come in and they ship your packages. The UPS Stores are a franchise business that provides shipping services. Sounds like an simple concept, but it's not. Came in to send 3 packages and they ship by USPS or UPS. I've been to a few of these stores but never to one that lacks the customer service skills this store does. They refused to ship a package because I had a prepaid label. I thought they were in business to ship but guess it's more of a print store. There is another location just down the road off Miramar Parkway so this will be the store I go to for now on. Frankly that location is easier to get to. read more

Holy moly! I don't know why they were so unfriendly to me and other people here. There was an older lady working the counter and all I needed was a car expection because I was at the auto tag next door and they needed a notarized car inspection, $10 here at the UPS store and it takes less than 30 seconds. The one star rating is because they were extremely unfriendly (actually the one lady) and I had to wait about 20 minutes because they only had one person, an older lady (East Indian for identification purposes), short tempered, extremely rude to the guests before me and of course myself. They sure can make an easy $10 in 30 seconds though. All they did was stamp a document and look at my odometer in the car. Pretty easy and literally 30 seconds total! If you absolutely need to pay more for postage, come to the store. You do know that they charge more than regular UPS postage, correct? If you need to go to a UPS store, I would recommend the one on Red Road in Miramar as they are actually very friendly. Here, you will need to wait, and they don't seem to care about you and it's TOTAL service with a snarl. The lady was so super rude to me and all I did was smile and say hello and wait in the line while this mature lady was on the phone trying to figure something out for 20 minutes before taking the person in front of me and then myself. She just seemed so unhappy to even be alive! Both of us in line were shocked that she treated customers the way she treated us. I am guessing she is probably the owner or family member of the owner because there is no way someone would hire someone like this. If I could I write zero stars I would, this place has shown unprofessionalism and they really shouldn't be in business. It says THE UPS store on the front but in actually they are running it as a mom and pop packaging and shipping store. The prices are through the roof and customer service was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The owner told me she didn't have to tell me anything. And sent back my package to UPS before the return to sender day out of spite. I recommend not choosing to come to this place. Also notified UPS with a lie, to cover their behinds.
