I had to fax many pages recently to prepare for my income taxes. I mixed up my original and copied papers on a large fax order. I forgot my glasses and couldn't read the paper work well. Luckily an excellent, kind, patient employee by the name of Conner ( not sure of spelling, sorry) came to my rescue. He separated and put my mess into order quickly . What a disappointment of customer service and person in general. The man with the shoulder length brownish blonde hair and glasses. I did not catch his name because my interaction with him was brief, but it did leave a sour taste in my mouth over a corporate business. I rushed in traffic to get to the store at 704PM. Walked in door was still open and said, "I just need to drop this off" He immediately said "WE ARE CLOSED!" I then said I just need to drop this off it can go out tomorrow. He then again said "it will not be certified!!" My point in this review is that not all businesses are black and white. The door was open and therefore my package could have stayed. As I tear this UPS label off my package I have no remorse or regret in saying I will choose a different mailing vendor from here on out. Shame on you and your horrible service! Love this store, they make it so fast, easy, and convenient for me to handle my shipping needs and so much more, bardia was super friendly and handled my issue with out any headache. Very bad customer service and rude employees. The lady named Katie rolled her eyes on us and was rushing to get our passport photos and the photo turned out not centered. We complained to Eric and demanded to retake our photos. He first refused to do it and argued with us. He ended up doing it after we insisted but gave us an attitude about it. Horrible staff... I feel sorry for their employer losing business because of them. Will never come back to this UPS store ever again. UPS - please send your staff to a good customer service training. Been coming here for years to drop off Amazon returns with no problem at all. But today, I saw something incredible- one of the workers (I think her name was Katie?) told off an older Asian man for belittling her and putting her down because she was a woman, in the most professional and emotionally stable way I've seen. She told him she didn't appreciate him talking to her like that and warned him that she would ask him to leave if he didn't stop. He refused to stop, so she asked him to leave. He then asked for her name, so she confidently gave him her card and name. It was so awesome to see a working woman stand up for women! Props and mad respect to you, Katie. read more

Notary: I came here for notary. Katie did not notarized the actual form that had to be notarized. I also faced poor customer service. I ended up going to Postal Max (10 min away) and got it done, no issues. I do not recommend this place for notary. read more

I went in to ask for a box to pack a 46 inch TV. If the packet themselves it cost $65 to buy a box of that size they would have to make it and it will cost $45. Customer service was average. I thought that was a bit overpriced. read more

Quick, easy, spent more than I thought it was going to cost. Beats going to the Post Office at this time of the year.

I usually get a receipt every time I drop off a package but this time, there was a long line and the woman at the front desk just offered to take the packages. I figured it wasn't a problem. Two weeks go by, and two of my packages show they have not been scanned in by UPS. Essentially, over $200 worth of clothing I was returning is missing. I called the store and they said to check the tracking after Memorial Day, which I did. Again, nothing had been scanned in. Went into the store today and was given the UPS corporate number. Of course they can't help because I don't have a receipt. I would understand if only one package was missing, but two!?! It appears that someone saw where it was being returned to (clothing companies) and decided to lift it . Basically, im out over $200 because I made the mistake of trusting this place. Too many bad experiences here... From the computer having problems finding the printer and wasting 8$ on using a computer only to have to buy a shipping label, think they would comp you for the wasted computer use? Nope. Now to me not being able to ship a phone because I don't have a paper saying the package contains a lithium battery. What kind if shipping service doesn't provide that? I've taken it to other ups stores and have had that put on and USPS does it as well. I don't like to use FedEx but they probably do too... Annoyed that I had to wait 15 minutes just to be told that it was for nothing... Now I can't ship out my package tonight. USPS will be getting my business tomorrow, they usually do because every time I come here I have problems it's just they are not open until 7 like this place which is the only plus going for it. The one by chilli's in that Lakeview/imperial/yorba Lina Blvd center is better but they are only open until 6. read more

This specific store has no class or integrity for that matter. Pretty much came into the store today to drop off some boxes for returns. Waited close to 10 minutes in line, and not that it was long but the girl working behind the counter spent that whole time looking for a package for some lady that was asking for it. It looked like blind man in a dark room looking for a black cat that wasn't there. Oh and by the way she was the only person working in the front. Anyway I guess my only complaint is that she pretty much gave me sass when it was my turn up. She slammed one of my boxes on its side, not hard but definitely not in a professional way. Asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yeah, but without thinking I asked if the tracking was going to be on there and pretty much received a condescending response like umm yeah it's on the receipt duh. Eh...whatever I have thick skin so I'll forget about this by tomorrow. Just didn't like starting off my day like this considering it is my birthday too. I don't know, maybe some of the employees need to go back and rewatch those dated company "customers come first" videos that they show during orientation. read more

The moment a store associate is rude or disregards my complaint or request for service, is the moment I vow never to return. You shouldnt work with people if you don't care about people (hello, ever heard of a desk job?) All I needed was assistance locating a package I dropped off a week prior, that still had not been delivered. When I inquired, I was calm and it wasn't a big deal as the package wasn't THAT important, I just wanted to hear it had actually been picked up. But what did I get? "It's not our problem, contact the post office". I'm not joking, That's what they told me. Had it been me, in their shoes (which I've been in), I would have showed empathy and concern for resolving the matter and gotten on the phone with the post office myself. But no, instead I had THREE GENTLEMEN TELL ME IT WASNT THEIR PROBLEM. With NOT ONE other customer present.. I would have understood (kind of) if it were busy.. but no. Completely dead. As dead as their customer service skills. I'll be doing business elsewhere. Thank you to those rude associates for reminding me why customer service is such a valuable, yet unappreciated skill. They took both boxes and the stuff I needed shipped and helped me get it together in a fast friendly manner. I walked out of there with my project done and not in tears. On 7/31/15 at about 11:30am I went to drop off a package at this location since the ups on Yorba Linda st closed down. I walked in with my box, one person ahead of me. Instead of being greeted with a simple hi/hello all I got was "is that a drop off" I said yes but I'll wait because I need a receipt. He then told me to put it on the other side of the counter no please or anything more like giving me a command rather than asking. Next I asked why he wasn't using a plastic envelope for the label (since previous label was larger and even with the new one taped on top, the old barcode was still visible) he simply said "it's easier this way" never gave me an option. Gave me the receipt he said thank you, I said okie. And then when I am already at the door he raises his voice and let's out a sarcastic "have a nice day". Thankfully there are several UPS drop offs in the area so I will not be returning to this one. So in comparison to other UPS stores I've visited, this one at the most earned one star out five today. read more

The clerks are nice but u need to double check their work! They forgot to put a name on the package I sent and transposed the address. Since the store is a franchise (like all stores) UPS CS won't help to fix it. 3 day shipping was more expensive than overnight at FedEx and it won't be delivered until day 7. The package was to be delivered a day before a baby shower, the lady hosting the shower can't leave to go pick it up and the recipient of the package at the baby shower offered to drive to facility to get it, they won't release the package to her. I will never use UPS again! Even USPS isn't this bad! read more

I have found most UPS stores exactly what I need, when I need it - faxing, copying, mailing, etc. Recently moved so I needed new holiday address labels. I had gone several places and looked on line all 1-2 weeks, 500 labels, etc.. Katy listened to my need: 40-50 return address labels within about a week. She jotted a few things down and said she could come up with something in about an hour. Yes I could have handwritten the return address. Came back after an appointment and there they were, exactly what I needed. Katy and the whole staff, even a customer, all brainstormed and I got what I needed. Great store and a great team. I had some gifts to send to my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and they helped me pack it up and gave me options of when I can have it delivered. It got there when I needed it to and I was very happy. Do NOT get live scans done at this store. I went to get live scan at this store for a job 18 days ago. The results still haven't been returned to the employer. That's a lot of loss in wages. Yesterday, I went to a local police station and spend another $70+ to do the live scan again. I went in yesterday at noon, and the employer called me before 10am today to tell me the scan I completed yesterday had cleared, so it's done in less than 24 hours. I am starting my job today. I called the store just now for a refund, they told me the same thing they told last week, that there's nothing they can do, all they see is that it's been processed. And the manager told me it may take up to 6 weeks, which is contrary to 24-72 hrs posted on the DOJ website. She also said it's faster because I went to the police station, which doesn't make sense. I asked her if that was true, how come it was never disclosed to me at the time of service? There is another employee for the school district who went to same store at the same time, she had hers done before me, the employer says that person's results have not been received neither. I suspect it may have something wrong with their machine, it took many tries, and the prints came out too dark and blurry. Someone from the store's live scan company called me back and says what the manager said about 6 weeks is not true, but still says there's nothing they can do since the system says it's been completed. The new information she gave me was that the report was sent out to my employer the same day the live scan was done, and she does not know why my employer has not received it. She told me I have to take my questions to the DOJ. read more

The younger Caucasian guy with glasses name Aaron and the manager named Katie that work there are extremely rude and unprofessional. They gave me false and incorrect information about billing and shipping over the phone. When I came into the store I was giving extreme attitude and they had changed the prior information that they had told me when I had gone to the ATM and taken out a certain amount of money to pay for the postage. The guy and the girl were very condescending and smiling and laughing at me treating me as if I was dumb I normally don't send out a huge application for a license so yes I am not that experienced but I do not deserve to be mocked. When I asked the guy for his name he laughed and said my name is Antonio once again mocking me I will never ever step foot in this ups again and I walked out I couldn't believe how unprofessional the manager was and didn't even apologize for her rude associates when I called back Katie the manager even had the nerve to hang up on me. I am going to definitely speak to the owner of this location since they made sure to tell me it's a franchise they both seem like they didn't care about their jobs or if I complained very unprofessional I've never been treated like this before! read more

Really not happy with the customer service I received today. Went in after getting off work to ask how much a package that I wanted to send my son in college would cost. It was about 4pm and I told the girl (didn't see her name tag but she had short blond hair) that I would come back because I needed to put another item in. I wanted the box to get there before this weekend and she told me that if I came back before they closed at 7pm that it would, with their 2 day ground. Great! So, I came back at 6pm with my box ready to go and she says, Oh, sorry the pick-up was at 5pm! When I asked her why did she tell me 7pm then, she said she must've been busy...but I was the only one there earlier when she told me that! So now, I have to go find another place to take the box to tonight so I can send it to my son. If I had known the pick-up was 5pm, I would've been there before. They've lost a customer, won't be back. read more
