I remember he was very friendly on the phone and while his main bread an butter is in producing sounds and graphics, he mentioned he could also print out my docs. In the end I wound up not needing to print those. Fast forward to now and I've been having to do a lot of print jobs of resumes lately due to needing to seek new employment. I was looking for a closer option than Merrillville or Portage and recalled Sounds & Graphics in Lake Station. So I went to S&G to print the page I needed. One interesting tidbit...he's in the middle of an at least two block long parking area with numerous rows of businesses with only two main exits on each end. That made for an interesting arrival. Anyway once inside there's a half wall area where you can drop off and pick up orders. I put in my simple print request and after a few confirmations he was able to print it out. He also offers fax services if needed. The print cost was way more economical per page than Staples or FedEx. Wish I had gone to him a few days ago when I had a larger print order of resumes. My job at the time was a simple one but it's great knowing there's an option closer to me. And kudos to Emilio for providing friendly service as well.

While expensive, their service and knowledge of their products can't be beat…read more Our company has been purchasing from Hotsy and having some of our equipment repaired from them for YEARS. Turnaround time is pretty decent even during the peak season, with quality parts and by people who KNOW the ins and outs of the equipment. I recently went in for a purchase of some work equipment that I DIDN'T want to share. Mainly bc, some folks don't care about the stuff bc they didn't personally pay for it... sad fact but oh well. Bought a top of the line oscillating 0° pressure washer tip for $199 and it's been the greatest thing ever. The innards are made of ceramic and (if I remember correctly) titanium, ensuring long life and impeccable performance. A tough rubber sleeved exterior helps withstand shock damage and makes for a comfy grip as well. Second item was a 4' 3500 psi stainless steel wand, while heavier than the aluminum wands our company has been getting, they're sturdier, resist acids and other chemicals more and don't flex like softer aluminum. They put all the correct fittings on both the tip and the wand within minutes, all seals and gaskets as well. It was a quick and easy in and out and ready to get to work. Highly recommend this place.
