They are real attentive and have been looking out for my best interest every time I've been in. If you're going to return something to Amazon don't go to this UPS they will charge $3.00 for printing a label that we have on our phone and they expect you to buy their box or their bag if you want to send it back to Amazon but any other UPS store will print out the label without charge and they pack it for you‍ read more

It breaks my heart to see all the negative reviews this place gets. Unfortunately you can't please everyone, but for me and my mom this location earned its five star review. My grandfather had passed away recently and me and my mom were shipping some of his possessions. Barbara who is the owner was very sweet and compassionate. Not only was she informative but she also made sure that we knew what shipping option was least expensive. We made multiple visits to this location and Barbara made sure her staff knew about us. I like to thank Barbara and her wonderful staff for making the shipping process as simple and cost effective as possible especially for a very sad time. Treasured memories are now with us. read more

If you like bad service and rude staff, this is the place for you. We've had a lot of packages going to the mail box (lady insisted we rent a large), in the end the manager or the owner just told us she's not interested in doing business with us. She blatantly said word for word That we are TROUBLE for them. I tried to reason with her, and told her we will follow their guidelines because their store was the closest to our business. They didn't care and it's quite obvious that they only want to accept the customer who only have 2 or 3 packages/mails per month. Now we have a medium size mail box at another UPS store and their staff are very friendly and professional. The main reason this unpleasant UPS store stays in business is their prime location. They might have their friends go on yelp and give themselves 5 stars. HORRIBLE service. read more

Call me cheap but I don't ship things out often so I have no use investing in packaging tape. This is my 2nd time returning something through UPS. The UPS store off Highland was nice enough to help me with this process including taping my package up the first time so I expected the same service at this one. NOPE! They wanted me to buy an overpriced roll of tape for a small box and an envelope. So I walked out and went to the one off Highland and they were happy to help me with my return. Good customer service can go a long way as well as poor customer service. read more

DON'T EVEN GO HERE!!!!! These employees are wacked and so is the boss, Barbara. They will exaggerate about your attitude when they should be looking in the mirror. I got my passport pic rejected and then I had to pay the expedited fee because of lost time. Do you think that they gave a damn? She said "I will refund you the fee on the passport and the shipping but that's it." Then she had enough nerve to ask me when I was going on my trip. Does it matter?? Why on Earth would I just want to pay expedited fees for the hell of it? You can see that I had to send it to another address to expedite it, never mind that I had to pay for another company to retake my pictures. The service and lack of integrity that I received was appalling. She claimed that they never had this happen before except for obvious reasons. Who cares?? They are the ones that took the pic and it got rejected. I had the rejection letter in my hand. I have better things to do with my time than go deal with this unnecessary mess and $60 more in fees and these obnoxious people, Barbara, Alexandria, and Jessica. Hey ladies, this is not the first review about your bad attitudes towards customers. In fact, most of your reviews are complaining about very similar issues...your disgraceful attitudes...You better check yourself before you wreck yourself. Your customers are what pays your bills. I can't sing this stores praises enough! Always accommodating, always friendly, always helpful. Barbara, Marissa and Jessica are amongst my favorites, although every employee there is amazing. My 6 year old son LOVES the cards in the store. They're cute, with lots of animals dressed up and doing funny things. He's always amazed by these and it never fails, every time we're there, he looks at the cards. So, needless to say, this is something the staff notices every time we're in. And they love it. My son decided he wanted to write a letter to my father who recently passed. Jessica was the employee to take the letter from him. When I came to check my mail the next day, without my son, she had left a note asking if she could write Adam a letter from Santa, with my permission. My heart just burst at the thought of someone being so kind enough to do something like that for my son. This just goes to show you the caliber of the employees at this location. Kudos to Barbara for all of your employees - great job looking for people with amazing work ethic and even better character. read more

This UPS store does not take USPS packages like many other UPS stores. I would not recommend this store because of that alone. All shipping needs can't be handled at a single location. In response to the store responding to my initial review. No, I would not agree. Like I stated, many UPS stores do take USPS packages and I really don't care about insurance or who is at fault for a $10 item. This UPS store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any shipping service company. They wanted to charge me $5.20 for a 1-page print out of a mailing label. The girl said it costs $5 for just the printing service itself (what?) and $0.20 per page. Then I asked where the nearest drop box was located, because I refused to pay the $5.20 charge for a single page printout, and was planning to drop off my package the following day. She told me I had to go online and search for the nearest drop box. Imagine standing there at a UPS store and being told to go on their website to retain some information about the nearest UPS drop box. I then asked if she could look it up for me since I'm already at the store, and she said that their computers do not have any internet access. Perhaps she's telling the truth.... But why would a UPS store have computers that don't have any internet access?? And why doesn't the UPS staff already have some knowledge (or at least some sort of paper directory that they can reference) of the nearest UPS locations located in their area? UPS should just close this location. I would say that I received the worst customer service ever, but it was more like receiving NO customer service at all. read more

this ups has got to be the worst one UPS i ever been to just cause of one rude lady that was in the front that told me to take my amazon return to kohls even thoe my return label said ups. when i went to kolhs the lady found a box for my item and sent me back to ups, when i walked back in the same rude lady told me "oh you had a box this whole time " i explained that the lady at kolhs gave me a box and told me my label was for ups, the lady returned my saying " they could have helped you but they are lazy" when the whole time she could have helped me . never going back to this store till this lady gets some customer service skills read more

Have been coming to this location for my shipping needs for years now. I like how the ladies are always so cheerful and helpful. Every time I come in I'm out in a matter of seconds. They have all that you need for shipping anything. I haven't tried their po boxes but as a drop off location they have excellent service. read more

My niece's 68-year-old grandfather shipped out a computer for her before she started college. He bought the insurance thinking that if anything happened to the computer it would be taken care of. Well, the computer monitor is now broken, the power button will not work to turn the monitor on or off. The store had told my niece that she needed to ship it back to them so they can file a claim. UPS corporate and the store gave us the run around about the claim. The claim was denied, so my niece's 68-year-old grandfather went down with his daughter and the lady at the store Marissa started to yell at both my niece's aunt and grandfather. No matter what happens no employee should ever yell at a customer and to yell at a 68-year-old man is the worst. I will never ship with UPS ever again. We never were able to fix this issue and my niece now is out of a monitor for school. read more

Truly disappointed with this store's customer service. I was calling in to check whether or not I had sent out a shipment from this store, I go to multiple UPS stores around the area and wasn't sure which one I went to for this shipment. I had called two other stores before I called this one. I asked the lady nicely (and I'll be nice enough to leave out her name) to see if she could pull up my information by phone number. I had told her that I wasn't sure if this was the store I sent it from, because according to the two stores I called before, the information would only show up if I shipped it from that same store I called. Right off the bat she started arguing with me, telling me that it doesn't matter which store I sent it from. I just got a really bad vibe from her. Maybe she was having a bad day or something. But I was so frustrated arguing with here that I just said whatever, bye, and hung up. The worst part is that she was able to pull up one of my client's names, which proves that I sent it out from this store, but she didn't even give me the information I needed. All I needed was a tracking number because I had lost my receipt. Please work on your customer service, thanks. read more

The WORST Customer service I've ever seen. It was bad enough that I almost walked out. I came in to buy a book of stamps and some packing tape. I wish I had read their reviews first, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were the closest store to me. The lady at the cashier (Jessica) was rude. I asked her if they also sell double sided tape. And she looked at me and said " you can go over to the wall and look yourself". That was rude, and especially the fact that there are only a handful of items on the wall, it was very obvious that she was frustrated and was trying to take it out on her customers. Then as I walked to the wall with all the supplies, I told the cashier to give me a second, and she gave up my place in the line. I had to wait another 10 mins in the process. I almost guarantee that this cashier knows exactly what products are sold in the store, if she doesn't then it shows that the ownership doesn't care who they hire, OR, this cashier is rude and shouldn't be in the field of customer service. I usually don't write reviews, but I think that Ownership needs to intervene and really talk to their employees because apparently Customer service is a problem that many people before me have had a problem with here. Very similar to other reviews here in regards to customer service. I went in and attempted to fit two DSLR cameras into a package. The woman accused me of cheating the ups system and declined to ship it. She did this in front of several other customers, which was highly embarrassing to me. I'm unclear as to why shipping two items in the same box was "cheating", but she certainly classified it as such. I will not be going back to this location, nor can I recommend it to anyone else. read more

Used this establishment to ship some items home, rather than carrying them through the airports and one the planes. I use UPS whenever I can. They far exceed the quality of FedEx or USPS. The young woman that waited on us was more than friendly, and extremely help to us. She did most of the work, putting our box together, cutting it down to the most appropriate size, and sealing it up. Super simple for me. I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future! read more

I've used this location over 10 times and I've been happy with the service every time. I usually just drop off a package to be shipped and the girl that works there is like Speedy Gonzalez when it comes filling out the paperwork, getting it weighed, and conducting the transaction. Brought a prepaid box in to return to sender on Saturday 1/23/16. Having a bad day period myself, box needed taped, and I haven't even put the label on the box. The female employee, sorry I didn't get her name. She greeted me took my box and said no problem ---taped it, slapped the label on it, and gave me a tracking receipt. Her positive attitude and politeness rubbed off and made me have a better rest of the day. She is an awesome example of customer service and the best UPS Store I've been in in the USA. read more

Ive been coming here for quite some time. The staff is nice, location has easy parking. We had a PO box here and eventually ditched it because originally we were told we would get a text when we got mail, but found out we would get a text only when packages arrived. That was a bummer, they are much more expensive than the post office. But for shipping they are A-OK! read more
