This "Owner" is so obnoxiously rude. I asked a question 2 times because she kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me talk, so she responds with "I though we already went over this" Are you serious? I wouldn't have to ask things 2 times if the girl would have been respectful and not interject every time she felt the need! Can't believe how rude can the employees be when the owner is not around. The girls seem to be so unhappy with their job. I'm not sure why the owner still decides to keep them despite of so many bad reviews. I have been to many UPS stores and this one is the worst in customer service. I use this UPS store often to ship different packages. I also use this location to do different USPS needs that I need also. I sell things on eBay and need a good reliable shipper. I like going to this location because the staff very helpful and friendly. They know me by name and make me feel welcomed everytime I come in. I am In This location about once to twice a week it's so much better then having to go to the post office. Thanks for the help ladies great job!!! I just received the worst customer service here. We rent a medium or big business box here and we have a lot of packages sent to here because we are a small online business and we usually have we our customer sent the return packages here. I went in to pick up the packages and to my surprise there are 3 big loads of packages, of over 30 small packages. So I asked if they could help me because I'm 9months pregant and my doctor told me I should not lift heavy stuff. They are not that heavy but I have difficulty to get up from the bed and bending down because of huge belly. There were 2 people working there but the manager still refused me. I was upset but I didn't say anything when I returned the dolly because there are some customers just walk in and I did not want to crest a scene., I called back 5 mins later to complain and the manager told me I'm a problematic customer and she was louder than me. She said she does not understand why I have employees working for me and I still have to come in to get packages myself. Well my 2 other guys just left the company and the other guy likes to use his phone when he's driving and it's raining and Hb just happen to be sick. She also said us having a lot of packets going to their store being an issue. Well, Isn't it what a mail box for? To receive packages? I mean you could let me know how often we should pick up( I believe we do it about once a week and we could do it more often with communication) she said she is being more than accommodating to us. I know they have a rule of not helping customers carrying package but I never have this prob with other ups store and I would not be so upset if she could nicely told me she's sorry she could not help me. All that I want to hear is just her being nice and tell me she's sorry she could not help. But she told me that's not her fault and I'm a problematic customer I shouldn't complain. :( read more

I had such an amazing experience at this location is less than 5 minutes. The owner of the store Ms. Barbara helped me print something and mail it in. Since it was my first time printing something there she was very sweet and helpful. It also smelled AMAZING, not even kidding it smelled so fresh and clean. I love this location, they are rarely busy and always quick and efficient with their service and customer service. Barbara the owner is usually the one who I end up dealing with and she is always so friendly and helpful, willing to check pricing of other postal locations and always helping to send my package the easiest and most important the cheapest way possible! I sometimes have to pay a few dollars extra in comparison to what it would cost to go to the post office but the time, stress, and hassle that I am saved is MORE than worth it!! read more

UPS store - 9668 Milliken Avenue, Ste 104, Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I needed to purchase some boxes to mail some things to my daughter and her family that are stationed in Bahrain. My husband (wanting to do me a favor) went to this UPS store and purchased 4 boxes (16x16x16) for a total cost of $68.74. The boxes were the wrong size and I went to return them back to the store. I lugged the boxes into the store all the while it was raining. Once in I was approached by a young woman. I explained about wanting to exchange the boxes because they were the wrong size as I was mailing things to my military family and needed bigger ones. I was told by her that we do not do refunds or exchanges. Mind you these boxes were never opened and still in the exact condition they were purchased in. I was SHOCKED! I told this clerk that the store on Vineyard and Foothill accommodates their customers with refunds and exchanges and her response was that each store is owned and ran separately and we do not. Great service especially for those sending items to loved ones in the military! Needless to say I was livid and blurted out an expletive and told her with this crappy customer service I WILL NOT BE BACK!! Not to mention I have these 4 boxes bought at a ridiculous price that I could not use. Do yourself a favor and go to the UPS store on Vineyard and Foothill where they know how to treat their customers. read more

I went in to return 2 items AND send a package to my mother this afternoon -- I was treated with complete disrespect and the "woman" was the absolute rudest person I have ever had the "privilege" of dealing with in my entire life!! She made me force 2 items into 1 box instead of the 2 they came in and had the nerve to accuse me of "CHEATING" UPS! I have been dealing with our local UPS Store for 12 years and they know me by name and have always been wonderful to me -- this disgusting woman went so far as to tell me that my neighborhood UPS Store must have been "too busy to catch me CHEATING" and the insults went on and on in front of her customers which humiliated me further!!!! Someone needs to turn UPS Store #5052 in to the Corporate Customer Service and this horrible nasty woman should not have the privilege of dealing with the public as she has no idea how to treat people with respect.
