On my most recent visit, however, there was only one self-service machine available. The customer ahead of me was entering shipping information, and the kiosk was occupied for more than 20 minutes. Since the space appears large enough to accommodate another machine, adding a second kiosk would significantly improve the experience and reduce wait times during busy periods. The after-hours self-service option is a great feature, but its usefulness is limited when there's only one machine available. I hope USPS considers adding additional kiosks here--and perhaps at other locations as well--to better serve customers who rely on self-service shipping.
