I use this store a lot for returns and other care packages I send occasionally. Staff is always calm and collected during their busy hours. Helpful and polite even when they have dozens of customers probably in a hurry not being the kindest to staff. Lately I've seen Heidi a couple times who's always nice and today on 4.8.26 I came in to a line of about 5-6 people, the return kiosk "jammed" (it was just out of paper to print labels) and Heidi not only provided efficient service to customers (along with the other two gentlemen working), but her positive attitude seemed to ensure that every customer left with a smile on their face. She engaged with customers, made jokes to lighten the mood, all while providing such terrific service. She absolutely went above and beyond to make what some might feel like a frustrating experience (waiting to get an errand done), a happy and enjoyable one! The few times I've been here it's always been super packed and the wait is always long. I recently went by this past weekend and I saw they have a self checkout; if your item you are dropping off is small/decent size, you are able to use it. You scan your label and drop it in the box and get a confirmation receipt. The staff is somewhat friendly/knowledgeable. The parking is almost always packed and you're lucky if you get a parking stall as this shopping center is normally busy during the day. read more

They are always so helpful and patent here. I have been here numerous times. It's very busy at this location. Today they had no AC. I felt so bad for the employees. But they maintained professionalism and friendliness throughout. Zack was patient, kind, and thorough and explained everything fully and well. To begin, Jayden, the worker who helped us with our return was amazing. He showed us how to process the amazon returns we had and was very polite through all of it. However, before we had Jayden we had this old lady with grey longish hair. First of all she greeted us with a horrible attitude. All she said was "hi" which is when we said "are you ready for us?" and then she said "not really, but i guess so." We were nothing but nice to this lady. She had no reason to respond with a horrible snotty comment like that. She was complaining that she had so much stuff to do in the back, but also saying she just needed a break. That is when Jayden stepped in. which thank god. I would normally give this store a 5 star rating. I have been using UPS services at this location for over 10 years, and I am there a lot. I always have my packages taped and ready to ship, except for today. I needed ONE strip of tape, just one. And I was told I would be charged for the tape. Seriously! The money people spend in shipping fees to ship a box should include "services" needed, including tape. I have spent hundred of dollars a year in that store and they have the audacity to even utter the words "you will be charged for the tape next time." read more

Dropped by there at 6:35 last night to drop off an Amazon return. Was not sure what time they closed. Approached business saw the light out and the security cage already wrapped around the counter inside. Sign on door said closing was 6:30. I figured "my bad" I'll have to come back tomorrow. As I was walking back to my car I heard someone say "sir can I help you"? It was one of the UPS employees from inside. Told him that's oK I'll come back tomorrow. He insisted I come back inside. I did and he and his fellow employee took my package and gave me a receipt. Saved me a trip. They could have easily let me walk away and they could continue their closing process but they did not. The man running the store early morning has several people inside the store and standing outside and as soon as the phone rings he answers it leaving everyone waiting for him to address the customer on the phone. Meanwhile he is by himself and we are just standing there. I waited 45 mins just to drop off a box that was prepaid for there needs to be some organization and a reevaluation on the priorities.. I would give the store zero stars if I could. The store is always understaffed and too busy to handle the Amazon rush that they get paid big bucks to take care of. There are only two computers on the entire site. They need a dedicated Amazon line only and adequate staff and personnel and equipment to handle the business. So we got here kinda late but they were very nice about helping us. Got a very important package mailed off with zero hassle, even with printing out multiple documents and making copies. This place is very clean and is run well. All of the employees are super helpful. I definitely recommend going here because you can make copies, print things, and mail packages or letters all in one convenient stop! Generated label and watched it applied on pkg. After 12 days of recipient not receiving I checked UPS corporate website it indicated waiting for parcel to be picked up at store location. Yet UPS store said driver picked it up. Filed claim apparently package was lost! Only will reimburse if receipts are provided. If you use this store just know it may never leave the store for your destination! read more

I had an identogo appointment at 2 o'clock, the man told me to wait in the package drop off line, It's supposed that If I have an appointment scheduled, I must be on time but also be attended at that time, but the man decided that I had to wasted 20 minutes of my time in a line to drop off package, really? if you can't handle appointment time then do not offer that service. I asked because the guy was a jerk on the phone and a jerk when I walked in I put of I had my id he wouldn't give it to me because I am not Mike Lloyd and he yell at me that's right you must show me an id with Mike Lloyd otherwise I am not giving you this package. Then he started to your inappropriate words for a customer service representative (check your cameras) if you dont believe me. When my horse dies because of your employee I will be having my lawyer after you. This was much needed medicine and because your employee now said I refused the package which is a LIE! Before Covid-19, it's always busy, but efficient. I believe the owner actually help with work then. Yesterday when I went to drop off my prepaid package, I felt singled out. It was noon, and busy like usual and my first time back dropping off a package, but because of covid19 now, social distance right, wrong!! The 6 ft stickers on the ground was placed confusingly. The people ahead of me were not in any sort of line. So I stood holding the door. I believe maybe new management yelled closed the door so I scooted in and I tried to brush it aside saying "yeah I'm just trying to figure it out". Instead of a "oh that's ok", he says, I'm trying to keep the door way opened. Wtfreak, all of us were by the door and he singled me out. So as I was trying to also social distance and wait patiently, the guy behind me thought it was ok to tell other customers that I haven't figured it out yet. As Hurricane Dorian was possibly heading toward Tampa, my elderly father along with my handicapped mother brought in a new computer monitor and tower to the UPS store in Sun City Center, FL. My Dad asked them to pack these items for him to return to Amazon. Shipping was already paid for by Amazon, so the cost for 2 boxes, bubble wrap and packing of the equipment was a whopping $90 plus tax. After hearing this I contacted another UPS store and was told they would have charged closer to $30. I then called the corporate office and the customer service rep told me that each store is individually owned and the owners can charge what they want. I'm suggesting that you drive a few extra miles to Riverview or Apollo Beach to a different UPS store and you might save yourself some money. I believe they took advantage of my dad and his age and did a bit of price gouging due to the impending hurricane. Very disappointed read more
