I always feel like people are really hard on people who work at ups, usps, fed ex It's not the easiest and judging by today the customers can be really rude!!! I always come to this location because the people that work here are fast More then a number of times I have gotten Matt and he is very fast and friendly always! Some disconcerting thing is happening at this store. I brought in a tightly wrapped and sealed package to be mailed. The clerk looked at it and said it needed to be placed in a $3. UPS bag so it won't tear in transit. I have never heard of such a thing and told him to post it and send it. He warned me it still could tear open and I again said "mail it as is". This seems to be a new concept at this store and I am still scratching my head. My gosh, the post office would have taken it with no problem. Just beware.. read more

This place is great. The staff are courteous and efficient, and they have a nice selection of boxes, cards, packing materials, and other stuff, in addition to the usual UPS Store type services. We went in not long ago to have a document notarized, and the fellow who took care of it was just so awesome. I was worried because of the sensitive nature of the document, but he was great. Very friendly, light-mannered while professional. We'd had the document printed there from a USB drive, and he didn't ask for payment for it. When I pointed that out and asked how much it was, he said no charge, to congratulate us! What a sweetheart! I wish I could remember his name! Today I dropped in to send a package to Amazon.com, and a clerk named Jesse (according to receipt) helped me. I needed to purchase a box and have the shipping slip printed. He knew exactly what I was doing, as he mentioned having done so himself, and let me know he'd take care of all of it! He showed me the printed slip, and said he'd make sure it was in an appropriate box. No charge for packing, just for the box and printer use. Really nice guy, too. These folks rock! read more

Again I had to go to the ups store as The tracking number on the way bill I had would not track the package. Turns out, after I had left and signed the way bill from visit there on the 9th, they generated a new way bill, and didn't bother to give me the info, seems to me that when your signature is put to paper it becomes a legal document read more

I was able to bring in my old router from AT&T to this store. And they took it. There was also a very rude customer who cussed out the employees, but they both took it well! Hard to do! I'll go there again if I have shipping needs. read more

Even though this place was out of my way but close to the off ramp in Rohnert Park I have gone to it... I have gone in here a few times and the young guys working there make me nervous giving my mail to. One time, they said are you sure you don't want to send this certified mail instead of regular mail to make sure it gets there?? And it was a letter sized envelope staying in the area... I felt as if I didn't pay the extra money he would make it get lost because he was paid on commission or something. Then one time I had a bunch of envelopes all the exact same and he had to make me wait while he weighted every single one of the 25 I had. It was ridiculous!! And... AND they were regular envelopes and he charged me more than the cost of a regular mailing envelope .80 cents. The next time I went in with a bunch of the same envelopes an older man who might have been the owner, knew they were regular First Class envelopes and charged me such...without weighing each one. I just would rather wait around the corner in the Post Office line and Know my mail is getting mailed right... read more

It not good when you leave a shipping place feeling like you threw what you are shipping in a great big garbage heap. That however describes how feel dropping off my package here. I usually goto the UPS store near my house and get good service. This place has rude, insanely poorly trained team members. I have been a customer of the UPS store for many years now. First off, they just have new owners. Larry is no longer the owner. They have new owners that are friendlier.. Although the same great staff is still at the store. They are always helpful and courteous and do everything they can to make your life easier having to do with shipping UPS, recieving packages, photo copies, notary service, etc. I would not hesitate to use their services when needed. read more

I sent it in to be printed and the owner went out of her way to make it work even though it was not formatted correctly. Horrible place. I sent a fax with sensitive information and the girl, although pleasant, read each page one by one as she put them into the fax machine. Today, 4 days later, I get a letter to refax 5 pages of the 11. Stay away from them because, in my case, sensitive information could be stolen and they should've said some pages could be to dark, as long as they are peeping at what I'm having faxed. Needless to say I went to Office Max where they kept all pages face down. I would give no stars if I could. read more

Don't trust their posted hours of operation! Arrived 7 minutes before closing with a prepaid drop off and the doors were locked. Went back the next day and found that they decided to close for the whole weekend! Might have helped if they had warned their customers ahead of time. There was nothing posted the day before to indicate they would be closed. Never using them again! read more

The store helped me with my shipment but UPS subsequently messed up my delivery, and sent me back to the store to request a refund. Though it took a bit of effort the store finally came through and covered the UPS corporate/delivery staff screwup. Customer service by UPS corporate fails. read more

I posted a package last Saturday (9/30/17) to go overnight for a Monday (10/2/07) morning delivery to the State of California. This was an important package sent with next day (urgent) delivery. Here we are on Wednesday, 10/4/17, and the package has still not been delivered. I have gotten nothing but a round around as to why the package has been mis-routed a number of times. UPS has not called the party to whom the package is to be delivered, with my embarrassment at this urgent-package mailing fiasco knowing no bounds. Suffice it to say I will NEVER use UPS again, especially this store location. read more

i recommend this ups store to all!! i read some of the reviews before coming to the ups store for a notary. i was not discourage. in fact i am very pleased i came by. the whole crew was very friendly and fast. the notary was awesome and helped me out with a million copies. i was greeted once i walked into the store. wow! and did i mention that they're dog friendly??!! i give them 5 stars for being, fast, friendly and of course, dog friendly. read more

This store was very unhelpful when I needed assistance. I was supposed to be getting a delivery to their store but they said they didn't have it, even though the tracking information said that it had been delivered to that store earlier in the day. I showed the girl at the desk the tracking information, but she wouldn't even go look to check or enter it in the system to see if it had been delivered. I went back the next day and lo and behold, there it was, marked that it had been delivered THE MORNING BEFORE. read more

NO STARS!! I gave my items to the girl in this store to ship and trusted when I left they would all make it in the box. One VERY IMPORTANT piece of paper didn't make it in there! When I called the store to talk to them about it they suggested that maybe I didn't bring that in with me! OR someone opened the box and took out that paper. NEVER did they admit that they dropped the ball! Is it your customer service procedure to point blame at your customer? A simple apology and offer to mail out the missing piece would have been great but instead I was all but called a liar! When I asked to speak to the owner they hung up on me!
