I'm here to agree with the last few reviewers. The new ownership is a joke. I've gone in a few times now and they want to charge me $1.50 to tape up a 5 in box.. I went down the street to the ups on Johnson ferry, they taped it up questions asked! Highly recommend the one on Johnson ferry btw, will be driving the extra few miles to go here from now on! As the guy with the rug said, I brought in an item in the original packaging it was sent in and the lady told me since it says "express" on it I can't use it and to purchase a bubble mailer lol. These people only want to knickle and dime you. It's a shame bc the last owner was amazing. read more

Wow, has this place gone downhill. Last week, I took a package and they wouldn't let me use my company account number. The new owner said she couldn't take the chance. I had to drive to another ups, so I wasn't out of pocket. Today, we were returning a box. It was untaped. They made a point to charge $2.00 to use 12" of tape. Last time I enter that building. I've used them since 1996. I hope you enjoy your $2. It's the last you'll see of me. read more

The new ownership of this particular location is ridiculous. I've gone to other UPS locations and had fantastic service. This guy wants to charge you for everything point being, I brought in a rug that was wrapped in the plastic that it was shipped to us in and obviously we had to slice the top of it to pull the rug out and see if it worked. It did not work so we had to fold up the rug and we put it back in the exact same bag that it was shipped to us and I walk in there and he says I can't ship this. You need to buy a box for $24. I took it to another UPS store. They scan my printed return label and out the door I went for free. read more

HORRIBLE NEW OWNERSHIP! I have used this store many many time when it was under the old ownership and found the old owner friendly and helpful. I previously made self service color copies by the hundreds at this store with no issues (even received a AAA discount). The owner was great and I looked forward to going there. Now, under nasty new ownership, this is NOT a store where you can make self service color copies. The 'owner' wants to know exactly what you are copying (none of his business) and will not allow you to copy it yourself. He said it was his machine and he would make the copies. This was unacceptable as I want quality copies that I can adjust the color, and other settings myself. The old owner had a great printer and I always left quite pleased and was able to ask questions if I needed any help. NOT SO with the arrogant new owner who's attitude was disgusting and who's printer is second rate. I left angry and frustrated with the 'service' without making any copies and will go elsewhere. THIS STORE IS A RIP OFF (see other reviews posted since the new ownership took over). read more

tried to do an amazon return and the employee said they require for it to be taped up. this is not true, they are just trying to make more money off of people who don't kno what they are doing. they conveniently have their tape priced high. amazon has their return process easy to where you just have to bring the item to ups. read more

Mom and pop shop with pretty good service. And to respond to the other review, yeah there will be a line if you go at peak times like at lunch. Show me a post office that isn't! Anyway, they do copies, send packages, serve as notaries. Friendly and they have a frequent buyer card thing which serves for a free packaging service after so many visits. I like to go to small family owned businesses as much as possible, so I'll be going again soon. read more

This store is okay....They are usually very slow, and there is usually a line of 2+ people because they are so slow. I swear, it takes 15 minutes just to ship out a small package, which to me, is insane. They sell boxes, copy stuff, and do all sorts of shipping, just like any other post office. BUT for the markup, and the wait, I would rather just go down to the post office. read more
