This location is always convenient, the staff is friendly, and everytime I make any orders ahead they are made in a timely manner.

Asked for help with a copying issue. The woman made a face as if to say, "What are you interrupting my texting for???". Then in a deadpan response, she told me she had "no idea" why the machine was doing what it was doing - never once tried to figure it out. Terrible customer service: by dejone, and Kennaj, rudest people ever! We're not helpful at all! They just gave attitude to me asking questions! Rude people should not behind a desk! This used to be a really great store before they downsized. Now, the employees at the front desk want you to do everything by yourself instead of helping you even when no other customers are in the store. Very entitled attitudes and very snarky. Every thing needs to improve at this FedEx Office store. The staff was rude. I needed help with binding a book. Emailed earlier in the week so they may be expecting me to come into the store. The man helping me, Daniel, was no help. The other woman working , Mykala, was not helpful. I needed a book bound and sent pictures ahead of time. Mykala did not even look in the book to really be sure it could or could not be bound. No eye contact from her. She looked like she'd rather be elsewhere. Other customers were helped before me or my needs were interrupted to help other customers. I left. I should have pain more attention to the reviews. Customer service is greatly lacking!!! read more

Service was helpful and ultimately did what I needed, which was ship an item. However, I needed help with the self-service kiosk and the ladies at the front proceeded to talk negative about me while I was in the store. I don't care if you talk about me but at least wait until I leave. read more

Requested 15 high quality prints for a UGA digital art project. Have done this before at Office Depot, and they have always printed samples on different paper to allow optimization. I would have gone there, but they had a two day back up from the holiday weekend. The fedex employee was arrogant and unhelpful. Seemed very surprised when asked to print a sample and said this would not be possible. I left and I'm taking my business to a print shop in Athens. read more

As a follow-up to my review of the horrible UPS store that I 'reviewed' yesterday (see my other reviews), I visited the Fed Ex on Johnson Ferry this morning. I found the self service color copiers to be excellent quality, and the employees were more than willing to answer any questions I had about the machine. No problems - excellent color copies - fair economical pricing. This store was the complete opposite in every way from the horrible Marietta Highway UPS store I visited yesterday (and cheaper too). Machines were top of the line and service was excellent. I highly recommend this store!! read more

Not sure why they need to scan my ID when I ship something. When I asked, all Ashley said was "company policy" and "required to ship something. All this information gathering is insane. Turns out that they pull the return address from your ID which in this case, was not correct since I was shipping for work. Would have been much easier if she mentioned that when I asked. When I mentioned it was incorrect, all Ashley said was "you confirmed it on the screen" never asked if I needed it reprinted with the correct address. A little customer service goes a long way. I won't come back here again. read more

New policy. If a print job is finished today, it can't be picked up until tomorrow unless you want to pay a $175 'rush' fee. It's been a while since I ran into someone as arrogant as the person that eventually blew the order off by hanging up the phone. read more

Love this FedEx location! Every employee there has been more than helpful when it has come to me getting things printed/shipped for work in a timely manner or even on a time crunch. Employee Lashauna specifically has helped me more times than not, and she is simply the best and a pleasure to work with. Always a bright smile on her face and a great attitude to back it. Went there for the first time to get my resume printed out professionally. I don't know what or how the pace these two shleps work at but apparently their definition of "Real Busy" is one customer. The first guy I didn't get his name but a slim black man said "I can;t help you its really busy". Which then he proceeded to point me to the self service PC's. I told him I just need 2 pages of my resume printed out on high quality paper (that normally would cost around $1 a page) and if he could load from my USB memory stick. Again he said this time around we dont do that and pointed me to the self service PC's. Mind you this is the FIRST TIME I have been to a FEDEX KINKOS retail store. So following his demand I go to the self service PC's. If you have not used their self service station before it entails credit card processing or buying a FEDEX card loading up a computer which is on the clock being charged and figuring out what printer your documents will come out of. After 20 min later and spending $7.80 wasting time learning how to and what on the PC and printer I printed my documents. So a mere 2 min job that oould have cost around $2 for a FEDEX representative to do cost me over TRIPLE and 30 min of my time. What a horrific experience and I also would like to mention the lack professionalism of the thin black representative,he called me "CHIEF" !!!! ("HEY CHIEF YOU NEED TO USE THE SELF SERVICE PC's") I would only go back for using their resources and not rely on the service reps at this location. read more

In days where customer service is a rare commodity, I am always so impressed by this FedEx Office. Each time I have been there recently, they have been quick and helpful. Steve is an A+ employee. He is always extra friendly, professional, and happy to answer my (often dumb) questions. You can tell that he enjoys his work because of the smile on his face and his interactions with customers and his fellow employees. I'm grateful to have a great FedEx office close to my home. It's comforting to know that I am going to have a pleasant experience when I need some assistance with professional projects. read more

Ok service but pretty long wait to use the printers/copiers, especially because half of their machines were out of order.

Friendly staff but always sooooooooooo slow. That seems to be the going thing at most fedexs though. I think its less the staff and more that the customers tie up their time. read more
