She was extremely busy, but went out of her way to find my package and refunded it for me. Apparently the driver or someone from UPS after the box was scanned removed the label. UPS opened the box and sent it back to me. Thanks to Christina at the UPS store, I received a replacement label and she put the box in an upgrade container. Highly recommend this store. The staff is on their A-Game here and I always have a great experience. I've been coming to this location for quite some time now and here recently, they have remodeled the store in order for their staff to work more efficiently and effectively. From printing labels to doing Amazon returns and having eviction papers notarized to scanning and faxing important documents like contracts, trusts, wills and lease agreements - the employees have handled my issues properly and with professionalism and discretion.
