Huge shout out to Courtney the manager over here. I went in here to ship a piece of jewelry back to where I bought it for a repair. I was informed to insure it for the full amount which was a HUGE shipping fee because of the insurance. But I went ahead and paid for it. Then after about 45 minutes, I realized I was going to have to pay that amount again to get it back and it would be much cheaper to have them fixed locally. She was extremely busy, but went out of her way to find my package and refunded it for me. I have used this store on numerous occasions with great service each time, but today was an above and beyond moment. read more

Went to this location to send a package. The clerk printed the label and placed it on the box. Two days later the package is retuned by UPS. Apparently the driver or someone from UPS after the box was scanned removed the label. UPS opened the box and sent it back to me. Thanks to Christina at the UPS store, I received a replacement label and she put the box in an upgrade container. Highly recommend this store. AND they play really cool music while you are in the store. read more

I tend to use this location more than any other because it is always close in proximity to things I need to do! The staff here always seem to be welcoming! I typically only need to take care of amazon returns --- which is always quick & worry-free. Only had an issue once time with a return and it was my own fault. They were polite in pointing out my mistake (I didn't read the fine print!) On another note, I have noticed that when using the UPS store to mail things, if you pre-pay for labels things seem to be less-expensive than if you walk in and need things mailed (having them make the labels / provide the packaging, etc.) I found this out the hard way having to return a few boxes to a company because of an error in shipping. ‍ #lessonlearned read more

I am so disappointed in my recent interaction with this store. Went in to express mail a large envelope with important documents. I didn't realize until later that all they did was send it using USPS! If I wanted to use USPS I would have gone directly to the post office. When I realized the mistake I started tracking the package. 5 days later the tracking says it was picked up. When I went in to the UPS store I was told there was nothing they could do to help locate the envelope. I had to go to the post office. Went to the post office and they do not have it in their system. I will not be using this store again. Not sure what has happened, but they were never this way before. Be careful!!!! read more

Once again, suspect activity. My signature required package has a status of delivered and signed for (by the owner, same one who likes to lie). We call UPS, they don't have the package at the store and they say it hasn't been delivered to them yet. Funniest part is that there was a note left on my door saying it was returned to this UPS store. This kind of stuff is dangerous because I can't avoid doing business with these clowns. Now I have a package requiring signature out in limbo thanks to, yet again, these folks. Avoid this store at all costs! So many alternatives available nearby. Use them. read more

Convenient location. $10.00 for a Notary Stamp?? Luckily the bank I have an account with does it for Free. So, over all a good store and convenient for one stop shopping, but prices for notary, copies, use of email/internet, are pretty high. read more

When I think of what makes a community, the employees at UPS are exactly what I envision. I started an online business about 6 months ago so I knew I would become very familiar with each face at this store. I visit the UPS store 3-4 times a week and I always feel welcomed with each visit. I have brought my young son in with me and now he loves coming here! I know I am in good hands with each and every employee. I know they work hard and strive for perfection, professionalism and outstanding customer service. John, the owner, is a stand up person and I feel so privileged and lucky to have this UPS so close to home! Employee insisted on upgrading my packaging because it was a cellphone although it was tightly wrapped in a bubble envelope from amazon. They charged me 10 more and when the recipent received the phone, it was in the same package I had originally packed it in. Talked to the owner he said he would research and issue a refund. He called back and said he would refund the money, 1 year later still waiting on the check. What a bunch of rip offs. read more

This was my first visit to this UPS store but it is the closest to my sons school. I had two boxes to ship. Note: shipping is based off dimensions so I had to pay $40 for one long box that was very little gut compared to $26 for one packed full and heavy. There was a line, which is to be expected the week before Christmas. The line moved fast and everyone working the counter were just very positive and helpful! I will absolutely return to this location the next time I need to ship something out. read more

Always great service at The Julington Creek store located in the Publix shopping center on State Road 13. They offer a variety of shipping options as well as packages and boxes for hard to fit items. The staff seem to do their best to get customers in and out as quickly as possible. read more

Notary service is overpriced if you have more than 1 document. They charge $10 per notary whereas other stores like postal coastal charges $10 for up to 5 signatures. Employees are very nice, just overpriced for notary. read more

After going here I learned UPS stores are franchised and they charge "what they want" for flat rate USPS boxes. I know I'll pay a surcharge at UPS and I'm okay with that or I wouldn't have come here to begin with. The UPS on Old St Aug at Bartram Park also charges "what they want" but it's only a few dollars more than USPS. This store was $12 more! I am not joking! Not sure how their other prices compare but stay away if you just want flat rate boxes shipped. I love Bartram Park UPS off Old St Aug but will never come back to this one off SR 13 unless the "what they want" surcharge for flat rate is decreased to be reasonable like other UPS stores. USPS does military discount on flat rate and this store robs military wives shipping flat rate to EPO addresses. read more
