The owner, Marcio Sene, was extremely unprofessional, and based on other reviews, it seems I'm not alone in this experience. I came in to return 4 Amazon curtains that looked completely identical- same packaging and no labels to distinguish them. Marcio told me to "take it up with Amazon," so I left and spent 40 minutes on the phone with an Amazon rep. They reassured me several times that if I placed all the curtains in one box, UPS could process the return with a single label since they were all from the same order. When I came back to the store and tried to explain this to Marcio, he immediately cut me off, saying I had 10 minutes because the store was closing soon. When I showed him the QR codes, he raised his voice, repeating "one QR code per package" over and over and even started snapping his fingers at me. He kept saying, "Amazon knows the rules, take it up with them," in a very dismissive tone. I left the store feeling humiliated and upset. While I understand it was close to closing time and I may have been misinformed from Amazon, his rudeness, raised voice, and overall attitude were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I was also extremely frustrated after two failed attempts to return the items and a 40-minute call with Amazon that turned out to be a complete waste of time. Rather than showing any patience or willingness to help, he chose to be rude and dismissive. Went here today and as everyone else has already stated, Marcio Sene/Owner was incredibly disrespectful and belligerent. He seemed to enjoy it as he had smirks on his face while acting out with his rude behavior. I had 4 boxes in my arm and after returning one, I told him I had more returns. It was hard to miss. I stared at a minimum 3x, that I had additional returns. He still tried to skip to the gentleman behind me while I'm at the counter!!! I had to state loudly, Excuse me. I am not done. I told you I have more packages. He looked at me and smirked. It was a very deliberate action. Not to mention I'm visibly pregnant. He is a jerk and it's clear from all these negative reviews and the reviews on Google that he might actually enjoy mistreating people. I hope his store loses business until there is a new owner or until he learns how to treat people. It's unfortunate but I plan to contact UPS corporate to escalate my experience and the experience of everyone else. The manager of this store has tremendous mood swings. Some days he is kind, efficient, and helpful. 60% of the time, however, he is short-tempered, rude and arrogant. Today, 11 March 2025, he went so far as to insult my intelligence under the guise of "you're using the wrong counter space", "HOLD the package while I scan it... DON'T put it on the counter...Now put it DIRECTLY on the floor." I use UPS store services at least once a week, so I am not a new customer. I do not understand why this gentleman insists on treating his employees and customers as if they were 6 years old. The previous manager was abhorrent, and I actually celebrated when the new manager arrived. That is, until the new guy started closing the store nearly every Sunday with a sign posted on the door reading "Closed for Technical Issues." No, sir, you have staffing and behavioral issues. These closings were so frequent that my wife and I would drive to the relatively nearby Oak Grove location because they were always open for their stated hours and very friendly and accommodating. He then went to the back of the room and never returned to help me. Very unprofessional. I went in yesterday to return a package. There were about 4 people in front of me so as I waited, I watched the owner be rude ands short with people. He offers no real customer service. I watched him sell two different people a roll of tape rather than keep a roll and tape the package himself. (this is the way other companies do it. when it was my turn I set the package on counter and showed him what was inside because I wanted to make sure it could be shipped. He immediately told me it would be $4.45 for a roll of tape. I told him that wasn't happing and walked out. I won't be going back to this place and will tell everyone That asks what kind of service to expect. If UPS is putting their name on this store they should step in make changes. I have used this store location for a few years now and I have never experienced what I've encountered recently. I went there to return a package and the Owner/Manager was very rude, not only to me but to the staff as well. One of the Employees that waited on me was very nice and helpful. I printed out my return label at home but it was blurry and I couldn't use it so I purchased a label there at the store and the young man proceeded to put the label on the box, then I left the store. A few days later, my package was not delivered to the Seller and I have been inquiring about it ever since. I went back to the store to see if they had tracking info in their system and the young man that waited on me before, was trying to help me and the Manager responded NO it's not in the system, then the worker started walking over to the Manager to ask a question and he threw his hands up and shewed him away and the worker said he just wanted to ask him something and at that point the Manager told the worker to give me the UPS Customer Service phone number, so he wrote it down and he was talking to me, then the Manager blurted out, "wait on the man standing there" and he said it in a nasty way, in which he said this before the worker was finished with me and I thought that was very rude. This Manager guy has no manners and he's very obnoxious! I could tell that the worker was very frustrated with him and it was also embarrassing. In my opinion, this guy does not know how to manage a store and he definitely doesn't know how to treat the customers. I'm not the only one that has complained about him and honestly, he does not need that store, he's a very bad business Manager and he's gonna lose a lot of Customers. I was very calm that day, I didn't cause a scene and I just left. One of these days, he will meet the right one! Sorry for venting but this guy does not need to be in business at all!!! My package has not been found. I called UPS Customer Service several times and they have no record of the package even being sent from that location. I have lost over $200 and nobody is trying to resolve my issue. It's not right! The belligerent Manager might have taken it, I wouldn't be surprised because according to Customer Service, they have no record that it ever left the store. Like one of the other reviewers on here said, this guy has tremendous mood swings and YES, he is definitely arrogant!!! If you're working in this type of environment, you have to be patient and kind to your customers. One of the staff is helpful, pleasant and efficient. The owner/manager is short-tempered in front of customers and reprimands his employees openly. So you can get the services you need, but it won't necessarily be a great customer experience. read more

If I could give this negative stars I would. I've came here for awhile for my Shein returns and never had a problem until recently. The manager, I'm assuming, is a real piece of work. The other employees have always returned my items with zero issues but this man always insists that I have to purchase all sort of extra packaging items, constantly trying to up-sell in order to ship a free shipping item while it's still in its original packaging. It's disgusting. Last time I went I had it in the box but not taped, the woman next to me with the nice employee offered to tape it for her and took her box. This rude manager man told me I'd have to go buy tape even though the man next to me was tapping the other woman's box for no charge. And her box was larger than mine so I know it wasn't about the size. Awful customer service. I'll drive 29 minutes out of my way to the next UPS then have to deal with that rude man anymore. read more

Had several items to return and being new to Amazon return procedure, Marcio, the store manage went out of his way to assist me in the correct process. Very thankful he saved me a trip to Staples. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this UPS store in the future. read more
