    The arbitrary hours they post.

    I'm writing this at 10:05 on a Sunday and they are not open. Many other times I've defectively relied upon them being open and they are not.

    No complaints from me. Small street off of El Camino and easy to get to, frequently has open parking spots right in front or there's a small adjacent lot. Seems like it's run by a husband and wife. She's a bit nicer and he's a bit more gruff but they're always efficient about handling my packages (usually a box less return, like for Amazon or AT&T). Super convenient. I appreciate they're open a bit later, and also on saturdays.

    Business Hours on weekdays are 9:00am. There have been several occasions where the business is still closed well past 9am. Several customers come at opening but the workers/owners are no where to be found. If they dont plan on opening at 9am then they really need to change their opening hours. It is now 9:17am and store is still closed. Update: the worker just pulled in at 918

    Always rude and no costermer service. Come to give them business but they make you feel like you own them money.

    Very slow service , not up to date technology so they charge customers for high fees .

    Stood outside for 15 minutes waiting for them to open and they never did. Worthless, no wonder the stars are so low for this location.

    They charge $1/tape and I was taken aback by this but I understand they need to make money too. Easy parking to drop off packages.

    To start FedEx in general is difficult to deal with. The…read moretracking system for the packages gives you a vague understanding of where it is and when it will be delivered frequently, the update is "it's in transit" with no other explanation. The details on how it's getting from point A to point B used to be more detailed but now it's not. The customer service line tends to hang up on you rather than transfer you to a live customer service agent. It requires information that puts you into a different answer loop than actually transferring you to an agent when you want to talk to somebody, especially if you have a complaint. I personally had a very difficult time even finding the FedEx customer service number on their website. The delivery center in South San Francisco frequently does not deliver at the same day they get it even if they get it at 2 o'clock in the morning it probably won't go out until the next day and I don't understand why that happens with my packages. USPS is much more efficient delivering my packages in South San Francisco then FedEx. When I look at my USPS tracking and it shows that it had arrived at station early in the morning, like two or 3 o'clock in the morning, I know that I would be receiving it later on that day. My most recent experience with FedEx had them not send a package out to be delivered on a Saturday delivery and it was delayed till Monday. This delay was logged in about 8 o'clock in the morning but post timed till 11:30, almost to show that delivery was attempted, but their reason was the business was closed and they could not make that delivery. This was going to a UPS store that is open seven days a week. When I finally contacted the customer service line, they said that business indicated that the address it was going to belong to a business that was only open Monday through Friday. I have never had this excuse from USPS.

FedEx attempted to deliver a package that required a signature on a Thursday to me. The driver rang the doorbell and within less than 10 seconds, was gone. My husband tried running after the truck but wasn't successful. The website kept showing an update that the package would be attempted again on Friday. One of us stayed home all day just waiting for it. Around 5:00 p.m., the update showed an attempt was made at 3:40 p.m. but no one was home. The picture FedEx used as attempt they tried was the same picture from the attempt the day before. No one from FedEx ever came by at 3:40, based on proof from our Ring camera. Saturday morning showed the package was scheduled for another attempt, only to be updated about an hour later that the customer requested a delivery date change. I made no request whatsoever. I finally called customer service and the person I spoke to promised me the package would be delivered by noon on Monday. I told her I wanted to pick up the package instead. She gave me this SSF location to pick up my package. I asked her what time they close and she said 5:00 p.m. I drove there only to find out they only open for package pick-up from 8-10 a.m. on the weekends. Wtf? FedEx, you should be ashamed of yourself. First you post fake updates on your website. Secondly, your customer service center doesn't even know the actual hours your distribution centers operate. Companies who use FedEx to deliver their packages should really reconsider the partnership.

I had a return for…read moreGap that was set up through "Happy Returns" I walked into the store and there is zero signage referencing Happy Returns, and there were no cashiers at the registers to ask. I saw signs for "Amazon Returns", so I hopped in that line. There were 3 or 4 people ahead of me, and one of them seemed like she was returning half of the stuff sold on Amazon. 15-20 minutes later, I finally get to the counter and I'm told "Oh, Happy Returns are over there at the Printing section at the other end of the store." Needless to say, I was frustrated that I just wasted all that time in the wrong line. If you're going to offer a service, at the very least, have some kind of signage directing people where to go.
