Awesome staff. They handle a plethora of packages and mail daily and get it right every time. Truly amazing.

This place was easy to find and I love that they have extended hours. The rest of the UPS stores around closed at 6 and 7, which did not work with my schedule. Having a place that closes at 8 was pretty handy for me. There is plenty of parking available. The staff was friendly but somewhat slow. There was only one girl working the register and one guy packing in the back. By the time the register gal got done with my order, there was at least 7-8 people in line. My order took longer than expected to be processed and the price def seemed a little too high but I needed to return some books so I had to pay extra for them to get delivered to WA faster. Overall, I may use the store again for future shipping. They also have mail boxes for rent although I am not sure what the fees are for that. read more

Inconsiderate, incompetent, greedy and unethical. Fees are part of their business. They're providing a service and I understand that. I have no problem paying fees that they earn. The problem is that they charge fees without providing any service or value in return. In the past, the problems have been that I attempt to pick up a package on the same day that it's delivered. Several times, they received a package hours before I attempted to pick it up. They haven't processed their incoming packages yet so I was unable to pick it up. They do a lot of commercial shipping which overwhelms them and seems to be their priority. I don't cross regularly so the result is that I end up paying a package storage fees because they didn't have it ready when I was there to pick it up the first time. It's an inconvenience to begin with then they charge a fee which adds insult to injury. I try to get all of my packages to arrive the day before I pick up but it isn't always possible. Today, when I picked up my packages they didn't give me a package that arrived 5 days ago. That's called incompetence. They have a simple job. They can't do it and they're charging me extra fees to not do the job they're supposed to do. Last week, they ripped me off for $20. I ordered stickers for a charity fundraiser that helps school children in Baja. I used the printing company that printed my business stickers in the past and they shipped with package with my business name on it. When I arrived to pick up the box last week, they immediately informed me that I needed to pay for a business mailbox that cost $80 more per year. They said that the package didn't have my personal name on it, only the business name so they needed to verify that it was mine. I needed to provide them with some sort of documentation that I was related to the business. I drove 50 miles and crossed the international border to pick up the box and they wouldn't let me have it. I plan multiple errands when I cross but picking up the box was the compelling reason to make the trip to begin with. They didn't communicate the need for documentation ahead of time so I was unprepared. When I picked up the box, they made me pay $20 just because it had a business name on it. They made me wait an extra week then charged me $20 to add insult to injury. The label had my full name and my phone number but that didn't matter. The back of the stickers have the charity information on it so they're obviously not for a business but they don't care. They've got no problem taking $20 away from a children's charity. That's the UPS Store rolls. No ethics and a lot of greed. They don't embrace the internet. The result is poor service. They've got my email address. They'll only use it when it's to their benefit. They should have emailed when they put the package on hold. They wanted that $20 or $80 without putting any effort into it. They didn't care that I'd show up and wouldn't be able to pick up my package. They wanted the extra money for doing nothing. If you email them, you're lucky if you receive a reply. The only time that they've ever replied to an email was my initial inquire to find out the rates. I've emailed them several times after setting up service and have never, ever replied. This is just being plain lazy and inconsiderate. I received a paper notification in my mailbox that they'd be moving to a temporary location while renovations are performed. There was an address but no map or date when it would occur. The long winded notification was almost completely useless. I suggested that when the dates are final, they email customers with a Google Maps link to the location. His response was "Most of our customers probably don't have Google Maps". I suppressed my urge to laugh at him and just let it go. Anybody with an internet connection has Google Maps! You just need to click a link in an email. Almost everybody in the world has an internet connection and email. Even Mexicans. Especially if they're traveling internationally. Just because it might not work for some people, doesn't mean you shouldn't make it convenient for the rest of the world that has an email address. There is very little cost associated with sending an email. This is an illogical excuse to be lazy! Today when I showed up, they had moved to the new location. They wasted my time and the time of their 1,000+ customers because they're too lazy to send an email. They didn't do anything to earn that $20 that they extorted from me. They didn't incur any expense or labor. They didn't provide any service. It's an absurd excuse to charge an exorbitant amount of money for doing nothing. They had an opportunity to take advantage of a customer so they did it. read more

No rating. I'm so mad I had two packages delivered one on Thursday and that one I received a pic and it was there my second one was NEVER delivered no pic and the driver signed for it. I filed a investigation they said they would get back to me when they knew something no call no email nothing. By this point I'm pissed that was a birthday gift for my grandson! They basically said too bad so sad well I'm sorry I expected better of a company that prides themselves as "friendly" that's bullshit! I really never want to order anything online or even receive mail for that matter. Not all UPS Stores are created equal and I had initially planned to review this business once my prepaid mailbox commitment expired, BUT I am so frustrated with this place and hope that I can spare others any of the headaches I've had with this place, then that is more important than the recourse I will receive after this review. It is conveniently located so I thought to myself, no biggie, small commitment and my previous UPS Store experience was so delightful I'll just use this place. Strange there are no Yelp reviews on this particular location... In all fairness, the female employees were very friendly and so were some of the younger male employees, so maybe it's just the one person who is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Hey, maybe it's just ME, or some personal issues of this individual. I've never spent so much money on fees for packages not directly charged by the actual shipper. I'm an AMAZON PRIME-MEET MINIMUM PURCHASE FOR FREE SHIPPING kinda gal so YES $4 here and $5 there EXTRA is annoying. So YES, you will be responsible for charges on oversized (even light) packages, multiple packages in one day (we all know how sometimes one order is broken up into multiple packages TO NO FAULT OF OUR OWN) and please don't go on vacation cause you have 4 days to get that package before charges start accruing, DAILY charges. I also asked for dimensions on what "oversized" packages were... no clear answer. I get it, business is business... make your money. However be fair to your customers when they explain they were out of town and literally just returned from vacation suitcase in hand. The guy who was helping me (he was nice and just doing his job) and gave me the breakdown of extra fees explained I could ask the manager to see if he would waive the fee however once I saw who "he" was, he was the person I dealt with the first time I received my packages who was extremely rude. I paid the fee to avoid speaking to him. Chivalry is also DEAD here and if you can't assist with carrying my OVERSIZED (but I can carry them all myself all at once so not that large) packages AT LEAST GET THE DOOR! read more

I went to this store to get my Certificate of Naturalization notarized. Daniel was very helpful when asked to notarize the form. After he completes the task I left, but I decided to look at the form he filled out and noticed he did not write anything on the line which read; "Title or description of attached document." I went back and asked Daniel if he could add the type of document and also to add the document number. He did write in that it was a Certificate of Naturalization, but did not add the certificate number. I asked him if he could add it since that would add more credibility to the certificate and he stated he could not. I asked him why he couldn't and he told me he had already filled out his official document and could not add anything else. I know one has to take a course to be designated a Notary Public, since I was one at one time. And the number of the certificate it important to add to my paperwork. I find his work and knowledge of not being able to add this is incompetent on his part. Just because he tells me that it will be ok, does not mean the US Government will accept his notarized form. I was completely upset he would not do anything to resolve this issue. He was payed for a service he did not complete. I would not recommend him for any notary work. read more

UPS Store is an amazing place with great access for mailboxes if you are looking for a place with a valid street address with 24 hour access to your mail and they take care of all your shipping needs quickly and expediently. The customer service is excellent as well. read more

Good service, the team is friendly, they do have bottlenecks on sorting the packages that arrive on a daily basis so even if you receive an Amazon notification that your package has arrived it doesn't necessarily means it's gonna be available for pick up within the next couple of hours; so it's easier to either call them or wait for their email, other than that; no complaints. read more

I am not impressed. I had some crocs sent up to my Mom in Hinton, AB direct from crocs. The shipping information came up saying there was a delay and to contact UPS for more information. I found out from this phone call that the crocs were on hold for pickup in Edson, AB - which is 45 minutes away from Hinton. I am shocked that they were on hold in Edson, instead of shipping them to the UPS location in Hinton. My Mom is 80 years old, and is still able to drive short distances, but not all the way to Edson in winter conditions. At this point I was told that I could get them shipped to the Hinton location with an extra $6.00 ish charge. I did pay this charge, but do not think it should have been charged, I paid for them to be shipped to Hinton, not Edson. So this should have been included in the shipping amount I paid. Also, when talking to UPS I was talking to a lady with a very thick accent that was talking in English so fast that I had to ask her over and over to explain what she was saying. I finally mentioned to her that we have different accents, so please slow down so I could understand her better. It was a very frustrating interaction. Don't ship anything here they'll rip you off an additional fee to receive a package.never come here again . Probably because it's next to Mexico they feel they can get away with these type of rip off fees.person was nice that helped me but every single person gets a fee to pickup a pAckage to do business in there store.Disappointed.Was thinking about services options but not now I have packages delivered daily .ill send them elsewhere.package was received yesterday and now $10 ransom fee.
