What a terrible experience. They charged me $19.50 for a book of stamps that you can get at the Post Office for $12. That's almost 98 cents a stamp. If you want to heisted like a Brinks car, come here and they'll it for you...and probably charge a handling fee on top. read more

All I can say is Paul Paul Paul! He is spiteful, rude and completely useless! I dropped off a Next Day Air package at this location on Thursday at 2:30pm pst! As I was walking towards the front counter he waved his hand and guided me to a self-checkout Kiosk where he pointed and waited for me to drop & scan my package myself! This is fine but he never spoke a word to me while doing any of this! He grabs my package after this & never looks at it, just brushes me off and walks away! Any other time I come in the other service members are helpful and have an urgency when it comes to next day air packages but this sassy pink haired fellow always has a nasty attitude! The next day I call customer service to see why my package was delayed from being delivered on time the next day (even though it arrived at the shipping hub) & they said let's look into it! They got back on the line & said well you did everything right but it seems as if the UPS location you dropped it off to gave your package to the driver too late! My perishable food that I just sent hours making & shopping for & shipped to my customer will now get delivered on Monday! Monday!!! 3 Days after it was to be delivered!!! This is NOT my first time dealing with Paul, on another occasion I went to drop off my Amazon returns and one package needed to be re-taped. He told me I could buy some tape from them because he wasn't using his tape from Amazon! He said "they don't pay us for that"! Amazon doesn't give us money to tape their customers packages and I could buy some tape if I wanted it to be shipped! I walked out the store and walked back in to ask him his name and as I was walking back he was talking mess to his other co-worker about the situation that just happened! PAUL does NOT like his job and clearly doesn't want to work there! I understand things cost but making your job harder & being nasty to customers by using 9" of tape that you job supply's to you is outrageous! He needs to go, he didn't pay for the tape himself but acts like that's going to hurt him! He's always nasty attitude but talking **** about customers after they leave is cause for a write up! Great Customer Service still exists! If you need to go to the UPS Store for anything, choose this location and hope that the sales associate Prince J is working. I went into the store thinking I had an easy, straightforward return to Amazon, that ended up not being as easy as I had thought. Prince J. was kind, patient, helpful and friendly. It was very refreshing to encounter an *employee that clearly took pride in his job and was happy to help. (* I mean in general, not a UPS employee specifically). This is a persistent complaint. The UPS Store's policy of charging $5.00 for printing a shipping label is ridiculous. They're only able to get away with it because they know it's more hassle to go home, print the label, and come back again. Charging so much for this kind of thing is one way to burn goodwill and future customers. On top of that, this store had really slow service with a 10 minute wait. I hope the trend of Amazon accepting returns to Whole Foods continues, so I never have to deal with UPS Stores again. read more

I have been walking my packages down to this UPS store since it first opened. I make the effort to do this because I would like a receipt in case the packages are lost or stolen. Unfortunately, due to my latest experience there with the manager, I will not be going back again to give them my business. I walked into the store with my face mask and stayed at least 6 feet away from the front desk according to the markings. I brought my packages in labeled and ready to go. The store manager refused to give me a receipt. When I asked him "why?" he replied "to minimize risk of transmission." He didn't offer any solutions. My question is, if we are permitted to bring in our business, as long as we wear proper PPE and maintain physical distancing, why can't they offer appropriate services? I suggested that I leave the packages by the door and briefly step out, at which point he can pick up the packages, print the receipt and leave it by the door for me to come back and pick it up. He reluctantly agreed. I thanked him and he said nothing in return. I subsequently called the UPS down the street on 4th and Townsend and they said they could offer me a receipt without any problem! Furthermore, I subsequently saw him interacting with customers who were NOT wearing PPE at a much closer distance. Feels like discrimination. Needless to say, I will not be coming here again. read more

Awful service that made me feel unwelcome as customer who happened to be a mother with an infant. The sidewalk in front of this store has been under construction for months. Customers have been redirected to use the back entrance, which I'd been doing. During a heat wave I trudged to the store carrying a giant box and with my 4 month old in a stroller. The back entrance was locked, and I could hear someone on the other side. I knocked on the door for a good 5 minutes and no one answered. I walked all the way around to the front of the store where scaffolding stairs had been set up. There was no way I could make it up with the stroller. A construction worker saw me and offered to help (thank you!). I made it in the store, sweaty and worried about my infant overheating as we'd had to walk around the block twice on a hot day. The manager was training a guy who was brand new to the process. The manager would let the guy try to figure it out, he's get it wrong, the manager would lecture him on how to do it, and then make him all over again while I stood there fanning my baby. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TO SHIP ONE SINGLE BOX and I was the only customer. I was sweating profusely. My baby was turning red. When we were finally done, I asked to go out the back entrance because of the construction work in front, and the manager begrudgingly and loudly said, "she wants to go out the back I'm going to let her do it JUST THIS ONCE." As if I didn't exist. I had patiently stood there for 30 minutes while the manager trained his new employee, and in return I received a rude comment from him, who didn't care that I struggled with a stroller up the stairs that aren't ADA accessible to get to his business. The manager wasted my time, showed no consideration for the stroller or my baby, and was snarky to top it all off. To put it mildly - I don't recommend this location. read more

Never thought I'd write a review for a UPS store, but I had such a positive experience yesterday, I felt the need to recognize the excellent service. My husband and I stopped in to (finally) mail out our passport renewals. As we were fumbling around with the envelopes in the front of the store, the guy at the register quickly realized what we were up to, and set us in the right direction with the proper envelope and method of sending. Despite there being multiple people in the store, he managed everyone efficiently and effectively. Definitely recommend this location and will be back should I need UPS/mailing services again. read more

19 June 2020 - I will never use your next day service, I paid $43 for a parcel to be delivered on 18 June 2020, it is now 3 days past the due date and still no delivery. The parcel was sent from Murrieta Ca to Oakland Ca and was in Oakland on the 19th out for Delivery, this was verified by your tracking system which in my personal opinion is a fraud. Now when I check the tracking status it states in transit, the parcel is already in Oakland and the only response I get is we are sorry and that is an understatement. My suggestion is to be upfront of your stores inability to be forthcoming about deliveries your cheating customers out of their hard earned money. 4th day of UPS disappointment. (continued) 22 June 2020 - Now that it's 4 days overdue for delivery the supervisor has the nerve to catch an attitude because I am requesting a refund for next day delivery. Here's a customer suggestion get your people to go to the truck and unload the packages that have been sitting in your truck since the 19th (Hint) my delivery date that showed out for delivery on the 19th and on that exact same day it shifted to in transit. I usually love going to UPS Stores for the convenience they offer. This location sucks. I had a prepaid UPS shipment and Niraj couldn't figure out how to ship my item. I waited about 15 minutes while he tried to figure out his computer and gave up. Total waste of time and I'm lucky I didn't get a parking ticket because my meter ran out. read more
