I came here with the BF to do some copying for a marketing presentation that needed handouts for the entire class. (about 50 double-sided full color copies). The woman who owns the place is really nice and gives a great discount to students. She also gave us a sample to look at before we decided to go ahead with the copying. It took her about half an hour to complete the copying and cutting (an extra $5, but totally worth it). I encourage all students to go here to get their copying done, especially color copies. It was about 36 dollars for the cutting and copying, which turned out really great. I split it with a group of 6 people, each paying 6 dollars. So if you're doing any group project that needs some flier copying, come here. Be sure to bring in a USB drive with the file on it. Also, if you want something double-sided, make sure it's compiled in the same file. read more

When we first checked Google, it sent us to another printer first. I'm located out of country and needed FAST printing for an upcoming conference. The other printer promised miracles...then they sent us their fees to do the miracle. So I looked for another printer. The first company emailed us several times to see why they lost our business (I think he had to make a payment on his Mercedes, and wanted me to do it). We told them the price we got from Coast to Coast and they couldn't believe it. They said there is no way they could match our requirements and still get it done that fast and for that price. This made us nervous and created doubt in our mind. I again called Heather to confirm the specifications. She was so kind and patient and confirmed it all. A few weeks ago, I was in dire need of getting some school graduation programs printed. I searched Yelp for a printer near our home, and of course, I used Yelp. I found Coast to Coast, and decided to give them a try. When i went there, the girl behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful. She printed out a mock copy of my programs to make sure that the formatting and layout looked good. Then the owner helped me price out my program. I believe her name was Sharon (forgive me if i'm wrong!). Sharon worked w/me to help me save money on my program. It was strange -- they were helping me SAVE money instead of spend it! Now, Coast to Coast has an academic discount, and let me tell you, it's very generous. Our programs cost a fraction of the other print shops, and they were done the next morning. OK Heather let's start from the beginning I sent you over a logo in tact you got that wrong you sent it job out to a third-party without letting me know supposedly they were taken to the post office for delivery but yet nobody knows what happened to them strange and yes you said that you would go ahead and manually put the labels and the stamps and when I went to pick them up and took them to the post office they were all brought back to me they couldn't deliver them because that was supposed to do and so what did you do you gave me a few hundred bucks and I had to come pick up all the postcards and try to find a way to get them sent out myself here they sit in boxes because all except a few hundred of them have the wrong postage there isn't enough money to cover the cost to get these postcards mailed out just left a very bad taste in my mouth very bad I've never had this happen before in 33 years of me doing mailers read more

I dont not recomend this company to anyone.. I tried to get some signs for my company made but it did not work for us at all. It took over a month to have our signs completed, only two signs for the street and one for our front door. After they decided it was ok to take there time and show no sense of urgency, they gave us a quote. The day that they decided to bring us our signage they also decided to tack on another $90 and then tried to tell me that it was my fault for not understanding. The customer service is fantastic! I needed a job done for an elementary school. I spoke with Sharon, the owner, and she gave me a very fair price. I brought the hard copies over, but you could send her copies or PDF. Once the first set was done, she gave me a work space, and said I could get my sorting done. Once she realized I needed to sort and organize a certain way, the next few sets were copied so I did not have to count or sort at all! While I was getting the paperwork organized she was cutting some other things for me. She anticipated what I needed to do next, and gave me a work space to get it finished there, which saved me time at school having to count, and organize!
