Not a great store. Staff isn't knowledgeable, their notary melted down and flipped out on me when I tried to get a document notarized. All because she had "never seen this document before" and refuse to let me walk her through it. I went in the other day with an Amazon return, I left the box open in case they wanted to inspect it. They then wanted to charge me just to tape the box close. I could have bought a whole roll of tape for what they wanted to charge me. I am an over-the-road truck driver, I'm also a type two diabetic. On the 21st my wife took my insulin and $145 to UPS to overnight my insulin. To me it is now the 26th. I still have no insulin and the and UPS keeps lying to me and my wife about where my insulin is, it was scheduled again for delivery today at 10:00 a.m. it is now 10:30 a.m. I suggest anybody that needs to ship a package. Use DHL, United States, postal service or FedEx because UPS clearly cannot be trusted with your package. read more

Someone I know was recently hired and fired, and they gave me an extremely detailed description of what occurred over the span of a few weeks. I live with this person, who is normally very positive and bubbly about work, has had nothing but great things said about them from former managers, and I have watched this store's manager wear them down and make them feel small, embarrassed, and awful. Much like me, this person is someone who learns over a period of time. They've worked at a lot of different places, but the UPS store is a new area for them. This manager has ZERO patience and a complete lack of desire to properly train her employees. My friend was told that "most people have everything down within 8 days" and the manager expressed frustration that a few weeks had gone by and they hadn't essentially mastered everything. My friend is also currently in college, and is doing what they can to study during downtime. They were scolded for this and told that they should be studying the employee handbook, except that they DID study it, and I looked over it as well. This book is not a guide on HOW to do everything, it seems like more of a set of basic guidelines for UPS as a whole. They asked for some websites to check out for better studying, to which the manager agreed to provide. This was a lie, and no studying sites were ever granted. After TWO weeks, the manager finally decided to provide my friend with the password to their training course. Yes, you read that right. The training course was not provided until after the manager had repeatedly scolded and berated my friend for not knowing how to do things the proper way. My friend also overheard the manager badmouthing them when she thought they were out of earshot, saying things along the lines of "it's like they've never even worked a job before." I'd also like to add that this course password was only provided after the manager stated to my friend that they were running out of patience and they're taking too long. "This is basic stuff", they say, with zero empathy to the amount of things this new employee, who is not only new to the store, but to the FIELD, is trying to juggle at once. Finally, my friend's last day, which is really the icing on the cake. They were scheduled for a full day. I saw this on their schedule with my own eyes. A full shift for a part-time employee, 9:30-4. My work schedule requires me to drop her off at the nearby Walmart at around 8 AM because it's too far for them to walk in the current weather, and it requires going along the highway for a short ways. So my friend was essentially waiting around for about an hour and a half before going into the store. They entered just to be told that they were fired for essentially not learning fast enough, and that was the only reason they were called in. They were told to wait a few moments to receive their check, which they did for upwards of thirty minutes, and the manager got snippy and rude with them when they asked how much longer it would be. I've worked in fast food. I've worked in restaurants. I've worked in retirement homes, and now funeral service. I have never, EVER seen this level of unprofessionalism from a manager in my life. It takes a lot to truly beat down my friend and make them feel this way. I watched them come home miserable nearly every day they were there. This experience explains so much about why this store seems to have high turnover, and why every single employee who works there looks and sounds like they would rather be literally ANYWHERE else. I'm not saying you need to have 5-star service for a packaging/shipping store where the average employee makes roughly 10 bucks an hour, but I would expect the bare minimum amount of professionalism from a place of business and the MANAGER who runs the place. The next time I have a package to deliver, I will be going out of my way to the next closest UPS store just to avoids giving these absolutely ridiculous, disrespectful jerks ANY amount of business. I live in Bristow, for a few months now, so driving to Sapulpa vs Tulsa is a material time savings. That stated, I advise you to AVOID the Sapulpa store at all cost. The Sand Springs store is much better and only seven minutes away. I have used the Sapulpa store four times, and each time was a total disaster. Never the same help, as the Ogre of a manager runs off her/she/it's employees on a regular basis. He/she/it applies similar treatment of the customer. Keep in mind, the UPS Stores are franchises of Mailboxes Inc, a subsidiary of UPS, Not under the same management of UPS itself. Consequently, the FedEx Office Store is in fact wholly owned by FedEx Inc, so you are dealing directly with a FedEx employee. Whatever you decide, just read the reviews for the Sapulpa UPS Store, and you will avoid it like a Leper Colony. read more

Forget getting a hold of this store, the employees stand around, don't answer the phone than blame it on, we're very busy today". Yes folks, standing around is "busy". No customers and they're "busy". Terrible service. Will be relocating my box. The manager seems to do her job in the store but managing, no, they need a new manager. read more

The employees here are really nice. I really like this location. Just be aware that although their website states they open at 8am, they actually open at 10. If you get there at 9:50am, there will be a line at the door, and they will wait til 10 to open. So I'd go really any time other than 10. But it's overall really nice. read more

Too many forms just to ship an envelope. Easier to ship at the post office. Makes you wonder when the US Government is easier to deal with.

Very helpful staff (1 person); assisted on a last minute download/print of a document for me on a real estate transaction. Teased me about using a credit card for relatively small charge BUT also laughed at didn't want to make change for a $20 bill for it, either. Small, helpful place that I appreciated. read more
