Horrible Horrible Horrible! I was a regular customer enjoyed the employees as well as the Manager Roger Low up until recently 2/23/26. I returned an item back in January 2026 and provided a UPS label when one of the employees didn't scan it after he boxed it up. He some how scanned an Amazon package. And now my item is in another state. I had been pleasant and patient with them and have been dealing with this nightmare for over a month. Roger the Manager got nasty with me so I hung up on he. He refuses to look at the cameras and refuses to acknowledge it's their error instead he's pointing the mistake at Amazon and the boxing company where my gloves were supposed to go. I highly disgusted with him, his attitude and that store for not owning up to their error and putting it off on someone else. I will no longer go to that store EVER!! My mistake was not watching the new employee scan my label and watch him box it shut. Thats my error. I accept responsibility for that. But Roger Low your wrong on how you treated me and not accepting responsibility this is your error!! Not Amazon or the boxing company it's yours!! Your store made the mistake not me. Treat loyal customers better!!! read more

My favorite UPS store. The owner seems very enthusiastic every time I go in, and all staff seem friendly and eager to help. To add on that this location accepts Amazon returns helps so much as there's ample parking and it's each to pop in quickly. This location has PO Boxes too. read more

Wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this store, don't give them business as they will be very rude and inconsiderate. Forgot to mute themselves on phone and heard them talking crap about my question. Very disrespectful especially for someone who has a cognitive issue. Be respectful and people would respect you. I had a critical document to send overnight and telephoned ahead whether they would be able to handle it. The owner told me they could and that he would personally wait for me and hold the UPS truck, which he thought would arrive any minute. This was still fully within their hours of operation, not staying open late or anything. Our offices are very close and I arrived there 7 minutes later; however the owner had vanished, the UPS truck had come and gone, and I was materially harmed by his broken promise. read more

I sent a package to Olympia to a home in housing development with a locked storage area for deliveries. This area is used by USPS. The package was delivered to the front porch instead of the locked area and was stolen. I called the UPS store I sent it from to determine the UPS policy with regard to using locked storage areas. (I tried UPS customer service but got nowhere with their chat.) My question was, "Does UPS follow the same procedures as USPS?" I needed this information to decide if I should use UPS in the future. The answer: "I don't know, we're a franchise." So the franchise knows nothing about UPS policies. I will use fedex or USPS from now on. read more

Roger was Excellent at helping us get out of a jamb. He went above and beyond and and made our visit to the store exceptional. Firstly, he stored our luggage for us at a very reasonable cost. Secondly, he allowed me to unpack one suitcase (it had a broken zipper) and repack on the floor of the store. Thirdly, he discarded my old damaged luggage saying "no problem, I'll take it to the dumpster out back"! Truly, he did everything in his power to accommodate us, including using the stores scale to weigh our luggage to be sure we could meet the 50# limit. Thanks again, Roger!! read more

The owner of this store has spoken demeaningly to me in the past. Today he belittled his employee --- who've I've had GREAT service from -- in front of several customers. When I called the owner out on being demeaning to his employees he shrugged and said "I know." What. An. Asshole. UPS outlets are owner/operated. Better to support another branch. read more

I can't believe I'm writing a review for a UPS store, but that's how wonderful it is here. Roger, the owner, is usually who you'll deal with. He is kind, funny, fast, and helpful. So is any other associate I've encountered. I look forward to coming to ship or return here. I used to dread the UPS in Ballard as every person there was rude, snarky, and generally going out of their way to make experiences negative. I just dropped off 32 amazon return packages and the process took me 1.25 hours (because of amazons labels whoa) but Tatum helped me maintain my cool. He is always super friendly and goes out of his way to not only help with anything but also to great my pup and give her a treat. This UPS store is really lucky to have Roger working here. I'm surprised to find myself writing a review about the UPS store, but a great location, with ample parking, and super helpful folks working while maintaining all the safety guidelines is worth writing about! I've rarely had to wait in a line, even with social distancing, and, when I have, often someone will come assist me with my packages. It's fast, easy, friendly, and safe. read more

Great service! I was bringing in a lot of boxes. While trying to balance them from my car to the store, the owner held the door open for me when he saw me. It was such a nice courtesy.
