I've been to the store multiple times and honestly cannot agree more with the other reviews on how rude the employees are. However one does stand out he is the older gentleman, gray hair and shorter. I truly hope he's not the owner because if he is, he shouldn't be in business. They are out to get your money in anyway tape, box whatever it is. I wish I would've read the reviews before I started using this store because I would've never gone in there. Do not trust the employees, if you don't wanna deal with rude people, skip this UPS and head to Washington. They are so unorganized. My packages get sent back to my house that I go and have them return here because they dont cover my address with the new return label. Ive had multiple shipments get "lost." Amazon says that I dont need a box or label to return and they insist I buy a box. It smells like crap in there. Seems like a very unorganized/lazy person running this shop. The staff at this place is unbelievably rude, especially the older man who is not only lazy but also incredibly disrespectful. His lack of effort in doing his job has led to customers arguing with each other. Instead of fulfilling his responsibilities, he chooses to ignore customers and pass them off to someone else. I was forced to interrupt another busy lady to get the service I needed because I had to urgently get back to work. All this commotion because he couldn't be bothered to do his job properly. Took my Xfinity equipment to be shipped back because I cancelled service. XFinity website says that they cover all charges, including the box to ship it back. UPS guy said Xfinity doesn't cover the box and tried to charge me $9 for a box the size of a shoebox. So I took the equipment to Xfinity store 3 miles further and they said UPS was ripping me off. The Xfinity website clearly states they cover cost of the shipping box! read more

I've been to a few UPS stores around my area but this one is the closest which is why I always go back. There is usually two people working here. The gentleman is always greeting the customers while the female seems like she never wants to be there. However, my issue with this location is that they never look at the most cost effective way for you to ship anything. They typically start with offering you the most expensive way to ship an item. Also if you need a box and they have extra boxes they don't offer it to you. They ask you to purchase one instead. Every other location I go to always offers to recycle one of the boxes they have available already. Not a huge fan of this location but again I only come back because it's the closest one to me. read more

They STEAL I had a next day air package they never shipped. I contacted them because it didn't make service they tried to say I had illegal items in my package I did not, but then ask me to pick up package back up. when I arrived to retrieve my packed they refused to release it to me. They Racial profile you open your package then steal the content and never ship the package. Then they try to say you had illegal item in the package. I would not use this location if you dont want you packages tampered with. Especially if your not a white person. read more

My husband and I recently returned to Michigan from Las Vegas NV, The only post office I was a wear off was located in Garfield in Clinton twp, I can honestly say I went to the Garfield post office several times prior to the dead line for sending packages for the holiday. There was a posted note on the door that read out to lunch ! There was 5 people in line ahead of me and they told me they've been over an hour ! I left to run more errands! I returned two hours later and the post off still had the same note with no return time. I googled the UPS on 23 mile the owner and his son was so pleasant, helpful, and professional my packages were received to my family and friends in recorded time. Just to be clear it was the holiday season! The UPS Store now have a new customer for life!! Good Job guys!! read more
