I literally have parcel lockers in my mailbox bc I live in an apartment complex and we have three large mailboxes next to ours. When I called, the person who answered (I beleive she said her name was Jenny) was right off the bat really bitchy. I tried explaining the situation and ask my question and she cut me off saying "that's here." When I gave her my adress. She didn't even try to be hospitable in the slightest and when I tried telling her I scheduled a redelivery where I specified I wanted it at my door she just repeated that I had to go pick it up then hung up on me. If you aren't going to go by policy don't work somewhere you don't want to do the things by policy. If you can't deliver it to my door instead of in a box, USPS customer care center wouldn't have had that as an option to choose.

This happened right around the…read moresame time as Hurricane Harvey hit Texas, and I was informed during their technician's visit to assess my things that there may be a delay because a lot of their employees were getting sent down to Houston to clean up storm damaged properties. I acknowledged this and had no problem with this, but I was very disappointed at this Servpro office's communication on the status of my belongings throughout the cleaning process. When I finally got my things back, there were still a lot of things damaged or not cleaned that I easily wiped the ash off of with my finger, like no attempt was made to clean them at all. I put them in my own dishwasher and they came clean... and I paid how much for their professional cleaning service that took for how many weeks? There were other items that got damaged during the cleaning process that I had to throw out, and then understandably there were things like bed sheets that didn't come clean... however they put all these items back in the same boxes dirty & clean together, and never communicated to me that they weren't able to clean everything. I emailed the representative all of these concerns with photos and she basically wrote off my concerns. I have been dealing with a ton of crap since the fire and did not have the patience to argue with another company about poor service, so I just paid them to be done with it. In working with Goin' Postal, I found they seemed to be knowledgeable, but was a little disappointed at their pricing structure. Prices that were higher than New York or LA. When I received the package, I found that all the item boxes were crushed. The shipping peanuts they used to protect the boxes, unfortunately applied improper pressure to the delicate packaging and caused the damage to the boxes. This has a result of lost revenue at the time of resale. In addition to the improper packing, I ended up paying for a lot of shipping peanuts that were not needed and a shipping box that was way too big. The oversized box also cost me substantially more to ship. I ended up spending $100 for something that should've cost me around $40.
