I was returning an Amazon order at UPS in Uptown Shopping Center. The young man said it would be $3…read moredollars. And I repeated what he said...."$3 dollars!"......and he informed me that he "Only worked there." I am sorry but "only worked there" is the worst thing you can say to someone you are giving customer service too! It's a way of expressing your attuned about your job! I replied, "So you only work here?" Well, I am going to Kohls." Don't go to UPS in Uptown Shopping center, they need to give their employees lessons in at least caring about 'Only working there'!

Unlike the US Postal Service where one can pick up mail after hours, this place closes everything down right at 5. So I was never able to pick up my mail except to get off work early once in awhile so I can rush over before they close. I wish they would have it to where customers can pick up mail after hours like the US post office. Anyways, the place is clean and nice. I can not comment much on the staff, as I did not have much opportunity to interact.
