My mail was basically held hostage even though I had paid for the service. I had to reach out to corporate to complain and they refused to communicate with them either. The UPS Store in Lincolnwood is the true definition of 5-stars…read more I had to rent a box here because I live at the District 1860 Complex on Touhy/Lincoln, and after 2 years of living there, there have been so many issues (as detailed on the building's Yelp and other reviews) and the District 1860 Management 'Team' [sic] and Corporate Headquarters not addressing the issues, after so many missing and lost/stolen packages and mail at District 1860, I was left with no other choice than to rent a box at The UPS Store on Touhy, and I'm so glad I did. The gentlemen that run the UPS Store are SO nice, so organized, and most importantly, they actually do what they are paid to do. It's ironic, that one of the 1st times I came in, I saw another fellow District 1860 resident, so she probably was left with no other choice as well, and is doing the same thing. The store has free parking, is easily accessable, and unlike the Post Office and FedEx Office, the UPS Store always has enough staff, and most importantly, unlike the Post Office and FedEx Office, the UPS Store workers actually care, and don't take your business for granted like most places these days. I wish I could give this place more than 5-stars, but alas, hopefully 5/5 A+ will suffice. Thank you UPS Store for making my life easier.

Each time I have found the people behind the counter to be courteous and kind....despite the chaos of customers sometimes forming a conga line in the store. One of the gentlemen was very helpful when I discovered I had brought my husband's CPAP machine to the wrong delivery service for a return and assisted me in repacking it.
