Ty and Preston should get employees of the year!!! Seriously, these two both deserve a raise or a promotion at least. They are easily the best employees I have ever met at any business. They both worked so hard to help me during an incredibly busy day just before Christmas. I had accidentally given them a wrong address, paid, and then needed a refund. The whole process was really insane, but they both handled it like pros. These two went above and beyond to find a solution to my problem and keep things moving at the store for the other customers. I've been to this location a few times for Amazon returns & to print out some simple documents. The employees are always nice, responsive & quick to help. I don't have a printer at home since I seldom need to print anything but when I do, I come here. They only charge $0.05 for a simple black/white document. It's very convenient! I would rate this location a 5 stars except I'm not sure why this location always smells horrible-- maybe the nail salon next door? read more

I brought items in to be packaged and shipped, paid almost $30.00! A week later it still showed that a label had been created but had not been shipped. I called, went into the store and wrote to customer service. Nothing!! It's been over 3 weeks now still no response whatsoever! No manager available to talk to, was given a phone number that no one ever answers or calls back!! I am overly frustrated and even filed a BBB complaint. Next step is to file a complaint with the court, what do I need yo do to get an answer as to what happened to my package??? read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! This place is extremely unreliable. Go to any Harmon's location, they have many stores conveniently located. At least with any Harmon's postal facility you'll get quality customer service and your packages will be delivered on time (not 3 weeks late). I just left this UPS Store location and had such a pleasant customer service experience I felt compelled to write a review (especially now seeing the two previous negative reviews). This is the second time in a month that I've had to return an item at this location and the same man helped me both times. Having to ship things is normally a task I dread, but the cheerful spirit and helpful attitude of this customer service person turned it into quick and positive experiences both times. He comes across as genuine and appears to truly enjoy being at work that his attitude is contagious. I rarely write reviews, but thought this guy deserved some credit, but I unfortunately did not catch his name. read more

Horrible experience, drive a little bit further to another location. Their employee told me that I could have a package sent to their store and call to pay to have it shipped to me in another state. They took my name and number and I waited all day for them to call like they said they would right away when they received the package. No call. I called at end of the day and they let me know that there was no way they would do that. Told me that the employee before was wrong. Take time to train your employees. They claimed this employee was "new" but I don't know if I buy that and it's not an excuse. No apology or care that their communication with me led to an unsatisfied customer. If they had communicated the correct policy to me in the beginning I could have had the package rerouted myself. Wanted it to go to store to have it overnighted. Now I have a work event without the supplies I needed with my job on the line. The part that was the most disappointing to me was that it was 100% clear that the owner Keith or the man on the phone didn't care in the slightest. read more
