When I asked if that would affect it, her response was, "I don't know. Do you want to return this stuff or not?" The tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. The level of rudeness she showed to everyone in the store was honestly disappointing. It came across as if she truly hates her job, and it creates a very uncomfortable environment for both customers and staff.
