This is my third time visiting this location, and unfortunately, I've had a negative experience each time, mainly due to the same employee, who appears to be a supervisor. During my visit, the younger staff members kept asking her for help, and she was consistently rude--not only to customers but also to her own team. I stood in line genuinely hoping I wouldn't end up with her, but I did. I had a simple Amazon return, and she told me the system was down, yet still processed my return. When I asked if that would affect it, her response was, "I don't know. Do you want to return this stuff or not?" The tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. I first wanna start with how rude the older lady that works here is. Right away started giving attitude and being so disrespectful. We only came in because we missed our delivery window because we were at work. I mention that we recently just moved to Utah and she's like we don't accept any other state ID's only Utah ID's. I continue to let her know again that we literally just moved here and I still don't have my Utah ID but she didn't care and continue to give her attitude and being so damn disrespectful to me and my husband. The people that work here are extremely rude. I just dropped off something and she asked if I wanted a receipt label and I told her no. She basically chastised me telling me that it's would be my fault for not getting a receipt if something were to happen to them. Then I said, sure I'll get one. Afterward she told me that there's no way she can scan them because the label is bent and on a curve. I was returning rugs-the same way they came to me. Labels bent and on the curve of the rug. This isn't the first time l've had bad service at this location. I only come here when I'm running errands in this area, otherwise I go to the daybreak location. They are so much nicer there and happier. This lady sounds like she hates her job and wants everyone to know! I know it doesn't really matter for UPS. People will come here no matter what, but be advised that the employees at this specific store and not the kindest. I went to that location and asked the lady I want to print two pages. she told me to go and use the computer. after I printed the two page the guy with curly hair in the picture tried to charge me two dollars for two black and white pages. I told him why . he said that because I used the computer. he told me who going to pay electricity and the computer use. he told me even if I send him an email he will charge me. We went into this store asking for a quote to ship a package to TX. The UPS employee had the exact address. They also measured and weighed the package. We received the quote and relayed it to our customer in TX. The next day we brought the package in to ship expecting to pay the quote that was given to us the day before. Instead the charge was $230.00 more then the original quote!! At the time of the original quote nothing was said regarding a large package fee, despite measuring and weighing the package! When I went back to talk with the employee about the difference in cost they were kind of rude and said "I don't know what to say...that's what the computer says. I'm not sure why it went up so much". When someone goes to a UPS store to ask for a shipping quote that person should get an accurate quote...not a guess. The 5 stars are for the young ladies who work there. They are always polite and helpful. Unfortunately, there is an older lady who works there and she makes me cringe! She is sorely missing some customer service skills. She is so condescending and boarder line rude. Not only has she treated me poorly. I have witnessed her treat other customers poorly on several occasions. I've actually been embarrassed for her. People do not like being talked down to. Maybe, she is not aware of how she is acting or how customers are perceiving her. I stopped at the store today to print a resume right before a very important interview with a local high school. I wanted to have physical copies but I run out of in at home. The customer service from the staff including the store manager was outstanding. I was given paper options that I believe made an incredible impact at the time I handed them to the athletic director. Their friendly attitude and knowledge of paper quality used for resumes took the edge off the morning heading into the interview. I felt good and energized after the printing stop which could have been an uneventful task before the interview. I am happy that I run out of ink today. I review an important life lesson. Nothing should be taken lightly. Every task and every encounter has to be tested with respect as a consumer and as a service provider. We all have an important role. Zero star experiences: I was shipping a broke item for repair to a company who has customers print out and take instructions, explicitly for the ups store, as part of a corporate cams workflow. I came to find out that that particular workflow is something they support and will box up and print/attach labels for you. However, I had already boxed up and attached the label but wanted some clarification on the process. I handed the girl at the counter the paper and said that I was unsure how the process works, only for the another lady at the front of the store to start making comments like: "I never read or do what a paper says that a customer hands us, I know how to do my job, I don't need them to tell me" The girl at the counter didn't know what the paper was talking about and a third staff member came to help and started to clarify the process. Only then did the rude/loud lady come over, looked at the paper, and back tracked on her comments, saying: "Yeah, I saw that it was cams workflow from over there and yes, we do all of that but you already did our job for us, so we don't need to do it" This same lady told me quite rudely a month ago when I brought in the same item (it broke again after getting it fixed a month ago) that they don't do anything of the sort for boxing and printing labels as part of a corporate program (I didn't have the paper on me that time) and that it's always the customers responsibility. I mentioned this experience to my wife who then proceeded to describe the rude/loud staff member (without details from me) and told me she's also had quite a few negative experiences with her. Luckily there are other options close by. I highly recommend avoiding this location. - note: they other two employees were ok, but the rude outspoken employee completely ruined any semblance of proper customer service. read more

I'm a FedEx driver, so I stop by here very often to deliver packages. I've also been here to send out packages. Everytime I come to this UPS office all the workers there are all very sweet. They always great me with a hello, how are you today ,with a big smile. They are very kind to stop what they are doing and sign for the packages to get me out and going. They know I'm on the run. The 1st time I went in this store was during Covid, when only 3 customers could be inside at at time, I have health issues, when it was my tern the Salesperson had his mask at his neck, I asked that he put his mask on, his face turned red and he was angry. When my mother received her package the box had knife stabs all over it. Last week I mailed a package and it got lost in the system, when I called the store, the girl that assisted me was useless. She was satisficed with the box is lost, it was like pulling teeth to get some answers and track down where the delay was. Truly disappointed in the lady that works there. While we were there sending things to my grandkids, the lady's husband came in and she became distracted. She put our items on the scale, (we paid for a box)and gave us a tracking slip. It felt weird that she didn't box and label our package while we were there. After a week had passed, and no delivery, I called twice but no answer. I left two messages. Nobody called back, and so I decided to go in. The same lady was there. I asked about the package, and she said "oh, honey, I'm so glad you came in. I gave you the wrong tracking number and I didn't know how to reach you." Then she brought my open package to the counter. I was very upset. How could she not find my phone number?! She offered to send it for free. This was witnessed by my spouse who was with me. So I asked before we left about a refund, and she said, "well, it still costs $17 to ship it." I was so blown away and confused. I decided never to use their service again. I sent something (a legal document) that I thought was going overnight via UPS, but they sent it USMail for almost double the price if I had gone to the post office. I expected UPS, why would I think it would go USMail. The person who needed the document called me today, mad, asking where the H is it. Customer service was rude. I asked them if they add some tape to a box. They said yes, I hadn't applies the label because I ran out of tape. I told him we needed to tape it, at which point he pulled it out of my hands. He could have simple said he knew and would take care of it. When he taped it he applied one piece of tape, that only ran half the box. The sad part is I went there because my wife said that they have always been willing to tape boxes for her, and that staff we always nice to her. I ran out of tape at home, so on her recommendation, I took my package there. My experience was the exact opposite. The younger kid that works there was extremely rude. I have gone to this UPS Store for almost 13 years. Good service, friendly people. I have a mail box there and get mail and packages reliably. When I am out of town, I feel the employees take care of my mail for later pickup.
