I received simply delightful customer service at the "OFFICIAL" UPS Facility on 2 Foden Road. They had hand trucks for customer use. Easy parking. Friendly service. Very pleasant. It shares a very small parking lot with several other…read morebusinesses in a surprisingly busy shopping building (that houses a pizza place, a nail place, a hair salon, etc.), so be careful navigating in and out. The interior could probably use a deep clean. Usually I'm just dropping something prepaid off (which is so easy to do with the ample counter space), but a few times I've had to wait to ship something out. I'm sure they're busy/actually doing something, but it has felt in the past like there's more employees behind the counter standing around talking then actually helping customers. The last time I was there, the person helping me ship out a package was friendly though!. Open 8am Monday through Saturday; closed at 6pm daily (except on Saturday when they close earlier at 4pm). Closed on Sundays.

The most recent transaction had been a package of 15 of the silicone wrist bracelets. The weight that Mailboxes assigned them was 10lbs!!!! (heavy bracelets huh? don't think so...) Bringing my charge to $70!!!!!!!, to mail them to Florida. What are the people at Mailboxes doing? Leaning on the scale? Charging other people's packages to my account? I always pick this spot as they really do it all, and if I'm ever needing a new piece of tape or help packaging something, they help me. I sometimes ship things through Facebook marketplace or as an Amazon return and while doing that, despite declining a receipt because it was "no longer mine," was given the receipt anyways and told I should hang onto it in case any issues arrive where people are saying they didn't receive what I sent. I appreciate them looking out for their customers and really making the process as smooth as possible! I never leave feeling like I spent a lot of money as everything always seems reasonable priced.
