Had a problem getting a package delivered and when I went in to talk about my expensive and frustrating experience, lackluster dudes behind desk shrugged and told me "all we do is put the label on the package" and blew me and my concerns off. I didn't ask for a refund, just accountability and/or some curiosity about what happened. I got huge attitude. basically "sounds like a you problem" from those who supposedly are there to help. Will never go here again. They do not give a flying UPS package. read more

So i lost my drivers license as soon as i arrived in Portland, Maine. Funny how hard it is when u lose an id in a state u have never been to on the opposite side of the country from where i was born. So first thing i was gonna need was a birth certificate. And of course those pesky folks wanted proof that i was indeed me so notary services brought me into this UPS store Saturday afternoon 6/6/15. Anthony, i believe was the gentlemans name who helped me. Although there was a line ahead and behind us, when my hubby and i were at the counter we not only had his undivided attention but he helped us figure out our first notary experience without ever making us feel rushed and we were not an easy or typical set of customers. It is nice when you can still find friendly, competent, professional service. And he was funny too, had my husband going that he used to be a doctor (i complimented his autograph, long story lol). 7.50$ was the cost, by far the cheapest part of my id headache. I've been visiting this UPS Store location for a few months now. It's very convenient for me, and there is rarely a line. I love that they open on Mondays and Fridays early at 7:30am (though the Monday and Friday hours are listed incorrectly on their door). I went in one time when there were about 3 people in front of me (the busiest I've ever experienced), and was in and out in 5 minutes. They seem to be totally staffed up with plenty of employees to ensure that the line goes quickly. I've experienced many a miserable and understaffed UPS Store location, but this one is as good as it gets! read more

I used this location for a scan return with Amazon; after 11days the return still had not been processed. I went into the store to inquire and the customer service rep was extremely dismissive and rude!! If you don't like handling the returns then don't do them. read more

HORRIBLE service! Went in to send a package using a company account. Was sent 15 minutes away to a different store because they "can't do that at this one," even though I was told by my employer that I could send mail from this store. Found out from the woman at the other store that I was only turned away because they wouldn't make any commissions off a company shipment and didn't want to waste their time. 0/0 day ruiner. I attended SMCC the year of 2015-2016 and rented my textbooks from Chegg. When it came time to return them in December I had to use the UPS Store in Mill Creek. The store was of decent size and had a great layout. I found the tape and taped up my boxes and waited in line for less then a minute before handing them to the friendly person at the counter. Great job with speedy service and great attitudes especially a few days before Christmas and all the madness that goes with it! When it comes time to return my textbooks or even mail something I'll set my sights once again on the UPS Store in Mill Creek. read more
