The manager (and owner I think) was thorough and helped me complete necessary paperwork before he carefully wrapped my goods with bubble wrap and put it in the shipping box. The international shipping prices are not cheap. However, the gentleman who took care of my order gave me a generous discount which I really appreciated. The building is clean, organized and it seems relatively new. There are desk top computers with printer access available for rent. There is a private parking lot in back of the building and plenty of street parking is also available. I highly recommend Post Express for your domestic and international shipping needs.

Today, I was taking a particularly long time to find the address I needed in my phone. The man who helped us (owner or manager??) was soo patient and showed my 3 year old some cute (and impressive!) magic tricks while we waited. My son thought they were soo cool and couldn't believe he made a couple items disappear. It was super sweet and made the time fun and easy. We decided to search for another company. We found Bob Horn from mailboxesbybob.com. He contacted us quick, asks us to send pics of the mailbox and replied promptly after receiving them. He not only replied quick, he came out two days later(today) and replaced the mailbox. The work was so nice. I come in my packaged are unwrapped. I was hoping I could use their tape whatever it's a business…read more The clerk comes up to me gives me 2 options. 1 they can wrap for it or u buy the tape. I asked how much is it to wrap. He explained $2.99, I declined and bought the tape. I wrapped my packages up along with the return label that was provided to me. A young label said we would have given you a sleeve we just needed to close the package. I said well it's a kinda too late for tht. A guy comes in scans one package. Then has a hard time scanning my second package. The clerk suggests I print another label. Here's the issue. There's more ways to get the label QR CODE, type the label in manually. Why the hell would yall charge me another $3 to print the paper out when yall watched me already buy tape wrap my items and watch me wrap my labels up! Won't be going back there again! No efforts to try and help out after standing in a human chain of ppl! Do better
