I used to keep a mailbox here, which for a long while went without a hitch. Once, when a walk-in was asking about their mailbox services, I basically sold it for the owner by sharing all of the conveniences I'd enjoyed. But, you don't really learn about a place until there is a problem. I had ordered a ball gown, and paid for expedited shipping to get it in time for an event. When I received tracking notification that the package had been delivered, I went to pick up. I got there about 5 minutes before closing, because it was late, but according to their hours, they were definitely still open. I guess the guy had plans that night, because he made it perfectly clear that he was annoyed that I showed up late, while he was trying to close. I know that I was apologetic, but I needed my dress. He looked around for my box, huffing and puffing, and griping under his breath like he was so put out. He returned saying that they hadn't received it. I pointed out the delivery confirmation (which indicated that the owner had checked it in), but he had some wacky explanation about why it was probably logged incorrectly, and insisted they hadn't received it. He talked to me like I was crazy to expect them to have it. Mind you, I was disappointed that they couldn't find my dress that I needed for an event (that I paid extra to have in time), but mistakes can happen. I was baffled and FURIOUS that he was so rude about THEIR error. I rushed and found another dress to wear that night. I called the owner when he was back in the store on Monday, to report the incident and his employee's behavior, and no responsibility was claimed, no apologies were given, and he basically ignored my complaint about the employee. I didn't know the owner well, but he knew I had been a good customer for several years, and I definitely expected better from him. A couple of days later, a different (much nicer) employee called me to say they located my box, which his coworker (the rude one) had given to the wrong customer. Never heard a peep from the owner. Obviously, I closed my mailbox, and will never set foot in there again. read more

I use this store often. Shipping documents, personal items, golf clubs, etc. and never had a problem. The staff is very courteous and friendly. All items arrived when scheduled and in good condition. read more

I hate this store with a passion. I rarely write a reviews, but when I do its because a store has consistently delivered poor service. Let me state for a fact that I am a very reasonable customer and I don't expect anything outrageous for service....just friendly, courteous and efficient service....this store has disappointed me on all front. I have had two back to back bad experiences with this store. First time I went their, the staff consistent of bunch of teenagers messing around. They did not care about my presence or making sure my package was handled properly. I had such mistrust that when they told me they will take care of it and I didn't need to wait around, I became suspicious from what I saw them doing earlier. I insisted that I watch them pack and label my item correctly. Low and behold they did a number of things wrong and had to correct them. Second time, I was returning a Verizon cable box unit to Verizon as I was moving. The box was a pre-labeled shipping box from Verizon. I had put a tape on it but when I got there, I realized that it might be too heavy and I probably need to secure it better so I asked the lady if she could just apply additional tape in one location. The lady took tiniest bit of tape and applied it. When I told her that it did not secure it properly, she told me they are only allowed to give one piece of tape. To which I responded, yes thats fine but atlas give me reasonable size and apply it properly and she said if I wanted to add any more tape I would have to buy it from the store. You should have seen the size of the tape they applied to secure it. It was tiny as if there was War rationing going on......unbelievable poor customer service.... Definitely won't be using these guys again ....I hate wasting my time writing reviews but this place is particularly bad for me to contribute to Yelp and warn people how crappy this place is. read more

Look I'm all for free enterprise in this country, but for your store to charge $4.81 for a letter size envelope package, that the post office would charge $1.19 for is ridiculous. The girl actually tried to get me to pay over nine dollars initially. Nice try you've lost a customer forever. read more

I have been going to this place for a while for all my (amazon/ebay) shipping and notarization needs. I even gave them a bad review a long time back, when they had some employee issues, but I think every place deserves a second chance and my last many transactions have been very positive experience. I would recommend this place for efficient, accurate and reasonably priced service. The owner, Aziz, is a nice honest guy. You'll always get a great service when is around or he'll make it right. read more

If you have something fragile that needs to be shipped, stay away from this store. My company paid extra for the "Fragile Packing" from this store. They essentially wrapped computer equipment in cardboard with little protection. Not even bubble wrap....needless to say this equipment was ruined. The icing on the cake is that we insured it, but when filing a claim, come to find out that the insurance payment goes to the store since they were the shipper. What a ripoff! Not only has this store lost our business, but UPS has as well. read more

I haven't given many reviews lately (out of pure laziness!) but had to go on here to give a review to this UPS store after my wonderful experience today. I shipped out a wedding dress that I was selling earlier today only to realize after I had left the store that I had not wrapped the dress in plastic (inside the cardboard box) and it is currently raining outside today. Since it is a pretty expensive item and there with a high likelihood of rain soaking through the box and ruining the dress, I called back and spoke with Aziz and asked if they offered plastic packaging for the packages that they send out. He said that they did, and if I liked, they could hold the package and I could swing by after work to check that it was being wrapped the way that I wanted. I swung by after work, and they did a fantastic job, not to mention that everyone I spoke with was super friendly and very helpful! The extra plastic wrapping did have a charge of $10, but it was definitely worth it. Wonderful customer service and very friendly employees, would definitely recommend!! read more
