Terrible, they just try to take more money from you. I went to return a package, at first they told me that I need to print out the label, then second time I went there with the label, they told me a need a box, my item was still in its original package. They offered me a plastic bag at $3.99. I never experienced such terrible stuff at Keller's UPS store. read more

Who calls an unknown phone number back after a missed call??? During recent winter storm when DFW was "iced" locked for 3 days, I called to check if open, mostly expecting not to be. I did not leave a VM, but 2 days later the owner called back, based on just Caller ID, to say they were now open, the 1st day ANY local store was, That's impressive Business practice and "non"-customer service. read more

The lead associate Amy is your gal. No eye contact, no greeting even if you say hello, a nice firm handing off of the receipt and you're out the door. My daughter went with two small poly bags to mail. The clerk asked if she wanted Tuesday or Wednesday. Her response was there is no rush so Wednesday is fine. They charged her $90! When someone says there is no rush they should be given the GROUND rate. It was her first time mailing a package, so she didn't know there were options. She trusted the clerk. Whether the clerk made an honest mistake or the store was taking advantage is unclear. The Manager's response when I called was 'Well, it's a he said/she said situation.' There is no way that's what this is. When a customer says there is no rush, that is black and white. I am so offended by the store and the Manager's response that we will not be using their services again. Beware. Terrible service and terrible customer service by the manager. read more

I wanted to give a shout out to Amy for her extra efforts on my 7/13/23 visit. I had a return and she went above and beyond to make it fit in a particular package which saved me money. She really didn't have to do that and I think most others would've given up or not have tried. Before the holidays, I ordered some small specialty cables from an Ebay seller. It was due after the first of the year, but came early while my office was closed for the holidays. After realizing there were attempted deliveries to my office, I went online to redirect the package. My option was only one of The UPS Stores, so I picked the closest to my office. I received a notification that the package was delivered at The UPS Store last Thursday. I planned to retrieve it on Friday, but I checked and it was refused due to "not being ordered." Maybe there was some confusion, I didn't know at the time. It said it would be re-delivered on Monday, January 3, when I would be back in the office. I waited and had lunch delivered to me so I wouldn't miss it again. However, I received a tracking notification saying it had been delivered to the UPS Store. I then called the store and was asked to "call back in an hour." After an hour, I called again and the person on the phone said they had indeed received the package. I told her I would be there within the next hour to pick it up. Once I arrived at the store, the representative asked me where it was shipped from and I said I didn't recall where the seller was from. He then said, "It was from China and we have given it back to the driver and sent it back to China." I asked, "why would you do that? I had called and the rep they said you had it and I told them I would come pick it up this afternoon." He said, "we have been burned before with packages from China and we have been stuck with additional charges." I let him know I had actually paid UPS extra to have it re-routed here to his store and I would have paid him for any unreimbursed expense. I asked why he felt it was OK to now "burn" me by not giving me my package. He made me feel I was the bad guy in this scenario. All I know is that I'm just trying to get my little Ebay package. The UPS logo is on the store and I think this experience directly reflects on reputation of the entire company. I understand it is an independent store and I will avoid going there in the future. In contrast, the UPS phone reps where very helpful and patient with my story. They have made an effort to have the package sent to my office tomorrow or by the latest Wednesday. They apologized for my inconvenience, whereas The UPS Store rep did not. read more

I'm not sure if this is a reflection on this store or UPS. Dropped off 3 very important packages to be shipped 2.5 weeks ago. They were scanned and a receipt was given to me. I returned from a trip only to learn the packages have vanished in thin air and the packages were not scanned as " picked up " from the driver or scanned at the hub. Upon a telephone call to this UPS Store, I was told that he driver is not required to scan packages upon pick-up. This appears to be per store policy so if you have a very important package be sure you go somewhere else to ship as this store allows the driver to pick up and go No way to know if the packages are still at the store, are stolen or if UPS indeed did pick up. Unfortunately.....they have vanished. read more

This is the only UPS store I've ever used that charges u $1.69 for an Email to print a return label. Then they add an additional charge to print it for a total of $2.07. His response he has to pay for technology! He has to have internet & a computer for his business! I'm appalled at the charge. I will never use this store again!!! read more

Owner does not run location well. He's more concerned with charging two dollars for printing off a label and brushing people off than informing them the info they need to know to get things done. Waste of time. Avoid this specific location if possible. read more

I use this location several times a week & I am always greeted with staff that are professional & friendly. Mailing packages is done very fast & returning Amazon packages is a breeze. Sometimes there is a line during rush hours, but they work very quickly to get you out as fast as possible. I highly recommend this location for your all your shipping needs! read more

Took a box in with a return address label from Frontier Communications. Handed the box and label to the Owner. He slapped the label on and gave me a receipt. 2 days later the same box ended up back on my front doorstep. I drove back over to this same UPS Store (20 miles) with the same box in hand and my receipt. I stood in a long line and once I was at the front cashier I spoke to the same Owner as before... explained the problem. Instead of having the integrity as the business owner to correct his error, he denied any responsibility and sent me on my way, advising me to handle it on my own with Frontier Communications. That's a couple hours of my life I'll never get back! A terrible way to do business- I recommend avoiding this store altogether. read more

I came in for a passport photo but after sending it off, it was rejected. The manager (owner possibly?) was VERY helpful and apologetic to help not only fix the issue but work with me to get the help I needed for my passport photo options. This store has posted that they are open to 7:00 PM. On February 15th, 2018 we needed to mail a package out that day. We arrived at the store at 6:45 to find that the staff was locking the door and leaving. They did not give any explanation or apologize for the inconvenience. This kind of customer service is deplorable and should not be tolerated. We will not continue to ship from this location since they can not even maintain their posted hours. read more

I've used this store for package drop offs for many years and they have been friendly and quick. I made copies this morning and made the mistake of not asking price per copy. I was charged 23 cents for each black and white copy. I questioned the charge and was told it was correct. I informed them that it's twice as much as FedEx and 3x the price at the UPS on Ira E Woods (they charge 7 cents a copy). The cashier confirmed the price. $6 for 24 copies is outrageous. I called and spoke to a manager who seemed unphased at his price. He offered to charge me 10 cents a copy if I came back to have the difference refunded which is appreciated. I make hundreds of copies a week for educational outreach and will not be returning to that store. Sounds like a Southlake upcharge. read more

I drove all the way from Roanoke to return an amazon package to be told it would be $2.08 to print the return slip. I've never paid that much for a print pretty much anywhere before. Especially the ups store.... every one I've been to in this area prints your AMAZON return label FREE! drove myself down another exit to the grapevine store who got me taken care of with less sass than this location. read more

Worst UPS Store ever! I've never been upset after leaving a store. I had to drop off a package that I had a return label for, but I did not have said return label. I asked for them to print it off and they told me that would be $1. Then they told me they only provide ONE strip of tape to ship the box. My box would need more than one strip so they charged me $5!!! I highly suggest people use any other UPS Store besides this one. I had documents I needed bound and I left and went somewhere else to do that. read more

I've been here many times. The customer service is exceptional. When I had a large shipment to send, they gave me examples of how I could box it myself in order to save quite a bit of money. They didn't just try to sell me their box and pay for larger dimensions than I needed. I can really appreciate a business that is more interested in what the customer needs rather than trying to make the most money from them. read more

I used to keep a mailbox here, which for a long while went without a hitch. Once, when a walk-in was asking about their mailbox services, I basically sold it for the owner by sharing all of the conveniences I'd enjoyed. But, you don't really learn about a place until there is a problem. I had ordered a ball gown, and paid for expedited shipping to get it in time for an event. When I received tracking notification that the package had been delivered, I went to pick up. I got there about 5 minutes before closing, because it was late, but according to their hours, they were definitely still open. I guess the guy had plans that night, because he made it perfectly clear that he was annoyed that I showed up late, while he was trying to close. I know that I was apologetic, but I needed my dress. He looked around for my box, huffing and puffing, and griping under his breath like he was so put out. He returned saying that they hadn't received it. I pointed out the delivery confirmation (which indicated that the owner had checked it in), but he had some wacky explanation about why it was probably logged incorrectly, and insisted they hadn't received it. He talked to me like I was crazy to expect them to have it. Mind you, I was disappointed that they couldn't find my dress that I needed for an event (that I paid extra to have in time), but mistakes can happen. I was baffled and FURIOUS that he was so rude about THEIR error. I rushed and found another dress to wear that night. I called the owner when he was back in the store on Monday, to report the incident and his employee's behavior, and no responsibility was claimed, no apologies were given, and he basically ignored my complaint about the employee. I didn't know the owner well, but he knew I had been a good customer for several years, and I definitely expected better from him. A couple of days later, a different (much nicer) employee called me to say they located my box, which his coworker (the rude one) had given to the wrong customer. Never heard a peep from the owner. Obviously, I closed my mailbox, and will never set foot in there again. read more
